I rarely give feedback on Yelp, however this is something I must share with everyone…read more My first experience with this wonderful staff and THE BEST CARE, above & beyond anything I could imagine. It took me a lot to put my pride aside and face the fact I can't hear and need double ear pieces, regardless of how others would see me as an old lady or weak. My first experience was awesome & Frighteningly exciting, I was now hearing EVERYTHING !! So many noises would startle me to death. Other than I can finally hear, never been so welcomed by Dr's and staff such as these wonderful ladies have always done. I Feel really special and always receive best personalized interactions when going to this office !!!!! I can promise & tell you this. After 3- 4 years of going there, they know me by name and I leave feeling so happy to be treated with care, respect & educated on how to use & maintain my buds. ONCE again SHOUT OUT TO MY LADIES I thank you for outstanding job you do !!!!! You deserve a million stars

I've been coming here for my hearing test for the last 4 or 5 years and this week I was scheduled…read moreto come do another hearing test. My doctor told me about making an acrylic mold for my hearing soda so they'd be less uncomfortable or ticklish in my ears. They made another appointment for me to come back and to bring my hearing aids so I did today and I came early but when I asked them where my hearing aids the girl named Abby or something told me it was being cleaned and the wire on my hearing aids were replaced and so I asked to see my hearing aids and I wanted to speak with the doctor who saw me a couple days ago. But instead of letting me talk to her, they lied that the lady who came after me was here first or her appointment was first and it wasn't first come first serve. So they gave my hearing aids back but it looked different than before so I told them about that. Then lied to me once again and said okay nothing was done to my hearing aids. Then another lady who also worked at the reception desk but more to the left approached and fake apologized on behalf of the office and she was basically trying to get me to shut up and go. She suddenly said she had to contact insurance because the mold the doctor offered to get me suddenly needed to be approved by insurance, another lie. So they made me come all the way here even though my house is far away and I was stuck in traffic and I got here and they all started to lie and give me reasons and tried to blame me for their own miscommunication.

My experience in that place is so bad. The receptionist was so unfriendly that I never came back to…read morethis place again. When I arrived to the appointment at 8:30, I saw her inside and the door locked, I knocked the door twice because I didnt see her turning back. Then, she felt so unpleasant and told that " I was coming to open the door". When she got my information, I was difficult at hearing, so I asked her to repeat. She just kept silent. And I had to ask if she wanted to talk about the insurance. She raised her eyes and said "You dont know your insurance cover?" Of course, I dont know. I want to come here because I saw the hearing center is listed in-network with Anthem. And then she asked me something I didnt hear well. I asked can you speak slowly? She said "this is my regular speech". What??? Your customers come to your place because they do have problem with hearing and you treated them unrespectfully. I felt uncomfortable at that moment and I told her be friendly, and then she changed her voice tone. But this was so frustrating experience here. Charis - hearing specialist is friendly, but as another person reviewed, she just tried to sell device more than truly listening customer's problem. She is rushed and not active to any ask questions. Before coming here, I got very good experience with hearing specialist at Costco when he consulted me a lot and did different tests and helped me to try with different devices. Not recommended to this place.

I should have known better not to consider this office because I also recall calling and leaving a message back in 2024, and they never returned my call last year either.

Do not go here. Very deceptive business practices. I came here for hearing aids, a hearing test…read moreand tinnitus treatment. Before I made the appointment I verified on my insurance portal that they were fully in network for hearing tests and hearing aids. When I called to make the appointment, I asked them to confirm that they were fully in network. After providing them with my insurance information they told me that they were in network, but that I would have to go to their other office in San Jose, where they accepted my Medicare advantage plan. I made the appointment and needed to wait nearly 3 months. When I arrived for my appointment, prior to seeing the audiologist, I asked them to reconfirm that they were in network and that I would be getting $2000 benefit towards the purchase of hearing aids, which is the specified benefit as reported on my insurance website. At this time they were hesitant to confirm, saying that the person who could confirm was busy. They suggested I proceed with the hearing test and then meet with the other person to discuss hearing aids. I was reluctant, but they were instant that everything would be ok. Following my test, I was ushered into an office to meet with the hearing aid fitter. And, was told that I was not in network for hearing aids and that they offered no benefit. That pissed me off. They ended up still charging me $50 for the hearing test, which was supposed to be free, per my benefits. Total BS.
