They charge extra for sides that the menu says is included! False advertising! Not a good way to start a meal!

We purchased a restaurant.com gift certificate just to try something new and we were pleasantly surprised. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon around 12:00 and we were the only people there. We sat outside on the patio, it was beautiful out and we wanted to enjoy the weather. We ordered the boneless wings for an appetizer and they were delicious! A bit too spicy for my taste, but my husband loved them! We purchased (2) specials and let me just say they were special indeed!! My hubby got the italian beef sandwich and I got the pot roast, they were amazing!! We got each of the kids a grilled cheese meal and we could've gotten away with just (1) and had them share it, the bread was 3x the size of texas toast (very thick). Needless to say we took one whole meal home! We had a little problem with the gift certificate, but the server was very helpful and we got it all worked out. We will definately be dining at the Hebron Grille again, some time soon!! read more

I want to like this place. There aren't a lot of locally owned places that serve breakfast, but I'm done with this one. The service is painfully slow. They seem to hire kids as servers who have short term memory loss. It takes at least two requests to get anything to the table. The kitchen always seems to be stressed even when there are only a couple of tables occupied in the whole place. The TV is set louder than it needs to be. The "home fries" are nearly raw sludgy potatoes. I like the Greek omelet in principle, but how do you manage to make one where all the meat is at one end and the feta is at the other? The biscuit was obviously frozen and warmed. The server was astonished that we wanted butter with ours. As much as I want to support a local business, I'm done with this one. read more

I had a coupon to the Hebron Grille so I headed South to try something new. We went around 7pm on a Saturday night and the place was pretty slow and quiet. There were a few TVs around tuned to a couple different football games. The menu was pretty small and focused mainly on burgers and sandwiches. I went with the daily special which was a burger. The burger was pretty tasty and was definitely plenty to eat! I hope that we went on an off night and that this place normally has more business than what we saw because the food is good and it's a nice alternative from the chains that surround it! read more

I'm a believer with this place. It has come.a very long way in a short time. The service the past 2 times I have been there is amazing. The food is great and has a great price. The people are so very nice and attentive to your needs. My last post blasted the burgers but now it is one of the top burgers I have ever had!!! Cod and cat fish is really good! The parm fries with ranch is amazing ( get white BBQ on the side to dip! ) cole slaw is pretty good! Was pleased with the whole experience! As soon as I walked into the door I was warmly greeted with a friendly smile and asked how my day was. It's such a refreshing time already because usually everyone is so concerned with making money, racking up a bill as soon as the guests walks in the door in hopes of a good tip. There was none of this here, she genuinely cared how my day was, what a gem! I didn't catch her name but I did come in during shift change. My new bartender Summer, blew me out of the water. Immediately she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I asked her for a menu and what she liked to eat here and that's when another gal stopped by and recommended the Alabama potato. It. Was. Huge. And trust me I am NOT complaining but boy were these girls right on the dot with the recommendation. I had pretty high hopes when we decided to check this place out, but left a little underwhelmed and without even finishing my food. The inside is actually lovely, dark colors and a cozy atmosphere, almost like that of an English pub. The service was very friendly and fast, and the girl was incredibly sweet. They get 5 stars on service and friendliness. The food I didn't actually finish... I ordered just a cheeseburger with tots. The tots were your standard frozen tots, and were cold, and the bun on my burger was so burnt I just tasted charred bread every time I took a bite. I finished about half my meal before I gave up. My dining partner had the salmon BLT, which he quite enjoyed, except for his bun was also pretty burnt and his fries were cold as well. Just went here for lunch and was disappointed. Basically, don't order the Alabama tacos. The white BBQ sauce was good but as you can see from the picture the tacos only had like a tablespoon of coleslaw on them with a pinch of chicken. Not worth it. Stumbled on this place by accident - great little restaurant! Make sure to get the Alabama white BBQ.... It was so good!

Stopped in at 5 on a Sunday afternoon. Four adults and three children. Service was top notch. Our server David was very knowledgeable of the menu. I've always been impressed with a server that doesn't need a notepad. The beer cheese with the pretzel bites was superb. We saved to the leftover cheese for the fries. The twisted fries are a sort of thin and spicy potato wedge. Very good. The white BBQ sauce is special. My first time trying a white sauce and I was impressed. I had the Alabama chicken wrap. Again, top notch. All other adults had a burger variant with rave reviews all around. I do not live in the area, we stopped in as a midway point to meet my family from KY. We have all agreed to make this place our meeting spot from here on out. Great craft beers, unique menu and fantastic service. Enjoy! read more

Update: we've been back several times since the first and it has been a much better experience. Although they are usually busy, the service has been great, and the food even better. We've tried most of the menu and have never been disappointed. You must try the white BBQ sauce. All I can say is DELICIOUS!! I've recommended the place several times, so go!!! Stopped in for dinner after moving closer to this area last month. Food was good. We had the creole shrimp salad, a burger and tenders with tator tots. Service was horrible. I don't necessarily blame the waitress though, they were busy and understaffed for the crowd. But, for a $50 tab with 20% tip, you can bet I'd make sure customers were 100% happy at a local restaurant! read more

I took my mom here for Mother's Day since there was no where else we possibly could get in. Locale: Dark, mishmash, felt like I was in a cave... but they keep it at a comfy temp. Service: The staff of young beautiful woman (Coincidence?) are well mannered, but they are detached and distant, they never seem to care much about your visit, your food quality or anything really other than getting their job done. The place seemed understaffed on that day, so the service was slow. Food: Based on the menu, this place has an identity crisis, it does not know rather its a sports bar, fine dinner or casual eatery and the style seemed mishmash. Both myself and my mother ordered the Prime Rib, they were cooked somewhat correctly and absolutely delicious, both dishes came with the same 2 sides of Green Beans and Smashed Potatoes. For the drinks, I ordered a beer and my mother got a soda. First off, the beer was sour... either they do not clean their tap's or they have old beer, and while the Prime was outstanding, the sides lacked flavor and were mushy, I could do better at home, I asked for butter for my potatoes but was given a slab of margarine... overall, I did not care for it... prime was awesome though. The sides had a "Nuked" characteristic about it that I did not find appealing. I most likely wont go back, it takes more than a knockout prime rib to bring customers back. read more

This place sure has its ups and downs. First off, I lover their burgers. I think they make some of the best burgers in town. I have to get an "Angry Angus" fix on a regular basis. Their truffle fries used to be one of our favorite appetizers, but at some point they started to come out limp and greasy. Their service is the most inconsistent of any place I've ever frequented. You can always count on the Hebron Grille for a great meal, great drinks and great service. Great assortment of beers. My favorite dishes are the Country Club wrap, the Salmon Caesar salad and the Foo Foo salad. We are there two or three times a week. When I don't feel like cooking dinner, for a quick lunch or meeting friends for drinks. My favorite drink is always served as soon as I sit down. The staff is awesome! Oh I almost forgot! I'm rarely in Hebron, but Hebron Grille was on the list for the Cincy Burger Week, and their $5 burger sounded really good, so we decided to drive out there to check it out. I saw some mixed Yelp reviews, so we had no clue what to expect, but I can say we were pleasantly surprised. The service was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. I actually was really impressed with our server. The dining area is small, but he seemed to be the only one working and was handling all his tables impressively. The food was really good. I went ahead and got the Burger Week special. For only $5, it was a burger with gouda cheese, fried pork belly, and a bacon-onion jam. I added a side of the Saratoga chips. The burger was cooked well and really tasty. The toppings on it was delicious! It was all pretty messy, but I think a good burger should be! I loved the Saratoga chips, and the barbecue dipping sauce they came with was really good as well. My boyfriend got a burger off the regular menu. I can't remember everything that was on it, but there was a fried egg. He got tots as his side and enjoyed everything. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely come back! read more

The bar itself is nice and casual. On Saturday nights there are performers and the last one we saw was actually amazing. The girl had a phenomenal voice. My fiancé took me here last night (Sunday night) and it was amazing. Wait staff was very friendly. Food was great American-style food with a little flare. We shared the loaded tater tots (HIGHLY recommend) and I hate coconut shop with pina colada sauce, which I had never even heard of before and it was great with the coconut shrimp. Amazing gem in Hebron. We have been coming here for years and they never disappoint. The southern-inspired menu items are varied and unique. We've had about every item on the menu. Try anything with the White Alabama BBQ Sauce! And their New Orleans-inspired dishes? Spot on! We lived in New Orleans for a few years and the Louisiana Chicken Pasta Bowl (add Shrimp!) is like something you could get right in the French Quarter. Like true Nashville Hot Chicken? Order the Hebron Hot Honey Fried Chicken. Paired with mashed potatoes and peanut slaw, it's awesome! And the Mahi Jalapeño is awesome! Just enough heat in the jalapeño bacon cream and amazing flavor! Service is always spot on and the staff friendly and attentive. And the place is clean. There's also outdoor seating and pickup if you don't want to dine in. read more
