It took me a lot to put my pride aside and face the fact I can't hear and need double ear pieces, regardless of how others would see me as an old lady or weak. My first experience was awesome & Frighteningly exciting, I was now hearing EVERYTHING !! So many noises would startle me to death. Other than I can finally hear, never been so welcomed by Dr's and staff such as these wonderful ladies have always done. I Feel really special and always receive best personalized interactions when going to this office !!!!! I can promise & tell you this. After 3- 4 years of going there, they know me by name and I leave feeling so happy to be treated with care,respect & educated on how to use & maintain my buds. My doctor told me about making an acrylic mold for my hearing soda so they'd be less uncomfortable or ticklish in my ears. They made another appointment for me to come back and to bring my hearing aids so I did today and I came early but when I asked them where my hearing aids the girl named Abby or something told me it was being cleaned and the wire on my hearing aids were replaced and so I asked to see my hearing aids and I wanted to speak with the doctor who saw me a couple days ago. But instead of letting me talk to her, they lied that the lady who came after me was here first or her appointment was first and it wasn't first come first serve. So they gave my hearing aids back but it looked different than before so I told them about that. Then lied to me once again and said okay nothing was done to my hearing aids. Then another lady who also worked at the reception desk but more to the left approached and fake apologized on behalf of the office and she was basically trying to get me to shut up and go. She suddenly said she had to contact insurance because the mold the doctor offered to get me suddenly needed to be approved by insurance, another lie. So they made me come all the way here even though my house is far away and I was stuck in traffic and I got here and they all started to lie and give me reasons and tried to blame me for their own miscommunication.

He has very good beside manner and has a lot of experience. He gave suggestions and also diagnosed the issue. They are popular so my Dad had to wait about a month for an appointment. Shaun said we could email him if my Dad is not feeling any better and he'd prescribe medication. We felt he cared a lot and didn't rush us through questions. Highly recommend this clinic.

After a few tries I was resigned to wait 3 weeks for help. After two frustrating days I decided to try again and I found Pacific Hearing Service in Menlo Park. No scheduling problem here as they have a team of Audiologists in the office. I was able to get same day service. I walked in at 4:30 and met Ling Zhong. She took a look in my ear and confirmed it was ear wax and nothing worst causing my discomfort. After a few rounds with the Earigator my ear was cleared and I walked out a happy camper at 5:15. I am someone with mild hearing loss in my left ear while having 4/10 tinnitus in both ears. Or just me not reacting in time when exposed to places with speakers playing really loud music? These people are the exclusive specialists you should see if you have concerns with tinnitus of any kind. They will pull all of the important hearing tests and properly educate you about tinnitus so you won't believe stuff you see online. I now carry around ear plugs attached to my keys everywhere I go. I may not be able to control random loud sounds outside but I can control how I react. By putting on ear plugs the instant I know loud noises are coming, and living cautiously by not going to places where I know the noise/music is loud.

I have never been to a friendlier office that is more dedicated to serving its patients. 4 Rachel is thorough and takes whatever time is necessary to conduct hearing tests and to fit hearing aids as perfectly as possible. This may take 25-50% longer than other audiologists who think 80-20 is good enough. And she does it at no additional charge. 5 Rachel is deeply knowledgeable. I couldn't hear out of my left ear. It was horrible! So that night I searched on yelp and found the most amazing hearing clinic. I called the next morning right when they opened and the receptionist was the nicest person and got me an appointment the very same day. Dr. Ashley was the doctor that took care of me. She's absolutely amazing. She was very thorough and explained to me everything she was doing. She definitely spent over an hour with me irrigating both my ears and micro suction. I'm so happy she was able to get all that compacted wax out of both my ears. I can hear again!! I'll definitely be back to have my ears cleaned on a regular basis.
