I was looking for a store that had cbd for dogs after we lost our pittie/shepherd mix at age 16 suddenly to to lymphoma. Our 12 year old pit that was left behind was terribly depressed and very anxious. She also has a lot of physical pain from arthritis and muscle and tendon injuries. Brett greeted us in the most friendly and helpful manner and took great care to show us what he had available and what he recommended for our girl. This brand new store just opened a week ago and I was sooooo happy to find it! I have been trying out different CBD products for the last year, some from dispensaries but I am uncomfortable taking anything during workdays that have even the slightest amount of THC in them. I've been looking for CBD products that are truly THC free. SERVICE: When I walked into Hemp World USA this week, I was greeted by the owner Brett and he was so helpful, but not pushy or "salesy". I also felt like he didn't condescend or talk down to me when I had questions (I've not had the same experience at other places) For the patience in answering my questions and for not being pushy, I give the store an all five star rating. WHAT I WAS SHOPPING FOR: I get migraines a couple of times a week and sometimes they are so severe that it affects my productivity at work. I've gotten to the point where I end up taking so much Tylenol that I get an upset stomach. I'd been trying out different CBD products and what I've figured out is that I need a higher dosage of milligrams of CBD in order to get a bad migraine under control and it's hard to find CBD tinctures that are THC free, in a high milligram form. I found a couple of products to buy at Hemp World USA that were 3000 mg. and 6000 mg. bottles and I'm looking forward to trying these out the next time I have a migraine. There was no flavor at all which was amazing! (a lot of these CBD tinctures have an after taste that I don't like) For a variety of products and also for stocking the higher milligram products that are not always easy to find, I give this store a five star rating! As a side note, for anyone thinking of trying out CBD, in lower doses it also can help to relax you to sleep better. QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS: Because I've been shopping around and trying out different CBD products for the last year, I am perhaps slightly more savvy about what to look for on the packaging, looking for non GMO labels, or organic labels or asking where a product was sourced from. Most first time CBD users may not know what to look for. From the products I looked at, it seems that the store is only carrying higher quality products that are well sourced from quality manufacturers. PRICING: I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable pricing. CBD is expensive and if you have been shopping around at different stores, you will find that some of the higher milligram tinctures can get super expensive. As a comparison, there is a CBD store in the same neighborhood where a tincture of 3000 mg. sells for $300. At Hemp USA I was able to purchase a tincture of 6000 mg. for $250. CUSTOMER REWARDS: I didn't realize this until I paid for my order but after I paid for it, I was told that because I purchased more than $350 worth of goods, that on my next visit I will get a 15% discount. This is amazing and maybe I missed seeing signage about this, but if there isn't any signage in their store, hopefully they will put some up soon because consumers love to know about customer rewards discounts to keep them coming back. Overall, I am so happy that this new store is open and as an entrepreneur myself, I'm thrilled to support a small business and shop locally (the Hemp stuff I've tried off of Amazon, I never knew how it was sourced). I hope the word gets out so more people can stop by and discover this little gem of a new small business! read more

They were knowledgeable and were not pushy. They took the time to answer my questions to ensure that I was comfortable and got what I was looking for.
