Great Food Indoor and outdoor seating…read moreIncredible beer menu We made a stop here late in the day for some food and we were shocked how FANTASTIC the food was. Rarely do you find a spot that has great beer and great food, but Backslope does both But if you read my reviews, you know I like to steer you through the menu, at least what we tried. Foreman's Stout - full bodied, delicious. Ginger/Lemonade - refreshing, sooooo GOOD. House Fries - sliced as chips, but so good. Hummus - great consistency, but needed some citrus to finish it off. Still good, but I am picky about hummus. Tzatziki sauce - incredible, delicious, get this. Pecan Salad with Chicken - HOLY SMOKES, my wife loved this dish. She made me come back another time just so she vould have it again. Gyro Platter - light on the chicken, but really delicious. It was enough for two or more meals. Gyro - so full I could not fit it into my mouth. But enough for two. Really great find,

Stopped in because of the high rating on yelp. At first, however I was not too sure I made the…read moreright decision because it took quite a while for the server to take an order from me. It might have been because it was some sort of a trivia night and they seemed quite busy with a regular crowd that was there. However, I did stay and I ended up ordering the ginger bowl 2.0 along with a hummus plate and I was very, very surprised as how good it all was. In fact "excellent " tells it all. I would definitely come back just for those two selections alone. Not at all what I would've expected in a "bar" in Columbia Falls, Montana. Some Asian choices, some Middle Eastern choices, some American choices on the menu and more. I was very impressed with just the two that I got so I want to come back and try again. The ambience was rather an open environment, wood chairs, wood tables, no booths, but comfortable and had more of that "bar" feel to it but there were kids there so families were welcome

There's so much to look at around the restaurant including hunting mounts/photos from the owner and history from the restaurant. Our servers were attentive and the whole family got along with them great! If we ever come back to glacier national park, we'll 100% be back here!!

They weren't massive or dirty, maybe it was just a joke I didn't get. (Reading some of the other reviews he seems to be a bit of a character) We ordered two sandwiches, one with beef and one with chicken. The sandwiches also come with some homemade soup which was great. A bit on the salty side, but I like salty. We also enjoyed our sandwiches, the burger came with some coleslaw and the chicken one with mayonnaise. Had some great bites and the burger was cooked just right. Our waitress was very nice and there is ton of stuff on the walls for you to look at while you enjoy your food. They prefer cash, but also accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard I believe)

We were seated within five minutes in a room with a view of the street. It was raining outside, and it felt nice and cozy inside the restaurant. Our server was very friendly and checked in on how we were doing regularly. We ordered the Tot-chos (half order to share among six people) and I also got a huckleberry soda for myself as well as the bison (classic) burger with sweet potato fries. For dessert, we shared two scoops of huckleberry ice cream (from Sweet Peaks), the bread pudding and the beignets. I loved the Tot-chos, and the half order was honestly a pretty big size already! The huckleberry soda was pretty sweet (I think it had 41 grams of sugar), but I don't regret trying it. The bison burger wasn't bad, it definitely tasted similar to beef, but it was a huge burger so I couldn't finish it. The sweet potatoes were also delicious. In terms of the dessert, I had gone to Sweet Peaks already and liked their huckleberry flavor a lot, so I was excited to see them on the menu. People at my table loved the bread pudding. I thought the beignets were not bad, but they weren't as good as the other desserts.
