[Washing machines]: ALL machines only accept quarters (no electronic payment) and the laundromat has functional change machines. For triple load washer, the maximum capacity is 35 lbs & $5.25 for 36-minute cold wash. Last wash ends at 7:30 PM. [Drying machines]: Just like washing machines, all drying machines only take quarters. User must first fill up each drying machine, insert a quarter, select a temperature (high, perm press, and low), and then the door will close due to suction (no clicking sound when door is closed). $0.25 for a 8-minute session. [Fluff and fold]: For clothes it's $1.75 per pound ($13 minimum). For comforters and blankets = $18 each for under 5 lbs, $21 each for 5 lbs to 7 lbs, and $24 each for 7 lbs to 10 lbs (?). [Conclusion]: Quarter-only & outdated machines, out of service soap/bleach/softener dispenser, drying machines lock by suction, early last wash ending time, and restroom not free - honestly I would only come back here again as the last resort.

A standard clothes washing was $3, a larger washer for towels, blankets was $5.25. They also offer fluff & fold. The place is clean and I had a very pleasant experience when I asked for help when a machine wasn't immediately working. Turns out, the door was clicking shut. They do take "pay range" which is basically an app you download and load money into so you don't have to worry about loose change. My biggest complaint is recently I noticed they started locking the lint removal tray for the dryers and it says on there "to be emptied end of day". I came around 8pm and the lint trap was filled and what should've took about 20 minutes to dry took double the amount. As well, the washers had visible hair and dust around the doors so whoever is in charge of cleaning the machines isn't doing a great job. Im not sure if locking the link trays is a tactic for people to spend more but an accumulation of lint is a severe fire hazard.

He told me the laundromat closes at 9:00 PM and suggested that I use the $5.00 large washer because he said the washer I wanted was either too slow or didn't spin properly. The large washer was much bigger than I needed, so I chose one of the $4.00 washers inside instead. Unfortunately, that washer barely spun the clothes at all. They came out soaking wet. I didn't want to argue, so I had to run my laundry through another washer just to get the water out. Then I split my clothes between three dryers, but because I had to leave before 9:00 PM, they still weren't dry. I couldn't believe how poorly they dried. Washing one small load ended up costing me $11.00, and my thick towels were still damp, so I had to take them home and hang them up to dry. Please check the security camera footage if possible. Because nobody is there on the weekends. Nobody cleans the washers btw. I would highly recommend the clean wave on El segundo by the McDonald's. The owner is always there and he's SO nice ! He loves to ask if you need help and always keeps the place super clean and all the machines are always working. They also have a card machine which makes it easy to use all the machines.

This laundromat has gone from my favorite to being my last option. The interior and upkeep has…read moregotten worse every year since I've started coming here over ten years ago. Machines that were broken last time I was here are still out of order. The maintenance and housekeeping of the area is also ignored. WHEN the owner is here (which is rare) he's usually just in his seat watching videos instead of attending the floor or cleaning up a bit. This place has also become like a washroom for transients/homeless people. I have no reason to make this up: my last 4-5 times here, there's been at least one homeless person walk in and use the sink as their own bathing area: owner doesn't seem to mind. Walked in today, no employees at all during my 90 minutes of washing, and witnessed a homeless lady just roam around the machines, seeing what she could snag up. Such a shame because the prices are actually fair. But if this place continues to be unattended and unclean, it will go from my last option to not being an option at all
