Derrick and Nathaniel were our customer service representatives and they were helpful and allowed us to use our coupon we found online and they gave us an additional $10 off. How kind! The best thing is how unbelievably fast it was to get an oil change without an appointment. 20 minutes and they helped me out by offering additional services. After getting my approval, they put on new windshield wiper blades, cabin filter, and an air filter for the motor. The prices were quoted to me and they showed me the old dirty filters. Best of all the mechanics noticed my vehicle had a leaking rubber boot at the axle area. Which was great timing since my vehicle is within warranty and I can have the repair done free of charge at the dealership.
