I called to check on him. We received another call that he would arrive in about 30 minutes. He didn't show, but he eventually called to say there was an accident that would delay him. Totally understandable until he arrived impaired. Our plumbing problem was far worse than anticIpated by Roto-Rooter so James and Daniel were called in to run a camera through our pipes. The encounter immediately shifted from a double mess (plumbing problem and impaired plumber) to one of professionalism and total relief because it was immediately apparent our problem would be resolved at a fair price and the work would be high quality. Initially, we were told that Brenton would be working with James to replace our damaged pipe. This would have been a deal-breaker, but management worked with us and let James and Daniel do the work. We appreciate their flexibility and concern for our comfort. James and Daniel are knowledgeable, honest, efficient, clean and neat. Thank you both SO much!

After MPP's office manager texted me to follow up on the repiping estimate they had sent, I informed her of my displeasure, and asked specifically for the owner to call me. When that didn't happen, I called again with the same request. After four days, it was clear he had no intention of reaching out to me. I'm not sure what's going on with this business but their service and attitude are less than "professional"!

Our…read morewater heater was going into frequent lockout , leaving us without hot water for a day or two at a time. A two-man crew came out to take a look at our 2010 80-gallon power-vented heater and suggested that given the age (14 years), they would recommend a new heater, but were happy to attempt to fix my current one. They laid out the options for a replacement heater as well as tankless ones. I asked for and received a quote for the installation of a Navien tankless, and they encouraged me to research it and give them a call back (and zero sales pressure!). Based on my research, the Navien unit comes highly recommended, and the quote I was provided (with labor included) was quite fair. I was able to schedule installation the very next day, and the owner Ron and Randy did the install. They emptied the old tank, removed it, added the new unit, reconfigured all piping as needed, and tested it without any issues. The final price was within 4% of the original quote, which was great, and I now have an endless hot water supply system rated to last up to 20 years. Highly recommend Ron's Plumbing and feel they are efficient, honest, and knowledgable.

Jason and his crew coordinated well with the City of Oak Ridge. They worked expeditiously to complete the installation in one day so that my 96 year old father would have power back by the end of the day. They returned the next day to label the panel box and to move the ground wire to a permanent spot. I was super impressed that they fully concealed the ground wire in the carport. All their work is extremely neat and professional. They travel with an 8 ft. ladder and made my dad so happy when they replaced a light bulb in the cathedral ceiling that had burned out.
