Sometimes they have decent sales. The store is big, easy to browse, nice service, prices on the higher side. The merchandise - a tad of everything- clothes, home decor, books, music, lingerie, all on the hipster side. A decent shopping option in the area.

Their prices are quite reasonable. Many items are up to 80% off what you would pay for great clothes and bags. They also have some nice art now and again it is all fairly priced. This is not a Salvation Army type store, yes, all items are used, but all are designer or something you may have seen in a store. They do not have a huge vintage section and that is fine. It has just really nice things that I would end up paying a lot more for new. The service is great. The staff is nice and knows what is in the store and where. If you are looking for a nice bag, they have it or some nice clothes. I have bought a few things there and I have never been disappointed.

The manager at this store has been there for several years I think her name is "Elena" or "Helena"- she always has an attitude and is always extremely rude just by watching her when I visit the store and her interactions with other customers. She scolded me for washing them and said that she couldn't smell anything which is absolutely ridiculous. She said I was the FIRST PERSON EVER to return sheets at a HomeGoods for the smell. Even though it's all over Reddit as an issue. She said she'd do a "one time favor" but they can't be re-sold. They shouldn't have been sold to begin with without label stating they smell like chemicals. I brought her another sheets by the same brand and style so she could smell and she refused. Scolding a customer and then making me feel like I did the wrong thing by washing them to trying and get rid of the smell is insane when it literally says to do that on Google. One of the worst managers ever, i don't know how she has her job and represents the store to be honest.
