My experience with Hedrick's Chevrolet was EVERYTHING I could have hoped for. Our salesman Casey Courtney was AWESOME! He guided us through the numerous Chevy Silverado trucks, options and our trailering needs. We appreciated having so many trucks to chose from. But more importantly, Casey followed up with every detail when I brought the truck back to install all the options we added through your Service Department. I made a appointment for 9:00 a.m. and was told to come 10 minutes early which I did. Not sure when you guys have all my info in your computer ( because I bought the truck from you ) it takes 20 minutes to check my truck in. I was happy to get a call that my truck was finished in the time frame that was told to me. But again just like when I dropped it off, when I went to pick it up I had to wait 25 - 30 minutes to get my truck. I was in the market for a new car. I had the credit, money and desire. I decided to walk to this establishment as I only live about two city blocks away. So me and bf showed up to the lot and were strolling around. We decided that someone should be coming out in a few minutes to greet us and begin the whole car salesman gig. Well, we strolled around looking for vehicles for about 10 minutes and no one came out to greet us or show us around. I'm guessing this has a lot to do with the fact that we weren't driving to the establishment and they couldn't gauge our ride out. Also, I believe that we didn't look the part of potential customers. I was very disappointed with the lack of services and that's a darn shame because I bought a car that day from the dealer in front of them. I don't recommend this place at all. Horrible service!! Came in for an oil change.. was told I had 4 recalls on my brand new 2015 2500. Kept my truck for 3 days fixing recalls. Finally get my truck back and it breaks down on me every time I drive it anywhere! After the 5th time stranded for over an hour and a half I call headricks where they are very rude bluntly say that's what I get for purchasing my truck elsewhere and told me to go to sequoia chevrolet! !! There I was completely helped by the manager Larry who went above and beyond-regardless where I bought it-- to find that headricks chevrolet had sabotaged my b rand new 2015 2500!! They left the bolt off of my wiring harness when they fixed a recall.. thus causing my truck to lose connection after starting it and driving it for a short period or time!!! I understand mistakes happen but it was the way I was treated.. mocked and casted away!! DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR VEHICLE! ! I will never be coming back to Hedrick's. I took my car in on August 25th because of a bad coolant leak. There happens to also be a recall on my Chevy Cruze. I dealt with Carol. She asked if I had an appointment, I told her not until September 5th. I was there because the leak has become worse over the last few days. She checked me in, no problem. Carol stated she would call me in "a few days". I never heard from her. I called her on Thursday. Carol says, "We haven't worked on your car. Your appointment isn't until the 5th." First off, why would I take my car in for it to just sit there for 2 weeks to wait for an appointment? I have a job that I need to be at. I work at Children's in the ER. I need to work. Who in their right mind would want their car to just sit there? Stupid response. She then gets "special permission" from the service manager to work on my car in a different department. I told Carol I was going out of town and I wanted a call on Tuesday. She stated that she was off and she would have Ralph or Keith give me a call. Guess what... Tuesday comes and yet again no phone call. Hedrick's service department doesn't believe in COMMUNICATION! I call at 1740 and speak to Ralph because I haven't heard from anyone. And another shocker.. wait for it.. MY CAR STILL HASN'T BEEN TOUCHED. I am physically and emotionally tired of how you people treat your customers. I show up Wednesday morning and pick up my car. Carol wants nothing to do with me and sends me to Keith. He had my car brought to the front and asked why I was picking it up. Gave him low down and he just suggested I take my car to Kitahara. NO APOLOGY, NOTHING. Clearly this is an issue with this department if your staff is suggesting other dealerships. And of course with no apology. I did, however, receive a nice phone call from Beverly. I have yet to call her back. She actually didn't know my car was already gone and being worked on at Michael's Chevrolet. So lucky to have a dealership in town that is willing to fix another's mistake. She did offer me a rental on voicemail, but she's obviously 9 days late. I am beyond done with Hedrick's. Mr. Hedrick will be hearing from me as well. Maybe I'll run into him at the horse races and discuss the way his department does business. Got the car back from Hedricks , they refunded the diagnostic fee when I showed them that their GM scanners wont pickup or record a intermittent failure where most of the aftermarket scanners will when one runs live data while driving the vehicle. They also replaced the turbo and all the systems support for the turbo , free of charge. The car runs like a champ now. read more

Waiting to get keys copied and they went on break 5 minutes after Ralph (one of the service guys) gave them the keys. Zeus forbid they do it before they go on break so I don't have to wait. It's not like I've been here two hours!!! I was bringing a company truck here. Ralph was very unhelpful. When her gave me my keys he didn't even offer to tell me what was wrong with the truck, he just told me where to pay. I had to ask him what was wrong with it. I came to this Chevrolet dealership thinking it was more trustworthy and capable than the others. To my surprise I couldn't be more wrong. My truck is a Silverado 2500HD diesel. It has been smoking out the tail pipe for months now. I've brought it to them 4 times and it still smokes. It's still under warranty, therefore I should have my rental car covered. They've stopped taking care of that as well. On top of everything, they kept pointing their fingers at me saying it was my fault because I don't drive on the freeway enough... Mind you, my truck is completely stock. No after-market parts to cause any problems. The service director Shawn was even yelling and interrupting me during our phone call, and eventually hung up on me. I haven't purchased a new car from them, but after trying some other Chevy dealerships this is definitely our preferred dealer for service in the Fresno/Clovis area. They always have great service, a friendly helpful smile and are reasonably quick. I know they offer a shuttle service as well, but to be honest I've never used that. Every time I've visited both the office and workshop are clean and well organized. When it comes time to buying a new car I'll definitely have Hedricks on my list of dealers to look at. Hopefully their sales staff will be as smooth and hassle free as their service department (fingers crossed). read more

I took my car in for a recall part. After waiting an hour for it to be completed. I find out that they performed service on my car (Oil and Tire Rotation) my car was not due for that and my appt. was very clear that I was there for a recall part. Service advisor Lynnea was horrible!! I tried to explain to her that I spoke to her about the recall earlier in the week, she did not want to hear it, claimed there was NO recall on my car, which in fact there were 2!! she had my VIN # completely wrong, I asked her to make sure the VIN was correct, she was sure it was, no need for her to look, and she advised me to throw away my recall notices, stating that they are never up to date, the ladies in the cashier's area, also stated the same thing. I left feeling very uncomfortable!!! Never have I had that happen!! Very bad things can happen to the people that drive their cars, and think something has been taken care of, and in fact they have not!! I hope that Lynne is no longer in that position, she does not care to take the time to make sure that the proper maint. is being done, and to suggest for a car owner to throw away the recall notice...horrible!! Also the cashier ladies, they should never state that either!! and as I left, one of them stated "I guess you don't have to pay for service for awhile" It was never my intention to have service done and not pay for it, in this case,I was CLEARLY not there for routine service. And for the person that actually was the one to remove my sticker from the window, he should have looked, had he looked, he would have seen that my car was CLEARLY not due for routine service. It is unnerving that nobody looked, it does make me question who is paying attention. Very upsetting!! Having had all that happen, my car then broke down 5 days later!! If they really had done the "routine" service, they would have caught that the battery needed to be replaced!! I am glad that I got in touch with the Supervisor of the Service Dept, Bev, she handled everything for me!! Had it not been for her taking care of me the way she did, I would have NEVER went back. My first visit to Hedrick's I was unknowingly sold a car with a broken sunroof- which I then had to spend an additional 4 more visits back and forth to get it fixed. When they finally fixed my sunroof, I discovered that they chipped the paint off the door of my new, two week old Camaro. This visit, I came in for an oil change. They brought to my attention that I had a nail in the side of my tire, so I opted to have a new tire put on. Five hours of waiting later, I was presented with my car, with a white, smudged, unappealing tire. As I inspected the tire, I found that the mechanics dented the body of my car above the tire. My encounter with Keith, Ralph, the Service Cashier and the Service Manager was a positive experience. They were friendly and willing to help. However, I haven't had my Camaro even one year and the only outside forces that have damaged my car has been the servicemen at Hedrick's Chevrolet. Though, the manager and employees were more than willing to repair the damages that their workers did to my car at their cost, I know the repairs will appear on my Car Facts Report if I decide to ever trade it in. At this point, I am left feeling that it is Hedrick Chevrolet's motive to damage customers cars to decrease their trade in value. I have partnered with a representative at the Better Business Bureau to better help get my voice heard to any future customers that decide to shop Hedrick's Chevrolet. I will not be a returning customer and will defer any of my friends and family that plan to shop Hedrick for a car to another dealership or even brand. read more

By far the worst place to get a car. I bought a new car last year and have had the worst time dealing with them. The dealership along with the service department have been so rude and really just proved to me that once I drive the car off the lot your shit out of luck if anything happen to it. My car was brand new and every time I took it in for an issue all they did was brush it off sometimes they kept it in for a week or so and didn't move it at all, they tired to say I was wrong but I have the on-star app. on my phone and checked the mileage daily and drove down 168 and seen my car parked in the back. NOT COOL!!!! Service manger called me to "fix" the issue and said "I will call you back at 2 and if not tomorrow morning the latest" well its been 3 weeks and i'm still waiting on that call!! If your looking into buying a Chevy please don't waste your time and money on this dealership that wont care for you once you buy the car, go somewhere else!!!! read more

Never have been on Yelp before, but a friend said this might be helpful for me. I recently a month or so ago bought a vehicle that I enjoy driving and am glad that I bought it. Jorge Garcia was the salesman. I explained to him that my husband just passed away and was nervous about making a purchase by myself, because he always did it for us! When he told me that he just lost his mother that made me feel for him, and we hit it off. I then after a few days called the dealership and spoke to the nice lady on phone and asked what address was and where would I send flowers to him, and she asked what the occasion was and I replied for Jorge and his loss. And she said what loss, I said his mother. She stopped talking and said she did not know what I was talking about. I knew then that he just gave me a load of crap about his mother just to sell me a car. I bought a used Malibu that day and wanted a new one, but I really felt it was the better deal long term for me. I spoke to the manager Doug temple first and he introduced me to Jorge. I just feel that if he knew what he told me and went along with it he should be ashamed of himself. I know that this is probably not a reflection on all salesman, because I have met some nice ones, but this is absolutely wrong I'm sorry.
