Uhmm.... How am I just discovering this place! They have a great menu with a variety of healthy options. We ordered sandwiches, pasta, and a smoothie. They were all delicious. I can't wait to come back to try items on the breakfast menu. The smoothie selection here is awesome. We had a hard time with picking which smoothie we wanted. Also, the service was great too. Had breakfast here when they first opened and the staff was friendly. Ordered the banana chocolate chip pancakes, Protein eggs meal with potatoes and the original pancakes. To drink we tried the açaí smoothie and sunrise smoothie. We sat at a wiggly tall/unclean table and moved to another more stable, clean one. Even though we were the first customers we got our food after another customer who ordered smoothies. The food finally came and it was pretty good. The pancakes soak up the syrup so we had to get more but they were a great size! The eggs and potatoes were also a good portion. As for the smoothies, go with the açaí because the sunrise didn't have much flavor. Overall, it was pretty good and convenient for our needs. read more

The lady in the front was helpful and kind. Very much like a Panera Bread that isn't the crowded franchise. I would do the sandwich with the side not the half sandwich with soup. The place is out of Vegas and the sandwich was as dry as the desert. Not great for the price at all. I did like the enchiladas soup a lot. The sweet potato fries were cut to a nice cut to taste. I would have gone back for these but $4 is unacceptable. The ranch is water down and not good. The packaging was nice. Almost $30 with a medium drink. I could get way better & more for my money at a sit down neighborhood restaurant. I won't be returning. Sorry, I think it will be closed down in two years at most. read more

One of my favorite food places here in Frisco. Each time I'm up in Dallas I just have to stop here. The portion sizes are very generous for both the food and smoothies. My go to order is the Chicken Tender Wrap with the spinach tortilla and Açaí Berry smoothie. The wrap is so good and really big. I always eat just half and save the rest for later. I've also had the Smoked Turkey & Avocado Sandwhich, Ryans Pesto Pasta and the Avocado Toast. The Smoked Turkey & Avocado Sandwhich is my 2nd go to for sure. All portions are great sizes! The smoothies here are really filling, basically a meal(please keep this in mind)... but they are so GOOD! You have to try. My favorite is the Açaí Berry smoothie, it's top teir and never fails to taste great. They blend the fresh ingredients made to order. The workers are always helpful with answering any questions I have and help with recommendations. It's located in a good area and has a nice clean look to it. read more

This place is a bit unassuming, but folks... it's delicious! We had breakfast - the breakfast burrito and avocado toast... The food was fresh and tasty (they even used real smashed avocados!), and we overheard someone saying the French toast is where it's at! And the staff are so friendly! We went for lunch this week and unfortunately I'm not sure I'll go back. Our food took longer than it should have to come out - we each got a wrap - and we saw other tables waiting a while as well. My wrap was pretty dry and hardly had any dressing on it so I asked for some additional. My friend got fruit with hers and it didn't look too appetizing, like it was stuff out of season.
