Chris was so knowledgeable and actually had a vast variety of jewelry and it was in gold. Which meant I didn't have to wait for my piercing to heal to change my jewelry to match my current jewelry to see the look I imagined. As a Disney girly really wanted to get a tattoo by Jennifer who is so talented and I have admired her work for sometime. Highly recommend Chaotic Ink for all your needs and desires. My girlfriend and I were drawn to their Friday the 13th specials and couldn't believe the line of people waiting for either/both tattoos and/or piercings. The lines were moving but the volume of people was growing. They did what they could until 6:30am the next day. However, although they had to turn people away by the time it was morning the next day, they did honor the price of the specials the next day. Great customer service. Great attention to detail. Wonderful artists and staff. 10/10 will definitely come back. Maybe he was having a bad day, but all I know is that he didn't use anything to lubricate the needle. The piercing wasn't even perpendicular to my ear--it was done at an angle. The piercings are extremely close to each other, and yes, I'm fully aware that swelling happens after a piercing. Because of that, he should have used a larger earring instead of something so small that, once my ear swelled, it wouldn't have popped off. I've been hestitant for years getting my first tattoo but on on July 25, 2025, I got courage and went to get my first tattoo. Even though I wanted the owner to do my first tattoo, but unfortunately she was busy that day. I went to one of their flash sales and it didn't disappoint, they have so many cute art designs that it took awhile for me to decide. Went in last week for the first time because my tattoo artist Jackie was a guest artist. I love my girl Jackie, she's done 3 pieces for me now and I plan to continue to work with her. She was the main reason I went in but the shop itself is pretty cool. Everyone was super welcoming and the overall experience was amazing, chill vibes. Her work looked amazing online but after my session with her, the ink started to peel and the tattoo seemed to be on the surface of my skin only. I tried to schedule an appointment with her in two different occasions for a touch up and she never responded. Her art work online did not match her professionalism. She posts everyday online and still leaves me days without a response clearly she doesn't care about her work and her clients! I went the first time with Jackie(cherry) and had no issue good work . Decided to book with another girl Sophia and she was not very professional, When it came to the money aspect .I didn't feel comfortable and decided to just loose the two deposits I gave and take my loses.she asked for a deposit immediately which I had no issue sending $60 then she asked asked me for another $100 deposit for a order she needed to make for the tattoo.. (she quoted me $300 ) at this point i was already getting a bad vibe and told her I won't be able to send any more money until I get the tattoo she said that no additional money would be needed to be sent ... Then a few days later she asks me for another $100 for her sketch artist .. at this point I refused to send her any more money after explaining she was making me feel uncomfortable almost paying off the tattoo . Her only response was i understand but.... And still would ask for the additional money .. after agreeing to sending $50 more she asked me to send it to multiple different Zelle accounts... the accounts would not be receiving money..after a while my bank blocked my mobile app that was my breaking point And just took my loose.. read more

I have had 2 tattoos fixed by the owner Jennifer. I had some script done by another artist and it wasn't the best. She was able to go over it and straighten the lines and enhance it. I also had a tattoo done on my hip when I had just turned 18 (let's just say it's been well over a decade since then) by an artist that was not the best. I then had 2 babies and it stretched that hip tattoo out twice and it just looked horrible. She was able to fix it and added some background to it. It turned it into a completely new tattoo and better than I originally had envisioned. Besides these 2 corrected tattoos, she's tatted me 3 other times and my husband twice. Since I found her I have not gone to another artist. I love her work and her vibes. It just creates a great experience. I definitely recommend her to anyone that asks! read more
