I've come into the salon now three times. The first was to get a gel removed and was charged $10 which was great, quick, and easy. So I returned got a full gel set no issues really so I felt comfortable coming back. I went in to just get clear gel polish taken off and cleaned up. I didn't think it would take long or be much because I've come before with an actual gel set to be removed and only charged $10. Granted this time around the person helping me out took longer than the 15 minute soak off and clean up but I was charged $25 as if I got a full basic manicure...their website charges $20 for a normal manicure so I was surprised and upset because if your going to overcharge me charge me that much then might as well put on new polish if your going to charge for a full service. I declined polish because it was late and I was trying to be understanding of their store hours but I wished I would've known to have made the secession to go through a manicure if that's what I would be charged for. I was looking in my pocket for change to tip However the fat lady in the back ran over to try to take my money out my hand for a $5 design which was one brush of glitter. I asked her to step back I don't even know if this was enough I wanted to count it before handing it over but she was pushy and I don't like that. paying and being rushed but once another race walked in 3 pedicures done after me however they were supposed to be closed and in a rush. They received hot stones towels and foot scrubs. I don't know much about nails however the polish coming onto her skin like if she would have done it her self isn't right. She wanted something so basic and the fact that they charged 80$ is crazy!!! WARNING! DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!! I decided to give this place a shot since its close to my home and my regular technician is currently out of town. First off if you are planning to get a manicure and pedicure at the same time be ready for major unsanitary practices. The woman doing my nails cut my finger and it started to bleed a bit I felt the pain instantly but she pressed down on it with cotton so I couldn't see after a couple seconds she took the cotton off and put my hand into a small water bowel I didn't make a fuzz bc im aware were all human and mistakes happen but then I she proceeded to dump the same water where my bloody finger was in, into the foot tub water where my feet were soaking and shook the towel where all the nail clipping and dead skin that had been taken off my cuticles were also dumped in all while my feet were soaking inside. Then the woman doing my pedicure repeated the same process of dumping my toe clippings and dead cuticle skin in the foot tub. At the beginning they asked if i wanted a foot scrub for and additional $10 more and b/4 knowing how disgusting this place is I said yes. So after nail clippings and bloody water was dumped into my foot tub, the woman doing my pedicure began the foot scrub and I then noticed every time the foot scrubber was filled up with dead skin she would dip it into the foot tub where my other foot was soaking and repeated the process for the other foot. I currently have a foot infection on my left pinky and the finger the woman doing my finger nails cut is also infected. And if your wondering why I didn't leave when I noticed all of this is simply bc I am a very shy person I sat through the entire thing hoping to build up the courage to walk out but was too afraid of their reaction if I did and the end I paid $85 for an infected pinky and finger. LONG POST WARNING!! Lol Ive been coming here for YEARS and im disappointed because lately their service has been bad. I keep going back because ive always gone there since Annie was there, and i always say its ok today was just a bad day. Next time will be better service. The only person i would come back for is Michelle for eyebrows. Anyways.. today was really the last of it. An older lady that did my pedicure today literally poked a hole through my toe nail while trying to remove acrylic from it. (I only had acrylic on it because the last two previous times i had a broken toe nail and they suggested i use acrylic to make them look nice an even. ) i usually just agree to what they ask or say because who doesn't want cute toes right? Which at the end they always add.. "$ more" for everything now. But whatever i do it anyways. Well today she had the audacity to get upset with me when i asked if she could soak my toe nails with acetone even if they charged extra for it because thats another way to remove acrylic . ‍ which she replies "i cannot do that, that will take too long. Its your fault your nails are thin" then continues to make faces and of-course talk in their language between each other. Im already pissed. I just wanted to get out of there. She then says "i can remove it but it will be "$5 more for each toe". Im like thats fine just don't hurt me anymore i already have a hole in the middle of my nail you just created" and she kept blaming me for it. So i didnt even ask for color. The toe nails look all uneven. Half way done, no ingrown toenails were even attempted to be removed. I think i was nice enough to even pay after how i was treated by her there. And yes ofcourse she was pissed when she handed me the change and was expecting a tip. I said thank you and walked out. Then i went back in to ask for a receipt stating what i had done today( incase i get an infection for their lack of customer service and wanting to get people in and out like if its a race) and this is what she gave me. A bunch of scribbles. If i ever do go back there i want that lady no where near my toes or nails. Ive never been a kind of person to complain but this was enough. I went in today for a gel manicure and before my appointment I called to ask if they take credit, which they do but failed to mention that they charge a $2 fee. Besides that $2 inconvenience fee the lady who did my mani was extremely rough on my nails, I asked her twice to be a little more gentle but gave attitude instead. Note to the business owners, your associates should provide at least good customer service when expecting a tip. I will never return!!! read more

Experience was terrible!! I'm never going back. I had the same guy maybe 3+ months ago and back then he didn't know what he was doing, 3+ months later and same thing! He tried using an old clumpy polish on me but one of his coworkers had to tell him not to use it. She told me to pick another color (very rudely!) I told her I needed the color options and she continued to rush me to pick a color then eventually handed me the options (she's still rushing me) so I pick a color. The color ends up looking completely sheer even though it should've been pink. I tell them I want to change colors (which I never do - I've come here for years, but hadn't gone since the last time I had the same guy). The girl tells me no Id be charge (this is after the guy uses gross old clumpy nail polish, she rushes me, and the rest of my family of 3 have had their nails done already for 15 min because this guy is also REALLY SLOW!!!!). I tell her the color looks completely sheer not pink. She tells me well I chose the color, I told her well you rushed me. I say I want to be cleaned up and leave I'm over it. She tells me fine they'll put a color on top of it, I pick a color she says well we're only adding one coat it's still gonna be sheer. I say then no just clean me up I want to leave already (I'm beyond frustrated). They clean me up, it looks like I have no gel polish on so what a waste of $50! Never ever coming back here. I have been coming here for a very long time and never had an issue with my nails when Henry did them. Yesterday, I had a different girl do my nails with a black powder color and this powder did not set properly it was so bad that my nails broke off when I was typing on my computer. It didn't even last 4 hours. I had to go to the salon the next day to get it fixed, yet they were trying to do the same powder and I had to ask for a different one. The new powder was changing color, not the solid grey I asked for. The "owner " who claims to have been doing this for 20 years and did my nails the first time became upset that I asked for a refund. Told me I had to be nice even though she did an awful job. Don't go here unless you want to have nails that are overpriced and don't even last through the night. read more

Very bad service. Came here to get my nails done and waited for about 45 minutes. Once we began, the lady put on the solution to remove my gels - started with my right hand then my left. At first she wanted to remove my gel with the electric file and ended up thinning out out one of my nails. I told her I didn't want to hurt the thickness of my nails by using a power-file. She went so deep that she almost exposed skin and left it rigid and with deep divots. Then, without even a moment to soak in the gel-removal solution, she took my left hand (the fingers that received the solution *last*) and began scraping the gel off forcefully with her hand tool. I then asked her to please allow it some time to soak, otherwise layers of my actual nail would end up getting scraped off, thus thinning my nails out. She got very snappy with me, then started to talk crap about me to the other ladies, yelling about me for several minutes, and giving me bad looks. She then grabbed the stuff from her station and stormed off. I was left sitting there with a couple nails uncovered, very confused and uncomfortable. The other customers said that they also felt the same way and didn't understand this lady's attitude toward me. The other ladies who worked there didn't do or say anything thereafter. Even though I have an event to go to early tomorrow, I felt so uncomfortable and attacked that I just left with my nails looking awful and half off. Don't waste your time here... very bad service. By far the worst nail experience I've had. I went in a little over a week ago for white gel acrylics(their white gel isn't the same brand as the rest of their gels). I woke up the next morning with dirt specks all over them so I went back to get them repainted thinking it may have been the gel brand they used. I changed the color in order to use their usual gel brand and even asked if I could dry my nails for longer but the nail tech said no. She cleaned my nails, some still felt sticky so I told her and she just rubbed more alcohol on them. The next day woke up with a bunch of dirt specks in my nails once again but I decided not to go back seeing that it was a waste of time. Now I've had them a little over a week and some nails gel and acrylic have chipped off along with a nail tip breaking off. Never going back. read more
