We ordered Clavamox 250 mg. tablets from Entirely Pets Pharmacy. We cut them into 4 pieces and give one piece twice a day to our cat. They sent us chewable tablets for dogs, and charged us more for them. We disputed the charge, since they say on their website that medication cannot be returned. Then they closed their location and transferred our info to this place. They lied to the credit card company about their policy by saying that we didn't try to cancel or return the "merchandise." Funny they didn't say "medication." Not sure they sell "merchandise." Now it looks like this place is going to do it all over again without our having an autoship on file. WTF? As another reviewer previously said, Healthy Pets and Entirely Pets are apparently the same business. I placed an order on the Entirely Pets website, and I received a package from Healthy Pets. Both businesses have the same street address. I do not usually shop with either of those businesses, but I needed to purchase a particular supplement for my cat. The regular price is sort of expensive, so I searched on Google for a business that offered a lower price. I saw that Entirely Pets offered the supplement and a coupon. The regular price for the supplement was $61.49, and after a $14.22 discount and free shipping, I paid only $47.27. I feel very thankful that Entirely Pets made this coupon available to me. As for the rest of the Entirely Pets website, I did not see all of my cats' other usual products, and their products that I did see sometimes had high prices compared to other retailers. If I had known that Healthy Pets and Entirely Pets are the same, I never would have ordered products from Healthy Pets. My experiences with Entirely Pets have been so bad over the years - lost orders, false charges, horrible and confusing customer service, being pre charged for back ordered items that take months to show up if at all, and difficultly canceling back ordered stuff and getting the proper refund - it never ends. The website is at best wonky, and the email communications are never informative, and often bizarre and misleading. Healthy Pets is just a continuation of the misery - I ordered a few things via a Thanksgiving sale, charged immediately, and the "back ordered" bizarro emails from Healthy Pets started soon after. Now, almost a month later I get an email from Entirely Pets about my Healthy Pets order asking if I received it! I look at the site, and the order is now at Entirely Pets and still pending shipment. I call what turns out to be the phone number for both, and I am told that from today it will take at least an additional eight weeks to get any of the items shipped, even though they are from different manufacturers. Customer Beware. I attempted to purchase a product from Healthy Pets received immediate confirmation and the message that I would be notified when product shipped, I was not notified, product never shipped and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Several weeks later, still no Tartar Shield rawhide chews. On speaking with Shaun, the manager, he relayed that the twelve packs I had ordered were no longer sold by his company. I was shocked that I had not been notified. He assured me that he would replace them with the equivalent amount in the 30 packs at the same price and that the owner would reach out and complete this order for me the next day. That did not happen. So I called and sales person Anne did so. Except she never followed through with the warehouse and altho I again received confirmation, lol and behold when I followed up (this time days not weeks later) I was again told they no longer sell this item. Very upsetting company with their lack of respect to pet owners. They take their time sending out medication and I've placed this review on many sites. Unless you have plenty of time to wait for your medication it's not worth ordering from them. We ordered Litter Genie refills in February 2021. They were hard to find then, but Healthy Pets claimed to have them. So I waited. And waited. Weeks went by. I called them to cancel the order after a month, when I had found a suitable refill somewhere else. The customer service rep was very nice and sent me confirmation that the order was cancelled. Meanwhile, I was ordering the refills to stock up, and wound up with a year's worth. Fast forward to July 2021, and this order from Healthy Pets arrives. Really? Five months later? Sent them an email and they never responded. After 2 weeks I was finally able to get a hold of them by phone and they said that it was back ordered. They never said that when I placed the order. I've been trying to cancel the remainder of my order that hasn't been fulfilled since I placed it in July 2021. The website showed product in stock, but it wasn't and evidently still isn't in October. They split the order and sent the other items in August. I've gotten absolutely no response except now I get an email saying they shipped my order. Funny, the tracking code (doesn't exist anymore) is the original one when they only shipped part of the order and so far no additional charge on my credit card. But after that, every order was held up because something was back ordered. Sometimes they would send a partial shipment. I had to request a refund for something that had been out of stock for over a month. I ordered last week and as usual my order was held because they are out of stock on something. I used the chat to cancel but rep didn't confirm the order was canceled. After waiting for 20 minutes ended the chat. Then I sent an email to confirm that the order was cancelled--that was a week ago and no response, my account still shows my order is pending and I'm number 35 in the chat queue right now. This is a buyer beware post. I put an auto ship order in with Healthy Pets ( which is partnered with Entirely Pets) in January. They canceled the order saying that they didn't know when the product would be in stock again. Recently I was looking over past statements and noticed I had a charge on my credit card from healthy pets for $116.43. I called them yesterday about it and the person said they noticed that it was never sent out but said she would have to talk to accounting. I asked for a return phone call to make sure it was taken care of. No call back so I called and asked to speak to a supervisor and was treated very rudely. Called back 3 more times where they would be really rude and put me on hold again. All I wanted is my money back for something they charged me for and they didn't send out. I have purchased pet supplies on line for years and never had an issue like this. I believe this company is DISHONEST and has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Any good reviews of this company must have received a freebie. Absolutely pathetic in every way. Placed an order through Paypal and a week later got an email telling me I didn't send a check or money order for the product. Had gotten an email from Paypal the day I ordered it with the transaction number showing it was paid. Days later H Pets found the transaction and days after that sent the merchandise. Very rude and distasteful personnel as stated in other reviews. Any reply, excuse or fabricated slam on the part of this company should go unheeded. Now today, after asking them to delete and never use any of my info for any reason, I get an extensive email ad. When I tried to unsubscribe, not only would it not allow me to, it stated, Your connection is not private. And the info H Pets has is vulnerable. Do you want to order from them? When I called them to try to unsubscribe verbally, everyone is in a meeting!!!!! Just want to abolish any and all association with this half baked company. BUYER BEWARE!! Went online to purchase items for my dog with allergies. I ordered on 5/4/2020. I never got anything after the first order & payment acknowledgement. 2 weeks passed and I tried calling with no answer several times. I then tried their "online" chat which doesn't work so I left an email asking if they were planning to ship my order in next couple days or just cancel it. Received no response. I called several more times and left 2 more emails with no response. I then went to their facebook page and left a message detailing my disappointment with their customer service and they finally said on there that they would "get with customer service". I asked them to just cancel and release my $48.50 to which they have ignored now for 5 days. Nothing since. They have made posts on the facebook page about how the love our pets and how to take care of your pets but ignored all my requests. I have reported to Better Business Bureau and see that there are plenty more people who they took money from and didn't send any products out. BUYER BEWARE!!! This is not a legit business!
