When she came back with our order she handed over only 2 smoothies. I reminded her that I had ordered three smoothies, as she had asked me about the size when I had ordered mine. Then, the girls ordered theirs. Where's the confusion? She clearly had no interest in being there working. She didn't even smile or apologize. She was extremely rude and asked me if I wanted to place another order. At that moment, I declined and left the store without retrieving the tip I had left in the jar when I paid. There was another person in the back, whom I assume was the manager. Surprisingly, she neither intervened nor offered an apology. This is not an appropriate way to run a business. Regardless of the quality of your product, the welcoming attitude reflects the overall image of the business. I did not find that at Playa Bowls in Denville, NJ.
