I went to Fuel & Flame instead bc If they don't know something they say so, or find out, and they do not attempt to blow smoke up (you know where) or sell me crap I don't want. 3 stars because they did have the damper I needed, and the store is neat, well lit, and stocked to the ceiling with pellet stuff (if that's your bag, man.) They will help you figure it out. Or, if you know what you want, they'll help you get it and wont tell you lies about atmospheric pressure in RI making a certain solid fuel "impossible" to burn (ahem, Frederickson Stove Shop.) I purchased my coal stove elsewhere (a chubby coal stove-hand made in Pembroke MA) but I buy my coal from Fuel & Flame. Excellent prices, and a few times when I almost ran out, they stayed open a few extra minutes so I could get there to get a few bags so my family wouldn't freeze. Now that's service! If you are looking for a stove or insert to heat your home full time, part time, or for emergencies, don't go anywhere else. Check out fuel & flame. Worth it.
