Have never had a bad meal here and the servers have all been great. The steak has been cooked to perfection every time we have came here

Formal Compliant To the Management Team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the service my husband and I received at your [Kannapolis/Concord location) on May 2nd. We are long-time fans of Logan's Roadhouse, frequently visiting the Columbus, OH locations, but our experience at this branch was nothing short of disrespectful. After a long day of travel and family church events, we chose Logan's we because it's one of our favorite places and bonus for its proximity to our hotel. From the start, our server (who never introduced herself) appeared dismissive. When we asked for a moment to look at the menu before ordering appetizers, she abruptly stated, "This is the process," and walked away. The situation escalated when we tried to follow the standard Logan's practice of selecting our own steaks. Since we did not have the servers name, we tried to catch her as she walked away, but we were ignored and did not have a name. My husband asked the bartender who seemed irritated by the question, with the bartender claiming she had never been asked that in three to four years. When I tried to calmly explain to the server that we had been trying to catch her attention to discuss the steak selection, she walked away and fetched the manager, Whitt. Rather than de-escalating or apologizing for the lack of hospitality, Whitt told us, "I guess tonight isn't a good night," I asked for the server or us ? Whitt stated you with all smiles and asked us to leave. We were shocked. We were treated with such hostility that it felt like more than just bad service--it felt like a complete lack of basic respect or potential bias. We ended up driving 20 minutes away to Outback Steakhouse, where we received excellent service. It is disheartening to be treated this way by a brand we usually love. I look forward to hearing how you plan to address this location's management and service standards. The manager returned my call J. Im not sure why this Logan's only has a three star rating. We have alway had friendly service by hostess and staff. The food comes out hot, correct and delicious. The restaurant itself is clean with plenty of seating for any size crowd. And let us not forget THE ROLLS!!! Fluffy. Hot. Delicious!!!! My only star deduction is the price. I do think they're a bit over priced on some items. But I highly recommend!! read more

I was on a date(first) here. Ava(waiter) brought a burnt steak to the table saying it was medium well but there was no pink in the middle of the steak. My date asked if he could cut the steak. Ava said sure. He asked if he could get a new steak cooked correctly Ava said sure, let me go get the manager. Ava and the manager(Matt) came back to the table. Matt asked about the burnt steak. My date explained what was said. Matt let him finish talking then asked why he called his employee c**t. This man of GOD(bishop) has been lied on. He asked Ava what he said to her. She said it doesn't matter and walked off. Matt apologized for his action and Ava too. Ava later admitted to lying. Just sad read more

Christina at the bar was so delightful and very knowledgeable about the place; we enjoyed the atmosphere, attentive service, and hospitality, plus a superb lunch! read more

The staff here are just so darn nice! From the hostess to our server (Stryder sp), to other staff randomly helping us out to Ivy holding the door for mom as we left. I don't eat a lot of meat but I was able to put together a delicious veggie plate from the sides. My mom had a burger and onion straws ahead of said we're really good. I was just looking through the reviews so I just wanted to add mine- I've been going to Logan's since I was little and I don't think I've ever had bad ribs once. Definitely a 10/10 restaurant and probably my favorite restaurant besides the melting pot give them another chance if your experience wasn't good the first time! read more

We have eaten here a couple of times and the service will vary greatly based on the server you have. This last time I visted was really bad. It was only 2 of us and we waited 45 minutes and no food. 2 tables next to us were seated and recieved thier food almost immediately. The waiteress walked by us several times, never bothered to address it until I asked for an update and was told that "the kitchen's got it, it's coming". What does that mean? another 5 min? another 20 min? Zero clarification, no apology, no drink refills, zero proactive attention. She just turned around immediately and walked away. I approached the manager, explained the situation and left. They blamed it on the chef which could very well be the reason but it does not make up for the lack of communication and attention from thier server. read more

I'm giving this place two stars because of the service I received. Our waiter was attentive, and responsive. The food, that's something Logan's needs to work on! A steak restaurant should know how to cook a steak! Logan's misses the mark on that task. A well done steak should not have a pink center with burnt ends, and a medium rare should not come to your table moo'ing. The cooks take no pride in their cuisine. The bright spot of the meal, was the bread. Their potato skins were edible, but not worth telling anyone about. Logan's is lagging behind its competitors and it shows. Maybe they should be like Michigan and send a spy to Outback or Longhorn to learn how steak should be cooked in a chain restaurant. read more

I just left Texas Roadhouse in Concord, NC after having lunch. My son and I each had a 12oz. Steak and Broccoli. We both had about half of our food left over so we got to go boxes. After paying we walked out to leave. We literally got to the front door when we realized we forgot the food at the table. When we went back to get our container it wasn't there. My son asked the wait staff if they saw it and they directed him to the front desk. The front desk said they didn't have it. I then called the manager to find out what happened and get my food. After waiting on hold for 16 mins. The manager Deana tells me that they throw away everything with 45 seconds of you getting up. Then she refused to even partially compensate me. I will be contacting Lisa Alvarez the general manager. This is terrible service. read more

Feel terrible for the employees working here. We went in for dinner tonight and ended up leaving 10 minutes after we sat down due to how hot it was inside the restaurant. After inquiring about it, we were told the AC was out. It seems that this is not just a current problem, but has been ongoing for years. The owner of this establishment should absolutely be more considerate of his employees as well as more mindful of how the high room temperature impacts the quality, freshness, and general safety of the food. read more

Sunday dinner gone wrong. As we were eating my daughter said mommy there is a bug in my salad. I said are you sure I looked at the salad it was a bug. Once I saw the bug I could no longer eat my meal. I did not make a scene I got up and ask for the manager. I told the manager there was a bug in my daughter salad he looked at the salad. He then ask did she want something else and she said no. He grabbed the salad and said I will take it off. The waitress came to the table, and I told her what happen she was very apologetic. She went and talk to the manager and said he would take the salad off the bill. She ask if there was anything she could do I said just bring me the bill. We will not be returning. read more

Yesterday I want to Logan's with my family. The place was full and we had a 20 minute wait. After 10 minutes we were seated. I ordered a Long Island tea, that was pretty weak. My wife ordered a Tequila which was pretty good. The bread was soft and good, and I ordered the 20oz porterhouse steak. With a baked potato and broccoli. My wife ordered a steak and potatoes. After 30 our meal can and our steaks was not cooked right! I ordered a medium and it was over cooked. My wife ordered medium well and it was more bloody. I let the waitress know and she sent it back and the manager came and brought us out our steaks. Total order was $98.00 read more

We were here celebrating my grandson's 9th birthday. We had been here 20 minutes. The appetizer was gone. The waitress was going to get my husbands beer 3 different times and she told him she was going to get it and proceeded to go to make more drinks for others. That's when my husband was asked by a smart a$$ what he wanted to which my husband replied "my damn beer". The smart a$$ had nothing to do with our table what so ever. He then called my husband an a$$hole that's when things got bad. My son jumped up, thankfully my son in law took him outside to calm down while the manager spoke to me. He sent the smart a$$ home. We enjoyed going to Logan's on the regular before covid and have returned several times upon the reopening. We have been extremely disappointment as the last 3 of 4 times the steak of one of our parties have been burnt. We all Order medium well. It will be a long time before we come back. read more

I came to pick up an order at 4:30 today (2/27/22). When I walked in to tell the waitress my name for my order, a manger named Jolene yelled at me to go outside and shut the door in a hateful tone in front of other customers at the table she was helping. Now I had seen several other customers pick up their order at the side door and it states on the door to-go entrance only. No manager should be yelling at any customer period nor have a hateful attitude. If she yells at customers like that I can only imagine how she acts towards her staff. I will not come back due to how rude Jolene was on just a to-go order. I will say that the server that helped me was very sweet and polite but Jolene shouldn't be a manger especially how she yells at customers. read more

It was a little late on a Friday night and wanted to get a nice small salad to help balance my earlier indulgence at lunch from work. My wife and I were greeted at the door with a sign that stated " due to maintenance issues Yeast Rolls were not available. " .......What? NO YEAST ROLLS!!!! We opted to stay, and was promptly greeted by our server. He stated he would do his best and make sure we had everything we needed.......I promptly replied I wanted yeast rolls. He did offer the ingredients needed to make the yeast rolls, but due to the limited time available, I still would not have yeast rolls....... we laughed, and all was in good humor. The salad was a side salad, no tomatoes, no onions, with a touch of bacon. I have added a photo. Upon looking at the menu, the Ribeye Steak sandwich sounded really appealing. It is a 6 oz ribeye steak on a bun, but I requested no lettuce or tomato. It was a pretty thick cut with a slice of cheese with a side of fries. I have also added a photo. With larger chains, one needs to understand that they will have good nights and bad nights. With the exception of the yeast rolls, this night was good, the food was good, and the server was very attentive.
