We had a horrible experience with our last mover so we are very skeptical about movers. I asked the owner (Owen) lots of questions and also through WeChat to talk to his wife to make sure 1) the truck will be big enough to load a 4 bedrooms home. 2) timing is reserved as we have a very limited time to move. Both of them are super nice and have been spending time to make sure I'm understand the entire process. They arrived at 7:30am sharp on the day of and since we had an emergency, we were not able to finish packing before they arrive. They are super accommodating and efficient. They carefully wrap everything and transport all my stuff from 3rd floor to the 1st. Nothing is damaged and our new LVP floor has been protected with cloth. After 5 hours of continuous loading, they headed to our new home right away. You would think driving a truck would be slower but they indeed arrive at our new home before us! Owen and the other mover aware it's our brand new home so they wore shoe cover whenever they need to step on our carpet area. They also asked where each item should be placed and provided recommendation when we do not know where to put something. The last but not least, they also help us re-installed the bedframe that they took off which saved me so much time. We expected some damage to furniture as with a move like this but surprisingly, it arrived in great shape. What was impressive was how quickly they arrived. They picked up our stuff on Sunday morning and by Monday night they were in TX to unload. We did run into a bit of an issue with our baby grand piano. It was slightly damaged but fortunately didn't affect the soundboard. They were very accommodating for it and offered money as it was on them. Very fast and efficient moving team. The movers at JiaZhiFu completed the entire move within a single day. Arrived at my apartment @7 AM, packed up everything and had it delivered at our new place in So Cal by 5 PM. 10 hours total for Loading, Transporting, and Un-Loading. This includes battling LA Traffic, which can easily increase time by an extra hour. All of our items were accounted for. Our furniture was wrapped in blankets and secured against the wall of the truck. I wouldn't be careful about the this company, they are very irresponsible and rude. I registered an account to just write the review. The movers didn't show up and after calling them we were told they won't come until 4 hours after appointment. We have communicated clearly about the appointment in advance (both through call and text). When contacting "help movers" about this, the lady (it seems to be the owner) was quite aggressive and manipulative. She thinks movers who will show up 4 hours after appointment is fine since they are so busy. No apology was offered. She also talked down and tried to teach me that in the US people need to book way earlier in advance while she is the one happily confirmed the reservation earlier. So we cancelled the reservation. Reply to the manager's comment: you mentioned you "contacted the staff of the day to investigate and found no service for you". Which month and day are you talking about?
