I even found a cute little mini wisk to stir my coffee. Necessity right? Ha ha The store was very clean and organized. There was a small selection of left over Christmas decor on clearance. I found a nice wok that came with some extra items that will make the perfect gift for someone I know. Some items I felt were quite overpriced, but that's my own option. Service at check out was a little less friendly and I felt like she was bothered having to stop what she was doin mg to help us. She was still polite, but not very friendly. I have visited twice (so far!) and been thoroughly impressed. With my first visit, my bestie and I shared a two-person sized board with no meat, so maximum cheese. We were able to sample the cheeses before committing them to a spot on our board. The team at Shea Cheese paired our selections with other charcuterie items to make a perfect grazing board. We also spilt the turkey and brie sandwich. The sandwich was paired with the most delicious kettle chips as well. For my second visit, I went with the pizza grilled cheese (sans olives) and got a pimento cheese sandwich to go for my mother. We were both beyond pleased with our grub. Of note, right next door to Shea Cheese is Shea Lounge, which is a little bookstore and lounge to enjoy your cheesy items. I am beyond impressed by this spot and am already looking forward to my next visit.

The space was cute and intimate, and the tasting was plentiful. They did open up the shop after the event too, so we were able to buy some deli meats and a bottle of natty wine. Their food menu looked soooo yummy, I look forward to coming back for lunch and for another event. Shea Cheese is a small business, owned by a couple who ensured that the experience was awesome. I definitely recommend stopping by and checking out their cookbook collection too. My only critique for the tasting was that they included a pimento cheese, which they make, that has mayo in it. I personally would've preferred they added one of their more unique options instead as neither my mom or I ate that part of the board (mostly due to the mayo).

Standing at the front, the layout of the store felt really open. As we continued to walk around and browse, another staff member greeted us, asked if we were looking for anything in particular, and told us where we could find the clearance section because there were some good items on sale. They did have some cute kitchen items on sale, leftover from Easter and Mother's Day. Separately, I saw a whole section of items with a beautiful orchid design. I ended up getting a large kitchen linen with the orchids on it as a gift. Everything in the store always looks high quality, and I love shopping there!
