Wanted a little munchie as I had the munchies , so what does one get? Nachos of course Staff was sweet and spot on ! Tasty little beer and some fantastic nachos to soothe the soul . Henry's Tavern is a stop worth making

Service here was a bit slow, which was disappointing because by the time the food came out, we had to leave. We were here for a conference that was happening a few blocks away and were on a time crunch. There were few other customers, so I'm not sure why it took so long for our food to be served. But the server was really friendly and we grabbed out to-go boxes after taking a few bites of our food before heading out. The music is really loud and I'm not sure if it's just the vibes of the place but when we asked to be seated in a more quiet area, they told us that it was loud everywhere in the restaurant.

12:45 on a Saturday during college football, restaurant half full, 20-30 minute wait. Not enough wait staff. Make a reservation

Cool bar. Service was pretty slow. Food was ok - did not appreciate the core being left in my wedge salad and the sandwich was super dry.

This is the place for a Sunday day of the National Football League. Henry's is ideal together with friends, colleagues, and/or family to watch games on the big screens or play shuffleboard or any of the other games. The staff here are super attentive and very accommodating. While I didn't try the food, their appearance and the empty plates were clues enough that game day crowd approved. Shout to the company sponsor Tingley for inviting us and thank you to the Henry's Tavern team for making us feel welcomed and spoiling us.

Atmosphere nice place. Waitress great! Cheese sticks were awesome and hot!! Meal not so much. Food took 40 minutes and arrived cold. Bison burger was well undercooked. Sent back to cook more and they sent out a new burger, this time hot but, the kitchen staff who delivered it just dropped it and left. Did not say a word. That's not normal. Trash can nachos were good but spicy. Asked for no jalapeño and they are in the sauce FYI. Waitress did not know that. Glad no food allergies. But they are good if you like spicy. We ordered 2 drinks and 1 glass came out not cleaned. It was easy to notice. I feel they should look at items before serving them up. They were not that busy for a Friday late afternoon. We were really nice about all of it as it was not our waitress fault and she asked if we wanted to speak to management.

such a good spot we came in for lunch and dinner on an overnight Dodgers game day. conveniently located to our hotel as well as the FREE 16th street bus. plenty of space in the restaurant, including a large bar area. staff were friendly and helpful. we ordered traditional bar faire; wings, pizza, nachos, bisque... all very good. great selection of beers as well. great spot we'd recommend.

We came here for lunch on a Monday. It wasn't crowded but there were other tables. The server was super sweet and helped us with recommendations. Husband got fish tacos and he really enjoyed them. They were huge tacos with big pieces of fish. I got the chicken pot pie and it was amazing! The crust was perfectly cooked and flaky. The service was quick. We really enjoyed our visit here.

Came here after walking around 16th street shopping. Cute place on the corner with giant open windows so you can people watch. Service was good. My Salmon was extremely dry.... Almost not edible and my coworker said the ribeye was very fatty. (More than usual for that cut) Potato's were okay. Wished they came out hotter. Wedge salad & mozz sticks were great. I'd eat those again. Cute place to hang out and watch sports.

Hostess was welcoming. We went to sit at the bar and there were only single seats next to others. There were open high tops next to the bar so we sat down on one. He went to the restroom. A server goes to the bar and I just smile because I do that. She comes over and starts to question me about seating. When she asked if we wanted to sit at the bar I said yes. She aggressively stated that we weren't sitting at the bar and she'd have to go let the hostess know. I told her we were just going to have drinks and leave for a show. But she went to get menus and was really put out. When he came back he caught the tail end of the server's statement and asked what was going on. I told him she was peeved that we were sitting there and it wasn't the bar. He cancelled the order and we moved to the bar as a couple left. He didn't feel we should have to be subjected to her attitude. The bartender cleaned the counter top and brought menus. We ordered drinks and sat for a minute. The Moscow mule was well made and went down smooth. Service was much better at the bar. Restaurant wasn't busy. Restroom was fine. Don't think we will be recommending this place because who wants attitude? Lots of places to choose from. Go to another restaurant or bar. Nothing special about this place to warrant the attitude.

We were a large party and the server did a great job meeting our various needs. Everyone enjoyed their food. The quantities were large and quality was good. We enjoyed sitting at a big long table so we could all be together. I thought the restaurant was great for small and large groups with lots of different seating options.

Had a great time at Henry's -- good silverware, good drinks, and great service. Our server Chi was wonderful. "It's only worth it if you enjoy it." Definitely worth it for the food and the vibes.

My wife and I stopped into Steuben's to have a snack (donut holes) and a couple of rounds of cocktails. We used the Dining Out Passbook for BOGO cocktails with purchase of food. Our bartender (who was perfectly friendly and helpful) said he needed his manager to get the free cocktail. To be clear, we had literally no interaction with this woman at any point. So it's not like we did something to piss her off. When she arrived at the POS station - behind the bar about six feet from where we were sitting - she proceeded to complain about the "a-holes" (edited for language) using the Passbook and what a bunch of a-holes those customers were (not knowing we were in earshot). And when the bartender - who knew who we were and that we could hear everything - said in a hushed tone "No, they were nice" she proceeded to tell him that she didn't care and that they're just a-holes. I've never been treated so shoddy in my life in a restaurant for no other reason than using a promotional discount that they voluntarily participated in. It's bad enough to attack your customers for using a discount. But doing it behind the bar where customers can hear you is beyond unacceptable. And doing it when the customers you're talking about are within earshot is the most offensive thing I've ever expereinced at a restaurant. You may go to Steuben's and have a nice meal, but just be aware that behind the bar, they're talking about what an a-hole you are.

While this joint isn't fancy, they are doing it right. Reminds me of my childhood days when you could take the whole family out to eat for less than $30, and you're eating GOOD! The cinnamon roll is a must-get. The roundhouse meal was fantastic. The chef even came out to make sure we were enjoying everything. Old-fashioned pricing and hospitality FTW! Later I asked AI to find me a great breakfast spot that wouldn't break the bank, and this place was the number one recommendation. Holy shit... this is one of the best breakfasts, if not the best breakfast I've ever had. Everything we ordered was fantastic. The pancakes were warm, fluffy, and so good they honestly had me wanting to come back every single morning. They're also famous for their homemade cinnamon roll, and now I know why. It was absolutely massive, covered in butter, and did not dissapoint. The real secret star though is the breakfast burrito. Stuffed with meat, eggs, hash browns, and cheese, then topped with their homemade green chili gravy. Holy moly... that gravy is a work of art. I don't even know how to describe it other than I wanted to drink it. The flavor is unbelievable. I ended up eating breakfast here every day of our trip, which is something I literally never do while traveling because I like trying different places. Now here's the crazy part... the prices. This place feels like home and the prices match. I honestly can't remember the last time I saw breakfast this affordable. It feels like stepping back 10 or 15 years. Five people could have a filling breakfast here for about what two people would spend at First Watch or a lot of the trendy breakfast places. The staff was friendly, the food came out fast, and the whole place just has that comfortable local diner feeling that is getting harder and harder to find. Overall, I'll be eating here every single time I visit Denver no matter how far out of the way it is. This place is a national treasure and needs to be protected at all costs. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to spend way too much time trying to recreate that green chili gravy at home... I already know I won't get it right, but I'm gonna try anyways.

Sam's No. 3 is a colorful Denver location and an interesting cross between classic East Coast Greek diner and Sports Bar. The super long menu ranges from extensive breakfast choices (pages!) to burgers and sandwiches, tacos and burritos and steaks, chops and fish. Don't skip the Mexi-Rado Grub menu page's Pork Barbacoa Tacos -- which were enough food to split and a very tasty item. My second visit brought me to my main event: the Reuben. Served on marble rye grilled with the sandwich, the corned beef was thick and the Swiss resided on both sides of the sandwich. Sauerkraut was extremely light and didn't lend to the taste at all. That was a disappointment. The meat was thicker sliced but not the thickest. The stack was generous. The quality was so-so as during my visit it was a bit fatty, making for a chewy experience. The Thousand Island dressing was lightly applied and didn't account for much. Overall, this sandwich was a bit disappointing. Not terrible mind you, just that there was room for improvement. The pickle could have strolled right out of Manhattan. It was great. The side substitute of tomato, feta and cucumber was tasty and a nice finish. My cocktail was a rye old fashioned made to perfection by Elise. I had a second since walking from here. A solid 3.5 sandwich. Ambience 4.0 Service 4.5.
