Our special needs teenager has limited verbal communication and we always worry about eye doctor visits since they need patient feedback. Dr. Quinton and his staff made this so easy. They allowed us to schedule early in the morning so if there was any crying it wouldn't bother other patients. We later found out that their process is so advanced that our daughter was able to complete the exams (all except one) without incident. She was comforted by the caring staff who took time to explain things to her. Then Dr. Quinton was able to do her eye exam and make her laugh and feel comfortable too. He was able to get her prescription right with his advanced technology and skills. She has new glasses and is happy! We cannot begin to explain what years of other eye doctor visits have cost our daughter emotionally and physically with wrong prescriptions. Dr. Kroll treats you as if you've been friends forever. He is very thorough and takes time to explain your "eye health" to you. When choosing my frames, the staff is great. This time, Emily helped me. She was wonderful, she let me know the price range of the frame shelves which I appreciated, helped me select frames with honest feedback, she let me know what my insurance would cover and what my out of pocket would be. Dr. Kroll is my eye doctor more than 20 years. As I get older, I need to see him more than once a year. When I had floaters a few months ago, he gave me his cell number in case for emergency. In Las Vegas, that I know, he is the only doctor who gives his cell number instead of call 911. read more
