Then these broken doors sit in a REDLINE freight warehouse for another 30 days ! And during this time, I am forced to just sit and wait for my refund. It came wrapped in hard plastic that you need to cut with a knife or scissors to open. I believe the item was defective. I could get it to work to either turn the lights on or shut them off but not both. I went to the store, with my receipt, to return the item. At first, they stated they got it working and it was not defective. ( They actually got it to turn on an item which I also did). Then they said they could not accept the return because I did not have the original packaging and therefore they could not resell it. I asked how are they going to sell an item that is not working properly. They still refused to accept the return. I left the timer with them and walked out of the store. We will never return. We had 5 knives, so we dropped them off and within about 2 hours, we got a call saying our knives were ready for pick up. The one they could not do was my large Chinese meat cleaver, but otherwise all the other large knives were done right. Great job ! Often requiring a return visit for an exchange/return or to buy additional items to finish a project. I will happily pay a few pennies more to avoid that hassle.
