I paid a lot for it and they even inspected it before charging me and seemed proud of their work. I would never come back. I'm super picky with my nail salons. I hate when a place smells like chemicals and feels like a chop shop - in and out rush rush. This place takes their time, you don't feel rushed. However don't expect a quick in and out. They are super clean and do a great job. It is more expensive I would say than others but well worth it. Feels like you're actually in a salon not a factory. best pedicure you'll get and massages are long and wonderful. they don't talk to eachother constantly like many do and make you feel awkward. i love this place and recommend it to everyone I know. read more

I have nail fungus after my manicure with this establishment. The manager was not nice.

My partner and I requested a 6:15pm appointment to get our nails done. The establishment strongly insisted we come earlier on multiple occasions. Finally, we both moved around our schedules and arrived 30minutes earlier and notified the establishment about the change in our appointment for better scheduling for them. In short- they werent ready for either of us and only one person appeared when ready. I am literally watching my partner get her nails done while I watch from the chair next to her (look at photo).I have been sitting her for 30minutes in the chair with no answers. I took the liberty to complain to management but all here is "soon"... This is HIGHLY unprofessional and next time I appreciate a phone call like any normal business would do if something comes up! read more

Not so heavenly anymore. They don't honor appointments here and service level is not commensurate with their high prices. My nail tech didn't show up for my last two appointments. When I walked in I saw she wasn't there and after an awkward lengthy wait was directed to another tech. I'm fine with another tech but NOT OK with starting my appointment 40 minutes late (after quickly wrapping my nails with acetone so I couldn't leave), tech walking away in the middle of my job to work on other customers while I wait, and being sneaky about all of it. Saw them do this to several other clients too, one of whom ended up leaving in disgust after a long wait. A day after and my gel nail is cracked already too. read more

I had a nice manicure on a Sunday morning. She did a fabulous job but cut my cuticles on a few fingers and they bled a little. She really did a great job though. The best was being offered a massage from Marie while I was seated at the chair. Oh my gosh! She was so amazing I had her give me a 30 minute. I've been coming here for about 5 years! I live in Queens and can't frequent this aweome salon as much as i want. However, everytime i come here i get the best of everything! My boyfriend and I came in today. He a pedicure, and me a pedicure and acrylic gel manicure! He loves how his feet feel. This is the only salon he'll actually come to for a pedicure! The place is clean and pleasant. It is very expensive. $42 for a mani-pedi. What I don't like is that there are no prices on the wall so when you walk in you have no idea how much it will be. My daughter treated me to a Green Tea pedicure today. Grace worked on her nails, and I had Estefany. I have been to other salons and felt rushed, and pressured to pay more for additional services. At Heavenly I had the exact opposite experience each time I have come. The salon is large and beautiful, and a very relaxing environment. My feet were in such bad shape I was embarrassed, but Estefany made me feel comfortable anyway. She transformed my winter feet and now they look absolutely amazing. She was meticulous with the polish and it came out perfect. The foot and leg massages are indeed heavenly, and don't feel rushed at all. They use hot stones on your legs after, which feels great. After the pedicure, you sit at a drying station and you are further treated to such a relaxing massage. I really felt welcomed and that my business was appreciated. I am so pleased with my experience at this place. It's in an unassuming strip mall in East Meadow along a busy road. Had it not been for my trusty GPS, I would've blown right past it. I was surprised at how big the salon is. It is CLEAN and beautiful inside. Also they have these little diffusers around so it smelled delicious and essential oil-y inside, though not overwhelmingly so. I got a gel manicure and was taken right away. Nice selection of colors. I also got a 10 min massage that was literal heaven and healed me. It was better than a massage I've gotten at a fancy salon. I will definitely be back! read more

Such a heavenly place. I am so happy I found it through google maps!!! They have the massage chairs which you can use while getting a pedicure done. So it's like you get a free massage included. The chairs are of the high-scale and high-quality ones and do indeed do great massages. I love them! The environment at the salon is very relaxing and personnel is skilled and very attentive to all one's individual need(s). I also like to see owners/workers at the salon SMILING which makes you feel like a guest not like a burden to them. It really makes the atmosphere more welcoming, friendly and pleasant! Also last but not least - they use good quality materials for both gel and regular polish... because the polish (unlike many other places I have been to) doesn't peel or chip off after just a few days of getting my nails done. read more

I have been coming here for about the last 3 years, and after last weeks visit I will not be returning. While getting a regular pedicure with the callus treatment I sustained chemical burns to my left inner calf. A week later I still have a large 2inch wound on my left leg that is better but has not gone away. It's summer and I am embarrassed to wear shorts or dresses. I most definitely will not be returning, and I recommend to others to not go here if you don't want a burn. read more

Horrible horrible nail salon. Their nails last a total of 24 hours before they start to go to sh*t. I didn't have appointment and just walked in and they seemed rather annoyed, when the sign clearly said walk-ins welcome. So I waited for a bit and then they began to do my nails. As the woman was doing my nails, she continuously hurt me by digging into my cuticles and filing them down so much that they became sore. Then to top that off, they sprayed on some cheap glue for the gel powder, to make the nails stay on, which burned like hell. Safe to say, I will not be returning to this place. For $5 more dollars down the road, I can get a MUCH better powder manicure that that lasts not only two weeks, but sometimes a month or more. read more

I made an appointment here with my sister for pedicures and a massage. It was our first time here and we made appointments for mid afternoon. Upon our arrival we were greeted warmly by Jenny (I think she's the owner?). We only had to wait a couple of minutes before being seated in huge massage chairs for our pedis. I had Sunny (who is absolutely amazing by the way) for my service. She was so precise and attentive. She suggested a callous remover treatment that left my feet super soft! I would definitely recommend it for the ladies who have stubborn calloused areas from all the sandals and heels we wear. I even got a leg massage and a mini shoulder massage. The entire process took a little over an hour. Update 10/01/2016: If you need to get a bikini/Brazilian wax, look no further. No hair, and I mean no hair escapes the eyes of Sunny or Jay. I always go here to get my eyebrows done and they are always prompt and friendly. This last time I brought my infant daughter with me and they were very friendly to her picking up toys she dropped and very courteous holding the door open for me and whatnot. (These little things matter to a Mama!) When I can I get a mani pedi too but this is impossible with my daughter unless I have someone to watch her so that doesn't happen often lol. I started going here almost 10 years ago and they just keep getting worse and worse. Today I knew it would be my last day when I went in for relaxation and left completely annoyed because the service was horrible. Both of my big toes were so slanted that they looked like seesaws, my cuticle on my thumb was bleeding, and I had to ask for a massage that is suppose to be provided with every service or I guess they just would not have given me one. I went to this place for the first time today and I loved it! At first it was a little difficult to find I drove right past it because I didn't see the road to get it other back parking lot, but i eventually found it. Made an appointment at 1045 I was a few minutes late because of what I said above. But I was taken right away. They did a great regular pedicure and Rosa gave me a 7-10 minute leg message with lotion and then a hot stone. Then I got a powder manicure and Jenny really paid attention to detail. The only downside was that they didn't push back my cuticles and use a tool to clean up the skin around my nails. But they really took my time and I was glad because it was my first time getting a powder mani. She did 3 coats and shaped them exactly how I wanted. Then they gave me a 10 minute back message and it was great! Overall a great experience 4/5 just because of the cuticle thing but otherwise it was awesome! read more

I have been going here for years. The last 4 times I was over charged. I get a basic pedicure. It should be $21. I never get quick dry. ($1 extra). I bring my own polish. They told me that it's a special polish and they charged me $3 extra dollars to apply it. Are the serious? It is Opi Platinum Gel. Nothing special. Just paint it on. I didn't want to make a scene so I paid. My last 2 visits I had an appointment. They made me wait 50 minutes and over charged me again. I won't be back. They do a good job but are very money hungry and will always take an appointment and make u wait an hour. Not good for business. read more

Terrible salon. They just renovated it so it does look cleaner now, but the service and quality sucks. I came in for a full set of tips on friday, and Jay did a great job on my nails. However, 3 of my tips broke on Saturday. This has NEVER happened to me before. I came back in on sunday and they made me wait 45 min to be seen. I had called in before to let them know i was going to come, and they said not a problem, so i shouldn't have waited that long to be seen. I'm appalled and their lack of care, as i've been coming here for months and I tip very well. Heavenly nails: you kiss ass for some, but what about the rest of us? Your lack of desire in making my experience better proves to me that you're not worth my money or time. You also treat your hispanic workers with nasty attitudes. Was in there for 2 hours, was cut multiple times and when I jerked back because it hurt she pulled my hand closer, couldn't even do what I wanted on my nails (which was a simple ombré) and was charged $50. The BEST nail salon on the south shore. Extremely sanitary, professional & friendly!! Their pedicures are SUPERB!! No dainty stuff here. They tear it up!! :) You're given an extraordinary 10 min massage while your nails are drying. It's free but I tip $5 for it anyway. Yes. It's that good! Heavenly is usually mobbed. I love coming here because I'm familiar with the staff, the facility is clean, the equipment is all brand new and there is a wide selection of colours to choose from. I love coming here for waxing and massages especially, Maria is my girl for massages! The only thing I do not like is sometimes they have one employee come in and do your nails and then someone else to do your pedicure, I'd prefer to just have one person do it all and give them a generous tip at the end. I went to this salon on sunday. It is very different than the classic nail salons. Much nicer and cleaner inside. The staff take forever for thw simplest things. I went for a pedicure and acrylics and was there for 4 hours. When it came to the acrylics part the guy who did my nails had no idea of designs. Ii showed him a picture of what i wanted and he did nothing similar to it. I guess he just did what he wanted to do on ky nails. I was very unhappy but had no time to fix it. So I went in the other day and they were very nice. A different girl did exactly what i showed her. So that was very nice of them. Overall i would go there again and I recommend it as well read more

I go across the street for my manicures or tips and then I come here to get my pedicures lol!
