They are super patient with the customer who can't decide what to get. Lines are long, but they move fast. I usually order within 10 minutes of standing in line. There are plenty of seating area by the cafe. They are based on first come first serve, but it's easy to find table. During this visit I got the Hello Kitty donut which was the cutest thing ever. I didn't want to eat but I did. Lol Coffee always tastes good here and they have different kind of teas too. They have really cute hello kitty merchandise too. I been to this location numerous times and realized I didn't leave a review so here it goes. Pretty much the line goes fast even if it looks long. The seating area are first come first serve. My favorite is the hello kitty statue it's too cute and a must to take a picture always. Their drinks are reasonable prices their desserts are cute so it's worth the price. I didn't love it; I felt like the cup had more whipped cream than the cake itself. Also a little dry. Meh. The truck has merchandise (cups, thermos, hats, pillows, etc). There were also 2 separate stands that had clothing (sweatshirts, shirts, stuffed toys, etc). Conclusion - Cute! Worth a stop by (esp if you are a Hello Kitty fan). Brought my niece and sister-in-law to the Hello Kitty Cafe, which is located between Park MGM and NYNY in the Park District. It is the cutest pop-up truck with a big menu. However, the line was quite long; we waited about 45 minutes, so I recommend going early to beat the afternoon rush. My niece got a Hello Kitty donut, and I got a matcha latte. My only complaint about the latte is that the cup was almost entirely filled with ice. For nearly $7, I would hope to get more latte than ice.
