I am updating this review to let you know Optic Gallery did an excellent job resolving an issue with my lenses.

Had an eye exam, as soon as I walked in the staff was welcoming very friendly. The doctor is friendly and always open to answering questions. When going over to pick out my glasses are the girls are very patient and work with you on getting what you want. Definitely will keep this doctor. Plus side they are open on Saturdays which is a huge plus for me. read more

It's very clean and organized inside. The little waiting area has a tv so you don't get bored. Everyone working here was very friendly. I came in to get contact lenses for the first time, and the lady who helped me try on the contacts patiently sat through me struggling to put the contacts in and take them out (3 times!). I moved to the area and my insurance changed. I decided to get my annual eye check up. I went to three other eye glass places and none of them could find my insurance. I decided to try Optic Gallery. I walked in and the place is very clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. They have a large selection of eye glasses to select from. I seriously recommend this eye doctor! I hadn't had an eye exam in roughly two years, and I realized my vision was getting worse. I called to book an exam and they were able to schedule me for within an hour on the same day! The technicians/trainees were really communicative and kind. Dr. Angela Hahn handled the second part of my exam, and was really patient with me. I have diplopia (double vision), and struggle with seeing distant objects, but all of my past exams with eye doctors felt rushed. Dr. Hahn seemed like a very punctual & matter of fact kind of person, but she was also really nice, made sure the exam was thorough, and seemed quite knowledgeable. After the exam, the other people working there asked if I wanted to buy frames with them. I said that I would prefer to buy some online. This clinic doesn't try to sell you anything you don't want or need. Will definitely be back for my next exam in a year if I'm still living in Las Vegas. read more

I took my son in to get seen. He's 4 and scared of any doctor, so as you can imagine, it wasn't exactly smooth sailing once we walked through the doors. The front desk (Courtney) was super friendly & so helpful - and they were so patient with him and even gave him candy to calm him down - and it worked. The exam went much better after that, and the doctor was great. I would definitely rave about this place for anyone whose child needs an eye exam. read more

I recently move from Hawaii to Las Vegas (Henderson) and needed to look for an eye doctor. Optic gallery came up to the nearest to my place. I ended up setting an appt to get an eye examine so I could order a new pair of glasses, mind you that the previous one I had for almost 6 years. About 2 weeks later my glasses came in, but when I started to wear it for about a week, I got headaches, eye strain etc. I ended up going back to get re-examine, and they lower it one "power" down. I went here because of the good reviews. I'm disappointed. I honestly feel that i did not received the quality eye care from the female doctor. She was in a rush. She wouldn't let me answer her question and she immediately flips the lens after lens after lens. She was really in a hurry which I don't understand since i was the only patient at that time. It made me feel uncomfortable that her assessment is inaccurate since the tests were done in such a rush. As a doctor, you're supposed to explain the test results to your patients. I felt like i have to extract these informations from her. I will definitely not come back because of my experience with this female doctor. She made me feel that I'm an inconvenience of her time. read more

The staff there were all great, from greeting and telling me step by step of what was going to happen next and what each test was. Picking out my glasses was really easy and she helped me understand what was recommended. Everyone was great! However, I felt a like the doctor was rushed. I didn't feel like I completely understood what was being said about my prescription from her. I guess I needed to to be dumbed down a bit because I don't understand everything about glasses and such. Other than that, great experience! read more

What a hidden Gem! I decided to look for a new eye doctor on Yelp because I moved to a different area of town. I made several phone calls to different practices. They all had appointments 3 + weeks out. I decided to call Optic Gallery and to my pleasant surprise they had an appointment available to me within a few days. The phone call was a very welcoming & pleasant experience. When I walked into the office I was greeted immediately. As I observed the office. I noticed how clean, organized & upscale it was. I had never seen such a large selection of glasses on display. The exam was seamless, detailed and informative. There was no pressure to buy or be up sold anything.
