Deliciousness

Lovely couple greeted us and made us feel so welcome. Love the decor and the cheesecake was fabulous. I loved the key lime but the banana pudding was absolutely delicious. I can't wait to try the lemon blueberry. I will be back....

Yes! Yes! Yes! The owner Stacy was friendly, personable and exudes the sweet charm of her shop. Cheesecakes are atypical, served in a pill shaped container with a lot of different flavors. For Portsmouth Restaurant week, you get 10% discount when you buy 3 or more cheesecakes. My friend Nicole and I got their everything cookie with butterfinger - Yummy is at another level - the cookie came out straight from the kitchen still warm and gooey. Just the most perfect of different chocolate chip and butterfinger chunks. The store is cozy and quaint with butterfly carved patio seats giving a vibe of English tea decor. Stacy also partners with The Coffee Shoppe which is a few yards quaticorner where if you retain your receipt, you get 10% discount from the other shop - what a way to partner and build patronage for Portsmouth business community! Highly recommend this bakery!!!

Dubai chocolate brownie

Stumbled across this great little place while strolling around Olde Towne. The couple behind the counter, who I assume are the owners, greeted us right away with huge smiles and enthusiasm. They were more than happy to tell us what they had available. We opted for a plain cheesecake with crust, praline cheesecake, and a Dubai chocolate brownie. The cheesecakes were creamy and delicious. The praline was a little sweet for our taste but still so tasty. The Dubai chocolate brownie was probably the best brownie I've ever had. Just the right amount of the pistachio topping with the perfect crunch. Seriously amazing. We will absolutely be back!!

I'm grateful for a son who's willing to wait in line for over an hour to give me Ube pastries lol…read more I've been trying to get to a Jack Eats pop-up for years, but the timing has never been right...until today! We got the Ube Loaded Cake, Ube Cream Puff, Ube Fatty Cookies, and Ube Blondie. Everything was amazing and, next time, we will definitely get more. Our favorite was the Ube Loaded Cake. I loved my Mother's Day treats!!

One of the top 5 food businesses I will miss from my time in Norfolk VA is Jack Eats. While there…read moreis no shortage of great filipino food in NYC, this place does something quite special which is hard to find - merging authentic filipino flavors in a well-crafted, delicious and new way. Everything I've had here is delicious, but here are some of my favorites: UBE BLONDIES *** Probably one of their most signature items that stays on the menu season to season, this crumbly, satisfyingly dense, soft baked good with that nice punch of ube flavor will really have you coming back for more. The frosting glaze is just perfect, adding that sweetness that carries the ube flavor really nicely. The texture is just soooo satisfying, you can just tell when you cut your fork through it that it has this airy, yet dense and crumbly texture. TURON FRITTER Kind of like an apple fritter, but oh so crumbly, delicious, bright, and soft on the inside. Also had their brown sugar boba pudding cup when it came out, and it was really good; the tapioca actually blended quite nicely and was chewy and fresh, which means you're not stuck chewing it forever. Definitely on the sweeter side, but brown sugar items tend to be that way.
