The geek Albert was not knowledgeable about the Ring Pro. He said he never installed the recommended power pac so he tried to install the doorbell without it. He quickly realized that he had to do that step. When he got the door bell off inside the house, he tried to install the power pac but it did not work. He said I needed a new bell. When he put my old doorbell back on outside he tightened the screws so hard that he broke the bell. He offered to pay for the ringer but I did not take the payment because I wanted to find out from ring if there was a workaround and it turns out that there is one. The tech seemed as if he was in a hurry when he came. I am waiting for the workaround to arrive next week from Ring, so I will call again for installation but I do not want the same Geek. Please send someone who has had experience with installing this product and who will give me the time that the job requires read more

The technician that came to re-install our malfunctioning Ring-Pro door bell system was very professional and on time. He even texted before he arrived. We had installed our Ring Pro and were having lots of problems. He was very knowledgeable and was able to eventually pin point the problems and resolve them. He even stayed longer to help with another issue I was having related to another Ring Pro product I had purchased (the Door Chime Pro). He first obtained approval via a phone call to Hello Tech. They not only authorized him to help with the door chime but also did not charge me extra. Overall I wish I had requested a tech to install the Ring-Pro in the first place, it was well worth the cost. If your not using Geekatoo your not getting the service and price you deserve. They quoted me a price of $99 and that is what I paid. Shawn came out the first day and worked about 3 hours and had to come back the next day for another 2 hours to get it done. I have had four remote access sessions with Geekatoo to eliminate virus and then one for a general tune-up just to speed things up. All staff was very friendly and the problems were fixed in very reasonable time periods, never more than a few hours. They cleaned up a virus that shortly returned so they cleaned it up again for free. I subscribed to their services and the tune-up was free and took less than 30 min with a substantial improvement in my computer's performance.
