I needed to update my prescription so I scheduled appointment for today. The staff is professional. I felt well cared for during the whole process from the scheduling of appointment, reminders, checking-in, eye exams with knowledgable technicians, Doctor review of results, comparing frames/lenses with an expert, all the way until walking out of the store. Doctor Tiffany Nguyen answered everything I asked about my tests results and the changes in my prescription. Kate, the frames/lenses expert is knowledgable and explains things well. I appreciate her enthusiasm and insight of glasses. She went over the different options for my lenses by asking good questions about how I will use them.

She also told me that I returned after 14 days of purchase and told me if I had come around 3 or so days after the purchase that it would be more viable. First, the parking garage has several elevator banks with total of six elevators. One full bank in inoperative, two elevators that went to the walkway, where the only way to ground level is escalators, and the UP escalator was broken, and one elevator that went inoperative while at the outlet store. As a wheelchair patron, I had to go several places just as work around to get to the car to the stores. This is unacceptable, driving a trying to dodge traffic and going extremely out of the way to get from the garage to the stores is difficult for a wheelchair patrons! The extra star is ONLY because for the excellent customer service received from the employees of the stores!

On this visit there was something in the air. Everyone that we encountered from the staff at the several establishments we visited, to the fellow customers were friendly and had a great attitude and seemed to really be in the holiday spirit. We caught a movie at the regal theater located inside the casino. We ate dinner at Shake shack. Purchased some after dinner sweets at Sees candy and did a some shopping at Bath & body Works. It's a great property located in a nice part of town that offers several eateries, shops as well as the Green Valley Casino, of course.
