The person with whom I spoke said that he would need to check with his manager because they would need to know where the leak was coming from before they committed to a service call. Hit or miss experience with Roia appliance company. We used them twice for different issues. One…read morewas for the washing machine and the other for dishwasher. The first time, we called them because our Samsung washing machine was leaking. They found the problem and thought they'd fixed it but it still kept happening. So they came back for no additional fee and fixed another part that eventually fixed the problem. They charged 150$ for the diagnostic fee. The second time, we called them because our kitchen aid dishwasher was not working. They charged 150$ for the diagnostic fee again and said the motherboard was fried after a power surge, and that the part was unavailable for months. We called kitchen aid and had one of their contracted technicians come few weeks later. They said that something was wrong with the motor pump. They said both parts were available, and they'd have the motor pump fixed in a week's time. Only thing was we had to pay for their labor again and for the part time. So totally, we ended up spending 600$ and could've bought a new machine itself. Overall, they respond quickly and send someone out fairly soon. Sometimes they're helpful, other times not.

When I got to the isle there was not one sole available. I looked around and saw the cashier Mike I told him I needed help and he said he would call someone to the isle. About a minute or two later Paul comes over to help me. This is when my experience was amazing. I told him what I showed him the wood I needed. He looked thru them and got me the best pieces. We went over to the cutting g board, I gave him the measurements I needed when he handed it to me I asked if the size was correct, he measured it and it was wrong. He didn't get upset he walked back to the isle and got another nice piece and then cut both to my measurements. All this while he was about to take his break.
