I have been looking to buy a used GMC Acadia for several months now. After going to several dealers I was almost ready to give up and buy something that I really did not want. No,no,no. Stay away. This dealership will be your friend as you try to buy and then turn their backs...,once you agree. For most people, buying a car is a huge investment, this group only wants you to sign and then they forget about you. Not only did my mechanic say to never go back (clamps were holding on parts of the car), but my bank said to never go back. I had to drive over and bring paperwork myself as the dealership did not file ANY paperwork. This was after the bank contacted them many times. I emailed and visited many times. I just got pushed off. My questions were actually answered by a dealership in Charlotte. I looked at cars at the Charlotte dealership, but didn't buy. But they still paid more attention to me than this dealership!!!! read more

I'm new to the Raleigh area, and have been reluctant to get my 2011 Chevrolet Cruze serviced because I wasn't familiar with any of the surrounding Chevy dealerships. A week ago my engine started running hot. I called Hendrick Chevrolet and described the problems. I spoke with Eric in the service department. He arranged for me to bring my car in, arranged for a rental car, and checked to make sure that everything would be covered under warranty...all in about 15 minutes. My car also got fully serviced while undergoing the necessary repairs. I have had a truck for most of my life. I did not necessarily want to trade my Dodge 1500 in but we needed to get a car that we could use for weekend trips. We went to dealer on a Sunday (Which in my past would not be the best way to spend a Sunday) and was introduced to Scott Cook. I will tell you Scott was impressive from the beginning and ended up showing us the 2015 Impala. I was so impressed with the car and the service we ended up leaving that day with the car. Don't think this is my long term car, I will end up giving to my wife in the next couple of years and buy a Rocky Ridge truck from the dealer (and Scott). I had my vehicle up for the same issue several times and wasn't able to be previously diagnosed. They were able to offer a loaner vehicle on more than one occasion which was tremendously helpful with my work schedule and 3 kids. Eric Foster, my service advisor was awesome with updates and making sure that the process was as smooth as possible. He knew that what I was experiencing when the vehicle wasn't at the shop was in fact happening and while it took a little time to finally get a diagnoses we did and he was super patient. While Hendrick isn't very convenient as I live in North Raleigh, I prefer to use their service center over the ample service centers that are much closer. read more

I went to Leith VW because I was in Apex searching for a lease car. I am now retired and live on a fixed income and so I had limits on the down payment and monthly payment I could afford. Arrived early and having never been to the service bay was a little unsure of where to go. Although the service department was not open when I arrived (I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment and arrived at 6:40 a.m), one of the service managers unlocked the door to come out and greet me and answer all my questions. My sales associate, Marcus Jones, was AWESOME! I bought a Chevy Equinox, however I wanted the diamond white color with two-toned interior. Marcus went to the ends of the earth (Ok, Jeff Gordon Chevy in Wilmington) to find it for me. It had just come off the truck. Service after the sale. Bought 12/21 died 1st out of town trip. Contacted Hendrick they took my Bronco, kept it for three days. Filled it with gas that was about all they did. Many calls and text nothing was ever done. Not only no Service relief but the you owe me list was 100% incomplete. I was never given a 2nd key, the paint issues discussed were never taken care of.
