i went in and asked for a clasp the lady showed me my options i went for the one that looked like what i had but i didn't know the size was too small when i purchased ($40-$50). I got a call saying the repairer was not able to complete the job due to the size of the clasp i chose (it was meant for small dainty bracelets, not necklaces and it'll cost me $429.99 to get the correct sized clasp. i told them no and they said they'll send my necklaces back the following business day. And didn't hear anything back until thursday saying they COMPLETED the job and to pick it up... however i assumed they just sent the message to let me know it was ready for pickup not that they actually completed a job when i told them NO. When i picked up the nice older lady was very talkative to the point i didn't actually notice they added the small clasp. i was under the impression the job was not going to be done and id get a refund but no. even with the courtesy call, my direct no to complete or upgrade the clasp... they still did it and it came off within the week like they repairer said... however i had taken the recommendation and did not want the small clasp. the ladies were nice except the pregnant one celine or whatever.. she should've told or recommended me a size difference the first time i came in (i picked what looked familiar i had no idea) and the second time (pick up day) she looked so over it when i didn't have my physical ID but it scanned with the ID app the other lady was so nice to me i didn't realize the other one was not having it or idk maybe she felt ignored in the moment. My beef is to the one who called me tbh they should've told the repairer NO. and not done any work on my necklace. i didn't check it because i was under the impression they hadn't touched it and my money would be returned and i forgot to ask about my refund in the moment because i was having a good time talking. When my bf checked my chain he realized they had done the work and i already signed off so im not getting a refund lol. i wouldn't come back nor would i recommend this place. that was kinda shady in my opinion. i understand if i had said yes continue the job but i did not and i do not appreciate this at all. i could've lost or broken my pendant. Long story short would've left a nice review but in the end this place is only after money! they do not care about your jewlery. this was my experience for jewelry repair. My husband and I came in to get some ideas for an anniversary gift. We have a big anniversary this year. My husband has been so sweet about wanting to find the perfect anniversary gift. That's where Helzberg Jewelry came into play. We were enthusiastically greeted upon entering. We were shown jewelry in a wide range of prices. We never felt pressured. The associate even went so far as to say that I should love the piece, not just like it. We were informed that they can create custon pieces. She seems to actually care if customers are happy. She was not just trying to make a sale to make a sale. Being a couple of weeks after Valentine's Day, the selection was on the lower side. This also could have been due to a clearance sale they were having. A couple of times, we were brought to a case to be shown a piece only for the associate to say it must have sold. Prices varied greatly. Many pieces were on the higher side. In the end, we decided to keep looking. Who knows what the anniversary gift will be. Helzberg Jewelry is still a possibility. read more

If I could leave more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!!! My fiancee and I went to this store this past weekend after a not-so-pleasant experience at another jewelry store in the mall. We were greeted immediately and from the first moment I met "Auntie", I felt like I was with family. I had no idea what I wanted in an engagement ring and she took a good 30 minutes of time with us and had me try on every possible size, shape, style they had until I found "the one", all the while chatting like we were long lost relatives. She wrote down the number for us and then suggested we shop a little more at other stores to make sure we were making the right decision. We did just that, but at no time, in no other store, did I feel the kindness or grace that I felt at Helzberg's. So, of course, I went back to get "the one" today. Unfortunately, Auntie was not working, but I received the same wonderful kindness & respect from all of the staff working. The entire experience was amazing and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store to anyone looking for that perfect engagement ring, it is so worth it!!!! Don't buy there used Rolex first time buying it was super exited showed it to a buddy right off the bat some eyebrows were raised... first off he pointed out the box was different and where the letter of authenticity from Rolex was which I did ask for at the shop for and was was suppose to be in the envelope with Receipts that was never put in but when I came back and confronted them about it they printed out a BS authenticity of sales saying I bought it through them which is not what I asked for and doesn't mean anything but to find out they cant give me a letter of authenticity from Rolex cuz it is not 100 percent Rolex watch!!! By this time I did some digging and what I found was a lot of misleading... after investigating what I found is they charge almost as much as a new one at the Rolex store after u buy there warranty which comes free from Rolex plus all there watches are refurbished and 30 years old look up the model# and it will tell you when they are made they fail to mention this of course but they are all refurbished thru Swiss crown not by Rolex which is a huge part in there value ... when I spoke to a worker at an actual Rolex store the simplest way he explained it was it's like having a classic car putting aftermarket parts in from a non authorized dealer and saying it's original the value is dropped significantly and He said the value of the watch I purchased was around 2k cuz I have non Rolex components in it and it's not a real Rolex it now just has Rolex components in it which is awesome cuz I paid about 8k for it!!! After gathering up all the information and feeling like I got hustled I called the corporate office three days after my purchase explained to them what I found out and they said if I'm not happy return it to the same store and they'll refund it so I did... after explaining the sales lady's said if I wasn't happy the manager should return but it's his discretion even though corporate said they would After I explain everything to him he was smiling saying Iam lying to him corporate never said he will offer me a refund and said Rolex wouldn't say that about there product diminishing in value like that and there trying to get a sale out of me and the same watch but brand new at the Rolex is way more then the price I said which they had on display for 9200 and when I told him he can call the Rolex store himself he replied I know how much they cost I don't need to call them and that's when I showed him my phone that I had it saved on the website still he didn't care After bringing all this information to him feeling hustled and some other disagreements he was still refusing me a refund and I told him I will expose there misleading sales about them putting refurbished non Rolex parts in there watches and how there selling 30 year old watches for almost the same value as new ones and Rolex used watches with letters of authenticity is actually cheaper at there store still no refund... The letter of authenticity holds the value in a Rolex watch so if u want to trade it in for an upgrade or get in a hard spot it holds value... so here's my review stay away from them and a big F-U to the store manager Blake!!!! read more

Bought my mom a beautiful diamond opal ring from this Helzberg location (Arrowhead), set in rose gold. Absolutely gorgeous ring. The staff, especially the females, were so rude. Looked at me like I didn't belong in there and when I paid cash, looked me up and down like I robbed a bank. When I went with my mom to pick up the ring, the same trio of ladies were there, still with their noses in the air, and just held the pen over the pickup receipt while my mom made sure the ring fit (it had been sent out for sizing). Let me just start off by saying if I could leave zero Stars I would. This location is nothing but rude and their customer service sucks. Out of all of the employees that work at the store there is only two that I will deal with a young lady named Jackie and a young man I cannot remember his name for the life of me but a taller skinny young man who helps my fiance pick out my engagement ring. When my ring was purchased my fiance purchased the warranty with it we could not take my ring in until January 10th of 2022 have it sized and when I did that the lady at the register that was helping me I do believe her name is Kory was nothing but rude continuously asking me if I have the ring with me as I'm trying to pull it out of my purse and then when I hand it off to her her first words to me were "this is what he bought you that's it". Yes it's nothing extravagant but it's what he could afford it I am absolutely in love with my ring. Now the other lady that was in the store was helping a Hispanic man and she's yelling across the store full of customers " is that register over there open this Mexican man in front of me that can't speak no English is going to be over there to get help". So on top of being rude and your customer service sucking you're also going to be racist not okay in a place of business. Not the least bit professional. Oh and it gets better I was supposed to have my ring back promise to me by January 29th after 6 p.m. I go to pick it up and it's not ready then I was told that it would be ready by the 30th so before I drive down there which is about an hour from my house I called them to make sure it's ready it's not ready. I happened to be in the neighborhood on Friday the 31st so I swing by and ask him if it's ready it's still not ready the manager of the store looks me dead in the face and tells me I promise you you will have your ring by 6 tonight so I hang around and I call them before I head in to make sure it's ready the manager told me on the phone it's still not ready. Not once did he give me an apology he just continuously told me there's nothing I can do for you. At this point I am fuming I want to do nothing but scream and yell at them I'm in tears and the only thing I can do is hang up on him my fiance then called the store the next day and they told him the ring was in hand pass quality control and is ready for pickup so him and I go to the store yesterday February 2nd and my fiance brings me the ring cuz he will not let me go inside for the fear that I'm going to go off on somebody so he brings me the ring I go to put it on my finger and it still doesn't fit my finger it was incorrectly sized so here we are working on week 4 and I still do not have my engagement ring which has been purchased for over a month and has yet to be on my finger and the store is doing absolutely nothing with the fact that they have made promises and broke them they have very terrible customer service and some of their employees are racist so my suggestion would be to never and I mean never shop at Helzberg because unfortunately this store has put a bad case in so many people's mouths and clearly nothing has been done about it because it continuously happens and that you can tell from reviews my suggestion is just don't deal with them unfortunately now I have to deal with them in order to keep a warranty on my ring that my fiance spent his hard-earned money on. read more

Terrible. Not only does it suck that we have to keep going to this company cause of the warranty, but we also don't have one within 4 hours of us. Initially they were great, or so we thought. First they sold my Husband a ring with a partial warranty. Who only wants a warranty on part of a set? Nobody! Thankfully we were able to add it on cause we were getting it welded together. Second every time we need something done they don't have in house jewelers at all of them so it takes weeks to get my ring back. (I will say their shipping is legit) and Last, but not least this company tried to rob me of one of my diamonds by replacing one of them with a lower quality stone. They shipped it back like I wouldn't noticed and never said a thing. Luckily I was in Denver to go to the Helzberg there to get it taken care of, but I was furious that the Glendale location would ship my wedding ring back without any word of them replacing one of my diamonds. Horrible customer service! Came in to have my ring repaired which I have the insurance on to have repairs and cleanings done for no charge. I came in and a woman asked how she could help me. I told her I was bribing in my ring to be repaired. She said they were too busy fixing stuff for three other stores, and wouldn't be ready till after the first of the year. I told her I understood and was in no hurry I just wanted to drop it off. She said she couldn't take it. I replied back with well what do I have to do go to another Helzberg, she told me yes. Frustrated I left and went to another location. I call corporate and they told me they would contact the store this should of never happened. I hope she is retrained and this store will hopefully in the future have better customer service. read more

I wish we had gone to Helzberg before even stopping at Kay Jewelers. The guy that ran our credit application at Kay Jewelers seemed very arrogant and disinterested and judging as though we were some low life people trying to find a ring. However, I am very glad I went to Helzberg Diamond Jewelers. Though we stayed at least two hours, it was very worth it because Joe and his colleague Candice were very friendly and professional the entire time. We shared our goals with Joe and our credit situation and he pointed us to another convenient way of financing. We were able to get qualified for $2,000 credit for my wedding ring. He was patient and kind and friendly and Candice found me the perfect set of wedding rings after searching the store. They were understanding and non judgemental. They made us feel welcomed and a part of their family! I definitely will be going back when we are ready for our ugrades. read more
