They're the perfect size for the shape of my face, but the only problem I had with them is that they sit too low on my cheeks. While doing some shopping at Galleria on my day off, I decided check out the Sunglass Hut kiosk located next to the food court to see if I could have them adjusted. A really friendly gentleman named Chuck greeted me as soon as I approached the kiosk counter and I explained to him my situation with my Ray-Ban sunglasses. He began adjusting my sunglasses right away with no hesitation! Each time he adjusted the sunglasses, he had me try it on to see if I liked the fit. He then explained to me that I'm able to get them adjusted as needed for life because of the satisfaction guarantee! Chuck made sure that my sunglasses fit exactly how I wanted them to fit and then proceeded to clean them as well before giving them back to me. I was extremely happy with the way they fit after Chuck had adjusted them! He definitely provided outstanding customer service and I am looking forward to purchasing a pair of sunglasses from him in the future!
