Scheduling team: C, when there were scheduling issues when an inspector couldn't make it out, they scheduled me for the next day without telling me and said "I agreed over the phone" when I had asked if they had other times/inspectors available over the weekend and they said they'd call back over the phone to let me know, but never did (prompting me to call them after a few hours).

He sat us down and explained all that he saw. His written report was well written and even I could understand most of it! His fee was very reasonable for the time he was taking measurements. FYI: Level Check put in 28 piers plus 3 inside the house in 2019 and wouldn't even come out unless we hired a Structural Engineer. Now, in 2024, they want to put in another 25 around the house again for only $25,000!! I would not recommend them!
