    Chicken salad and tomato soup

Darling location but nothing to rave about with food or service. The decor and vibe is super cute- elevated and clean but not stuffy. I ordered half a soup and sandwich and my mom got the waffle. My meal tasted good, I would recommend it if you visited. My mom got the waffles, but the meal looked quite small to me. The server was nice, but we were lacking for water the entire visit. Overall a good experience, and an easy choice if visiting Flea Style, but likely won't be back with the comparable options.

I would say 3.5 stars, I feel like it was just ok. I wasn't wowed by anything, the tea wasn't offered as a sweet option so I didn't enjoy it and had to add a lot of sugar packets. The food was ok and so was the service. The presentation was cute. The restaurant was also a store so the tables were on the sidelines of the goods they sell. I was neither impressed nor not impressed.

Giving a Yee to my Haw at Heirloom Haul. When I looked up this place on Yelp I thought it was just a cute little modern country cafe but it was more then that. A cafe, a boutique and a hat bar! Yes I did shop around after I got some food in me, so many cute items I wanted them all but they don't carry XS here and if they do it's very limited. The hat bar had a variety of hats and accessories which can be customized to your liking. They also do private events and parties here too. The cafe had a to go counter as well as a seated cafe inside the disco filled area. I ordered the veggie sandwich with no cheese and asked for it on gluten free bread and my mom got the waffles with a side of bacon. Our food came out relatively quick however I had to send my sandwich back as it wasn't on gf bread. The waiter was super nice about it and had them re-make my sandwich. I ate it all, it was really good with fresh veggie ingredients! My mom said the waffles were a little bland and the bacon wasn't crispy. I wouldn't recommended breakfast here but the sandwich, yes please!

My friend & I went there on a December Sunday afternoon for their Holiday Tea, which was $45 each. This was my second visit here and although I really want to like this place and gave it a second chance, I'm just still disappointed. I don't care for the standard restaurant quality tea cup (really seems like a coffee cup) instead of a fine china tea cup. The tea pot was a very heavy and hot to the touch pewter pot. The two-tiered tray had one plate that was the standard restaurant quality plate and the other plate was fine china (sad to see the two mixed). I hoped the food would be ok even though I knew there wouldn't be any scones with clotted cream & jam. But the finger sandwiches were a disappointment...the bread was smashed (likely during the cutting process), some of the bread was very stale, and there was extremely little filling! The crusts weren't cut off with attention to detail as half of the crust was still on. There weren't that many other customers there, but after they left their tables were left dirty for the longest time. Parking is a nightmare on that street. I was lucky enough to finally get a parking spot once the congested traffic finally moved, but my friend had to valet or else walk blocks from the parking garage. For the positives...Our waitress was pleasant. The small eating area is decorated chabby chic with round glass chandeliers and a quaint trailer side for photo ops. It wasn't crowded and we didn't feel rushed. The champagne with red sugar on the rim was a nice touch.

This place has such a super cute and chill vibe. I strolled in on this fine Monday around 4:10 (the kitchen closes at 4:30). I'm so glad that I found this place. Not only do they have a high tea menu option but it's also available throughout their business hours. (10am-5pm). That's a super plus as most places stop offering it around 3pm. Initially I came here for high tea but after seeing their menu I opted for the pick 2 to accompany my 2 free Mimosas. (This is their Monday special) Overall I'm satisfied with my lunch, drinks, and the entire experience! I plan to return to try their high tea options. I'll review it when I do.

What $12 gets you - laughable!

Sorry, I tried to give this place a shot, I actually gave it two shots and I feel it's WAAAAAY overpriced, the food is pretty blah and the portions are laughable. My first visit was with a group of women out for brunch to celebrate a mom-to-be. I was so hungry, it was brunch after-all! I was sad to see the menu offers very few dairy-free options or $20 for a SALAD!! so I decided on avocado toast with eggs. The way the menu describes it "Toasted local whole grain bread dressed with mashed avocado, sliced grape tomatoes, pickled radish, parsley and sesame seeds" it sounded delicious. When my plate was set in front of me I actually laughed, out loud (see photo)! I make better avocado toast for my kids in the morning! The egg was hard-boiled not even scrambled. This was $15!!! I couldn't bought a bag of avocados and bread for less than that. Needless to say I stopped to get an ACTUAL lunch after I left. My next visit was with some girlfriends for lunch while our kids were at school. Having been so disappointed by my first visit I packed myself a lunch to bring, I didn't want to be hungry again! and decided I'd order an iced latte and a croissant or some yummy baked good. When I arrived I swung by the pastry case to see what they had and I am SO GLAD I did because again it was laughable. They pastries were pathetic looking in addition to being half the size a normal pastry is. I ended up just getting a latte - it was fine, but again over-priced for how small it was. I watched as all my friends meals (all got 1/2 and 1/2 meals) were placed on the table - they all looked like something I'd make for my kids, but I'd probably actually make it better and the portions were so small. One said she was pretty sure her soup was Chef Boyardee. Nothing looked "made to order" at all and then each of them shelled out $14 and were still hungry. I didn't even mention how slow the wait-staff is, but that was besides the point. Heirloom Haul is a super cute store with lots of beautiful things to look at, if people are willing to shell out $$$ for mediocre food I say good for Heirloom Haul making a buck, but I won't be back.

Loved this cute find! My coffee passport brought me and I would love to try more here. Got the hot lavender latte on a cold day and sweetness was perfect. Service was kind and ambiance was outstanding. Such a cute space for a girls high tea or coffee date.

Found this cute spot for a girl's (+her hubby ;) ) catch up date with afternoon tea! Cute chic atmosphere, adjacent to a boho retail store, with gorgeous balloon decor over the air stream at the end of the restaurant! While waiting for your entire party to arrive, you can explore the shop or treat yourself to a shiny permanent jewelry. My friend got herself a permanent gold colored anklet while waiting for me! Entire party does not need to get tea service - man got himself a delicious sammie while the ladies enjoyed tea time! Got any food allergies? They can swap out the item with another tea time item, just not from the sandwich menu. Didn't like your sip of tea? You get to select one from a menu, but if it ain't your cup of tea, they are more than happy to swap you out for a new tea bag. Tea time photo includes food for 2; they consolidated ours into one tray set to conserve table space. Sandwich breads were a bit dry and service could be a tad faster such as to refill hot water, but overall great vibes. As with any tea time experience, you are paying for an overall chill and cute experience, not the food portion. Spent around 1.5 hours here, quick & casual dining, many came dressed cute and floral!

    Charcuterie board

Adults ordered the charcuterie board while the kids sipped pink lemonade from the kids' tea service. They ended up enjoying the board more. Nice outdoor dining area for people watching. Overall average experience.

    Tea service

My friend and I decided to try this place. Heard it was cute, and it is. Cute boutique and Cowboy Hat shop in same locale. We had to ask to be seated twice. Nobody even looked in our direction when we were waiting at the hostess stand. Then it took a while to see a waitress. There was only one waitress and she was doing the best she could. It wasn't busy. We ordered the $30 Tea Service. Quite disappointed. The presentation was average, but better than the food actually tasted. I could tell it was not fresh made as soon as the waitress sat the plate down. The tea was not even loose leaf. And oof, the tea sandwiches weren't fresh and the chicken salad and pimento cheese tasted like it was bought from a 7-11. It's not hard to make homemade chicken salad or pimento cheese. The deviled eggs were definitely commercially made in bulk and thawed out. They're not hard to make homemade, either. Just takes a desire to care what your restaurant serves to people. The eggs had a weird texture. The blueberry muffins weren't even good and could've just been bought from Walmart. The food was extremely sub par. Shocking for any price, much less $30. I wouldn't pay $10. I won't be going back and cannot offer a recommendation. Visit the Dallas Arboretum (one suggestion around Dallas) for their Tea Service to enjoy a great, proper, tea. And it's too bad this place is not good because it's in a cool area around the Texas Star, the Cowboys practice facility.

I went here for a friends birthday lunch during the weekend of Valentines day! They had a Valentines day special and I ended up getting that. It came with 4 small sandwich, 2 deviled eggs, 2 macaroons, 2 red velvet tiny cake, one glass of rose and one glass of hot/cold tea. To be honest, the sandwiches weren't to my likings. The bread was super dry and fillings weren't very flavorful. The deviled eggs and macaroons were just okay but the red velvet cake was really good. The food weren't to my expectations but the vibe of the restaurant was very unique (being combined with clothing shop) and super cute! And the service was nice.

The food was good and lots of choices. Service was excellent. The ambiance is very cute with a boutique so once you eat you can shop.

This place was sooooo cute!!! If southern tea room is your vibe this is the place for you!! We got the deviled eggs for an appetizer and they were really good. I did the pick two and got the chicken and goat cheese sandwich with tomato basil soup and overall it was the perfect lunch. The sandwich was my favorite but the soup was also very flavorful. We finished off with dessert and I got the cutest iced sugar cookie. I recommend just parking in the silver garage right next to it because it gets super busy!! And definitely make a reservation as seating inside the main dining room is pretty limited.

Meh. Service is ok. Food was fine. It's in a little overpriced boutique with baubles and things.

The interior isn't big but there are 4 small tables for seating and a bench for waiting. They have sweet and savory morning baked goods - croissants "croix", daily made sourdough flavors, sandwiches, and coffee. The service was great - the cashier was super helpful and gave good honest recommendations. I got a sandwich (mortadella, burrata, pistachio), 3 croix's (strawberry and cream, everything, and pistachio), and a black cold brew. Food came out in about 10 mins (about the time it took to write this review and take a couple pics). Food was really good - bread was super crunchy and everything was very flavorful. Not gonna go in detail. Try it yourself. I promise it's worth waking up at 7am and driving out here! Note - while I didn't get any, I did notice that the sourdough is premade and you get it instantly.

The pistachio almond was a slam dunk, holy cow. This is an official favorite of mine…read more Okay first things first - super cute vibes and presentation, I do love the art of pastries on the wall, super enriching! Staff is also kind. So the baker, Rodrigo, is from Mexico and you can taste the influence in the cream. The crossaint have perfect flakiness - soft on the inside and perfect flakiness on the outside! This goes for the pistachio crossaint and the vanilla cream cruffin. The size, portion, flavor are all done right (though I wish I could taste more vanilla in the cream cruffin). The kougin amann is also more traditional - caramelized and hardened (I suggest adding some fruits inside, a bakery I went to in Jersey City did that and it was all I ate from them for awhile.) I'm giving 5 stars because while there is room for something new, you have to go for the pistachio crossaint.
