    Winter berry French toast

Really love this place, breakfast has always been really good. The staff is also very nice.

We stop here for breakfast whenever we visit the cape! Always great! To start you get your own carafe of coffee. I love that. The farmers breakfast is great and their omelette s and Benedict's are really good. The French toast is excellent.

I had the scrambled eggs, corned beef hash, and toast with coffee, of course. The server was upbeat, professional, and knew what we needed before we asked. Comfortable with a rustic New England flare. Everything was perfect and good portions and prices. We come here or to the one in hyannis regularly.

The $30 Seafood Medley. I shouldn't have zoomed in, the picture doesn't capture how minuscule the take out trash really was.

One star because what little food I did get tasted like it belonged somewhere between a Stouffer's frozen dinner and the McDonald's Filet-O-Fish. Excited by the prospect of enjoying more delicious, authentic New England seafood, but turned off by the overpriced menu, my wife convinced me to try the Seafood Medley. I really wanted to order from somewhere else and I really wish I would've. $30 for a subpar meal that looked like a frozen dinner that came with some unsalted fries and a condiment sized cup of coleslaw. My wife wasn't that happy and ordered the $10 mozzarella sticks; Sonic's taste better for less than half the price. Upon delivery I noticed the bag felt light and when I opened it up I could've swore I was missing half my order. Just overall not worth it. Learned my lesson though, you don't always pay for quantity OR quality. I'd genuinely be embarrassed if I was the owner or manager of an establishment that gave so little in terms of quality and quantity and in return expected so much from my wallet. 1/10, do not recommend.

Yearly girls trip to Cape Cod and to Hearth & Kettle. After a day of misc site seeing we stopped at Hearth & Kettle for dinner. Food never disappoints. Turkey club with fries, made with real off the bird meat, cape cod Rueben; which was flounder, coleslaw, 1000 island dressing and cheese with fries and a buttermilk chicken with tomato, bacon and lettuce served with fries. We also go sides of their amazing butternut squash. Leftovers for all of us

Every day breakfast fear. Nothing crazy out of the ordinary, nothing very different. But still good. The prices were a little higher than I would've expected, but that's OK to give him the price is it during the pandemic. Same decor as always, great waitress we had as well she was very nice and happy and looked like she actually enjoyed working there. We went on a Sunday morning, wasn't super busy, fall, coffee was amazing. Could've used to more gallons lol. We will be back when we go back down to the Cape

This is a really appealing, intimate, mom and pop (and summer help waitress) place. The hostess/ front of house boss, who was operating from the bar of this 10-12 table location, was gracious and endearing (in the way that an almost overbearing host can be- that meant as a compliment). The drinks took a minute, my fiancé's salad needed blue cheese brought out as it was left off (single most off-putting thing: the waitress, I suspect language mastery being the cause of this rather than malice or willful deceit, flat out told her that blue cheese did not come with the wedge salad...but when boss lady at the bar was asked, this was quickly corrected), there was a heavy does of reggae music. All of this less than optimal. The food was very good, though I can't remember off the top of my head what I had (it's been a month). Nor did I take pics: it seemed like it'd detract from the experience. There weren't any complaints about the food from others. (So I went back and looked at the menu: potstickers as an app- pretty good; baked local seafood as the main- good, but it is what it is in that not a ton of nuance added so as to let the seafood do the talking. The portion was decent for the price. I didn't leave stuffed, but for $38, very reasonable.) All in all, the first visit merits a second visit next year (as the website says they are temporarily closed to seek new management).

The restaurant was quite busy when we arrived, but since we had reservations we were seated right away. Our server was friendly and took the time to walk us through the menu and highlight the nightly specials. In the end, we all decided on the prix fixe menu, which included an appetizer, entrée, and dessert--an excellent value considering the quality and generous portion sizes. After placing our orders, our server returned with our drinks along with a basket of warm rolls and soft butter, a nice touch to start the meal. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and the interior is surprisingly spacious. From the outside, you'd never guess how large the restaurant actually is. To start, I ordered the short rib and fontina arancini, which were outstanding. The portion was generous--honestly large enough to be a meal on its own. My wife began with the Caesar salad, which was crisp, fresh, and nicely balanced without being overly dressed. For our main course, my wife and I both chose the crab-stuffed sole. It was excellent and, once again, the portion size was impressive. We even had enough leftovers to make another meal the next day. By the end of the meal we were so full that we decided to take our desserts--New York-style cheesecake and tiramisu--home to enjoy later. There's plenty of parking available, and I'd definitely recommend making reservations, especially on busy nights. Overall, it was a great meal with generous portions, friendly service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I'd happily return

What can I not say about this place…read more I came here a year ago based off all you fellow yelper's guidance and you're usually 100% correct. I remembered how great of a breakfast I had, that when I went to the Cape again, I made it a point to come back. The counter waitress is unbelievably friendly. She busts her butt and thank god, because it makes everything special. I ordered the Blueberry Ricotta Pancakes with a side of bacon. The medley of sweetness, saltiness and creaminess from the blueberry sauce made with fresh blueberries, ricotta and pancakes all blended nicely. I felt like every bite was heaven. I probably didn't need the bacon, but it was cooked just how I like it... well done! The waitress never let my coffee mug reach the bottom and she was always smiling. I saw some muffins on the wall and almost took home some cornbread jalapeño ones because they looked divine, but somehow I managed to contain myself. The prices were very reasonable. I would definitely like to come back soon!
