I asked for a quote on 4 area rugs (all 8' by 12') and was quoted $250. They came when scheduled and did a fine job on the two rugs that they cleaned. Unfortunately, they felt that they were done after doing 2 rugs, so I paid them and they left. I don't believe in confrontations so I didn't say anything when they left after doing a good job on 2 rug. NEW INFORMATION: The owner just called and apologized. This was simply miscommunication. This was my first experience having my carpets cleaned. I did three rooms, a hall and a staircase. The carpets look like they've been brought back to life. Not ready to buy new but they were in need of a cleaning. As for Bruce from Heavens Best. Very personable. Good vibes IMMEDIATELY. Great communication and prompt. The cleaning took about an hour. Was willing to move things and price was more than reasonable. They vaccuum first as well. He was pet friendly and was very courteous. Got a good deal for Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning through Groupon. My parents had been talking about getting their carpets cleaned for some time now - so when I saw the deal, I jumped on it. The owner, Bruce, is very nice. He calls to confirm the appointment, is always responsive and really tries to work with your schedule. He tries his best to provide good customer service and I appreciate that. The carpets at my parent's house were due for some deep cleaning. Bruce and his staff definitely had a daunting task ahead of them! If you just need a regular cleaning - for maintenance - then I would highly recommend them. Heaven's Best isn't steam cleaning - they use some other method and the carpets DO dry within the hour. However, if you have some deep stains (or if your carpets haven't been cleaned for some time like my parent's house), then you may want to cope with some soggy carpets for the day and do the steam cleaning. The method that Heaven's Best uses will give you clean carpets, but isn't so great at removing deep, set-in stains. We had some heavily traffic-ed areas where you could still see some stain markings. Heaven's Best did everything they said they would. Our carpets were thoroughly cleaned and we didn't have to wait long for them to dry. read more

I called Bruce on a Thursday and I asked him for a quote for an 800 sq ft 2-bedroom apartment. His price was fair and a lot more reasonable then some of the other places I called. He was able to squeeze me into his already tight Saturday schedule and actually showed up a half hour early. Which was great because it allowed to complete some other things that I had planned for the day. He was very nice and worked very methodical and quickly throughout the apartment with his partner. I was very pleased with his work and he left the carpets extremely clean when he was done. He also tried really hard to get a particular stain out of the carpet in my daughter's room. But it appeared to be one of those stains that nothing will be able to get out. He was in and out in one hour, which was impressive, and I was able to pay for his great service with a credit card, which makes it even more convenient. All in all, I would recommend him for any carpet cleaning you may need. read more

Super nice guy but we thought carpets would be thoroughly cleaned, ie steam cleaned and disinfected. Instead, a spray was used & a spin brush ...no deep clean. Since I arranged this long distance, I trusted that a filthy old carpet would be ready for my college kid. Price seemed right for job I thought we were getting. Husband watched process & was disappointed. Usually I clean carpet myself with machine and have used people who use steam cleaners. This is not that type of clean. Lesson learned. read more

Heaven's Best did fantastic work cleaning my living room and bedroom upholstery. They were on time, personally protected as per the rules of our cooperative and extremely knowledgeable. They weren't quickly in and out. They spent time getting into all the nooks and crannies on my beige sofa so that it looks new again. The same goes for the other pieces they did in our home. One night, I was marveling at how angelic my son looked sleeping on the couch when he started coughing...he woke up upchucking ALL over the center portion of our microfiber couch. Then he stopped, leaned over, & went all over one of the side sections! Of course, I was worried about my sick little boy (it was a food thing, he was fine the next day). But yeah, in the back of my mind I was thinking....no, not the couch!! I got him cleaned up & in bed, cleaned the couch the best I could that night & over the next few days. Eventually I felt ok enough to use the couch with a slipcover. We set a date, he came with with another worker - they did the couch & an 8'x10' rug in what seemed like no time at all. And everything was super clean - the couch looked sensational & the rug in our living room no longer showed all the traffic it gets. They dried several hours later. We originally learned of Heaven's Best from friends who recommended them highly. We've not been disappointed! Bruce is professional, accommodating, reliable, and skilled at his work. It's easy to make an appointment, they show up when they say they will, and they do excellent work. Bruce really seems to take pride in a job well done. The first time we used them was to clean all the area rugs in our apartment, including one stained with pee and vomit from our small children (gross, I know!). He successfully got them all clean and fresh. He also made a point of assuring us that if, once they dried, we noticed something or weren't satisfied, to give a call and they'd come back; we never had to call, but it was good to know we could. The most recent time we used them was to clean off ground-in mud stains on our stair runner left by delivery men (ugh!). Again, excellent work.
