Then, the girls ordered theirs. Where's the confusion? She clearly had no interest in being there working. She didn't even smile or apologize. She was extremely rude and asked me if I wanted to place another order. At that moment, I declined and left the store without retrieving the tip I had left in the jar when I paid. There was another person in the back, whom I assume was the manager. Surprisingly, she neither intervened nor offered an apology. This is not an appropriate way to run a business. Regardless of the quality of your product, the welcoming attitude reflects the overall image of the business. I did not find that at Playa Bowls in Denville, NJ.
