We didn't order any this time, because we were getting ready to go on a long drive. But....Since I live there, I can confirm their beer is worth it! Dry rubbed duck breast, rosemary polenta, asparagus, pickled celeriac, and a side of ancho chili sauce. This dish was on their specials menu for the day however I have seen it listed on their website previously. The duck was tender and juicy, the asparagus cooked to perfection, and the polenta took this dish over the top. For me, I was not loving the ancho chili sauce, so I was very thankful to have this on the side. Graft is currently rated a 9.9 on my Beli and this is all thanks to their excellent service and the fresh high quality ingredients they use to prepare their food.
