Now the salon is at Salons by JC, so do not go to jc penny's like I did at first! Once there, Jaymee immediately put me at ease by giving suggestions and asking questions about what I wanted (to chop off inches and color a balayage). The process took a few hours, so if you're going for this, be sure to block off an afternoon. I really appreciated that she scheduled enough time for me and didn't overbook. The beautiful seating is gone. Yes, they have benches, but the benches look cheap. The lamps, tables and flowers are no longer present. My hairdresser is amazing! Please note this review is not about her, it is more about how this spa does not feel like a spa anymore. I loved walking in there before when it did look like a spa, and now it just looks like an outdated physicians office with zero color. Whomever came up with the idea of changing the color and frosting the awful doors, really needs to refund the owner. Because you made the atmosphere of a Spa look like an everyday hair salon.
