Check in was easy and simple there was a bit of a wait but nothing crazy it all went by so fast. Everyone working is so nice and positive, especially the owners you can really tell they CARE! I came in for a belly piercing and my second lobe piercing. I was extremely nervous for my belly piercing, I have a very low pain tolerance and Jen made my experience better than I could've imagined!!! She seriously is so great, she gained a forever customer for sure. They were fairly busy but Jen still took her time to be patient with me and make conversation which I really appreciated considering how nervous I was. She was quick, careful and very gentle.
