    Service was great and everyone was welcoming like myself. The food was absolutely delicious at which you could tell it was made with love. And the atmosphere was lovely. The decor was full of vibrant colors including the green wall, sofas and chairs. Did I mention it was my first time trying Turkish food. Needless to say, it won't be my last. I'm so excited about going back. Thank you, Karak Tea for opening your doors allowing someone like me taste a little bit of your culture!

    Stopped by for some quick snacks and chai on our way to run more errands. This was a cute little chai shop and had a nice range of chai's and snacks on the menu. The Kashmiri chai was okay, a bit watered down. My mom really enjoyed the karak chai.

    I love this place so much. The service is amazing and the food and drinks are incredible. I asked for recommendations and ended up with zaatar and cheese flatbread which is around 9 in. In diameter. It was so good! It's so flavorful and tasty and everything is made to order so it was hot and toasty. I got a Karak tea which was my first time drinking it. It wasn't sweet at all and tasted so good. My friend got Morraco mint tea and her tea was flavorful and so good. I would come back next time just to try other stuff!

    Good place to hang out and have some tea/snacks. They have a good size menu with various drinks and food items. I really enjoyed the Saffron Karak tea and the pistachio cake. The pink Kashmiri tea was a miss with our group. It almost tasted diluted and was not flavorful at all. I will say, service was good. They swapped out the Kashmiri tea after a few in our group didn't like it.

    Really enjoyed the saffron karak tea. Also got the chicken tikka paratha wrap which was good and sampled my friends baklava. The baklava is not the best I've had as it was a bit too rich and not as flaky as I would've liked. However, overall enjoyed the food and tea! Nice place and they even have chips and snacks imported. Friendly service too. Would return!

    nice hangout spot/cafe with famous tea and decent savory and sweet bites Karak is located in a store complex with a lot of parking. The cafe has both outdoor and indoor seatings. Inside has a lot of aesthetic seatings with wall decor and a great group setting. Service is friendly. The menu consists of both savory bites like different types of manakeesh, or flatbreads, different samosa fillings, wraps, and sweet items like baklava and cakes. They also offer a variety of teas and juices. We got the Karak tea, their most popular one, Zaatar flatbread, kefta flatbread, halal pepperoni flatbread, spinach flatbread, keema paratha, halloumi samosa, Chana chaat samosa, aloo (potato) samosa, keema samosa, noodles samosa, assortment of baklava, assortment of Turkish delight, and their pistachio cake. Keema wrap was good. This is a new menu item of their's, keema was a little garam masala-type spicy, but not too much, and paratha was very flaky. Karak tea was classic, we've had the tea before and it's pretty good, with notes of cardamom. For the flatbreads, the halal pepperoni was a family favorite. It's cheesy, and most importantly, they don't skimp on the pepperoni, they had a good amount. The pepperoni is also juicy and doesn't dry up fast. Spinach flatbread was also delicious. Kefta was a divided one, most of our family liked it, but I thought it was okay. Zaatar one was also good, but eat it hot because it gets a little tough when cold. For the samosas, the noodles samosa was surprisingly savory and delicious! I've never had a noodles-filled samosa before, so I was sort of skeptical, but I really liked it. I'll definitely be ordering it again. Halloumi was also good. Chana chaat and aloo samosas were both good, standard at what you would expect. Keema one was a little spicy. For the desserts, pistachio cake was delicious! It was moist and both fillings complimented each other very well. They were some pistachios in it, but not too much either. Also a family favorite now. I'm not a fan of Turkish delights usually, but these were good. I liked the different flavors offered and they tasted fresher than the other ones I've had. Baklava was good too, my favorite being the walnut and pistachio ones. They also had a chocolate and milk one, but you do have to eat them quickly, otherwise it becomes very soggy. All in all, a good hangout spot to chill with family and friends while having a tea and some snacks

    This is a real hidden gem. The inside decor is so very cute, very inviting and cozy. The owner was so very friendly and patient with me and explained all the drinks- I got the karak tea and it was SO SO SO good - I'm a big tea snob so the blend of the spices was just perfect. The milk made it naturally sweet, which I prefer over sweetened teas. The baklava was also delicious. Next time I'll come back and try some of the Turkish delights. They looked really good! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cute date night or girls night spot :)

    Loved their zaatar smoothies and karak tea. This place offers wonderful vibe in the evening and perfect late night spot for hangouts.

    Soujuk = yummy

    Food is good. Service is great. Ambiance is chill. I'm sure they will keep it that way for 2025.

    You have to proactively mention it or you will pay FULL price.

    The only thing to really go for value is the pizzas that they offer and the teas. Everything else is grossly overpriced for the portions. The kunifeh itself is almost $10 at the size of a baseball circumference and so THIN that you will feel robbed. They have a happy hour special that if you do not mention you will end up paying FULL price. They will literally charge you full price nonchalantly unless you MENTION it. TLDR; The pizza and tea is their saving grace at this junction. If they increase pricing and/or reduce portions more, then they will be just like any other Dallas run business fallen from grace.

    Comfy comfy comfy! This place is like bundling up on a rainy cold day. First off, the ambiance is amazing, as soon as I walked in I was hit with a great smell of incense. The lay out is like little living rooms throughout the store. Cute designs throughout. Everywhere you look is picture worthy. The service is great, kind employees answering every question I had. You order at the counter and sit, they will bring the order to you. Now for the food...the manakeesh (all of them) are excellent!!! I specifically love how authentic their middle eastern flavors are. Their Karak chai was excellent! And I am judging it hard since the stores name is Karak, it does live up to its name. The Kashmiri chai was also really good and very flavorful. The knafa was pretty good it is homemade, not overly sweet or dry. The cocktail juice was fresh! The Turkish coffee was in a big cup which was really unexpected since it's normally served in an espresso size cup but hey, I am not going to complain. A beautiful place for a date, to take out the family, or just to have your tastebuds dancing around with middle eastern/south Asian flavors. 10/10 recommend.... I might even say I found my new comfort food spot in north Dallas.

    Stopped by for an event and ordered the mango sticky rice matcha since I love the traditional mango…read moresticky rice dessert. If you're someone who finds traditional matcha a little too strong or grassy, this is a great option. It was lighter, fruit-forward, and the mango flavor came through nicely. The pastry case also caught my attention--everything looked fresh and incredibly tempting. I didn't get a chance to try any this visit, so I'm looking forward to trying some of the pastries next time. Overall, a nice spot for a lighter matcha drink and worth checking out if you're looking for something a little different. Staff was sweet and organized as they were a bit busy.

    Was greeted and helped by Miriam. I was indecisive with all the wonderful options available. They…read moreeven have matcha and London fog. Trisha took my order and was super awesome at making many great recommendations while Miriam cranked the beverages for the people ahead of me. Loved the GF option for an almond loaf. This reminds me of a wonderful home cafe mixed with a nice southern coffee shop. They even have seating outside for a beautiful day like the day I went. Very Austin vibes. Seating options are from regular wood bench to a cozy couch. Loved the live plants that add fresh air and a nice atmosphere. They had low playing music that was very urban so you can carry a conversation while supporting smaller artists and working on work. Headphones if you'd like your own music would be great and wouldn't be interrupted with the music playing in the shop. Biscoff caramel latte: Wonderful flavor of coffee. I was fearful it'd be too sweet but it was perfectly sweetened. The Biscoff crumbles add the Biscoff flavor and the caramel isn't overpowering. It's a soft balance of the two together. The foam was pleasant and would recommend hot. Personally would love a stronger Biscoff flavor cause Biscoff is my favorite cracker. But other than that, a super solid beverage. Almond Loaf (GF): The crumble and moist texture were perfect. Not too crazy of a GF taste. Different but wonderful. The top has a crumble similar to Almond croissant that is so satisfying if you're craving a lil more sweet with your bite. Together: Wonderful together. The almond loaf isn't dense but it doesn't completely fall apart either. Super happy.
