Their efforts would be initially successful but then the furnace would stop running again. This season began like previous ones, furnace ran normally for days until it stopped and then would not run reliably. This year, we had contracted our service with Hay's in hope that they might be able to resolve the problem. I also had Dave look at my upstairs attic furnace and they fixed the shoddy work that my home warranty company performed 1 year earlier. Come spring I had Dave come out and look at my AC units which the was the oldest unit and was not keeping it at the low temperature we wanted. He looked at it and had to add 2 lbs. to the unit and said it had a slow leak in it, but it did not need replacement just yet, maybe in about 2 or 3 years. Dave was on time and fixed everything that needed to be fix and explained the health of both furnaces and AC units. Good work and trust in a company is hard to come by.
