They don't get any money for that, it takes away from repair work that does pay, they know we have to get a couple, three, estimates. They come out in the middle or a little lower. They then said that it's to much of a hassle for them to deal with my warranty company, they only want to use GM warranty. Dustin , sales associate , refused to even consider negotiating and stated" this is a sought after truck"! He said they added on $1000 to the offer of my truck which was only at $12,000. For the record, it was $30000 offer to me to buy their truck . I offered $26,000 including my 2015 Chevy Colorado, loaded ! He stated he could not find $4000. I asked if he would consider negotiating. He turned his back to me and said no. I left. This dealership does not want your money. There are so many trucks out on the market. Don't waste your time with this good ole boy mentality here.

I live in Grafton, about 40 miles away from his shop, and gladly trailer my cars 45 minutes each way for the quality service he provides. I wish I'd found him earlier. His guys always get the job done, they know exactly what to do and they make sure it's done right. On multiple occasions they've gone the extra mile for a repair. For example, I went to pick up my 1985 Corvette once and one of the techs was just finishing up hosing out the radiator ducting of leaves that had accumulated--and the repair wasn't even related to that. Bill knows Corvettes inside and out and, despite always being busy, is willing to take the time to talk about an issue and convey what he knows and recommends. I live in fear that he'll retire one day soon--I'm not sure who I'll trust my Vettes with in the future were that to happen. Yelp! I'm begging you not to sideline this review as "not recommended." This is a legitimate review based on years of experience and numerous transactions with the reviewed company.

Out with the old, in with the new, price was what I expected. Gal (former teacher) I spoke with in the office was a delight! They have a happy customer who will be back when necessary.

I love that they have the option to text instead of call and they send you a link with the estimated services so you can take a moment to think over your options with all of the details in front of you instead of scrambling to take notes. It was about a week before they could get my car in for an appointment and then a few days to make the repairs. When I went to pick my car up, I overheard the guy at the desk talking with an elderly woman about possible problems with her car. She hadn't set up an appointment yet, but they were kind enough to chat with her to give her an idea of their suspicions based on her description. Overall a great experience and I'll be back in the future.

I have auxiliary lighting on my truck that was put back on with non waterproof connectors, and 3 out of the 4 lights don't work. Multiple gaskets not put back in properly and or have broken clips and will need to be replaced Sad part about this is my truck was left there at the end of January and I told them it was no rush to do the repair.
