A little bit of a drive for me BUT a truly wonderful coffee shop!! They have lots of unique flavors available - from cherry to pistachio, from maple to banana, etc. they have lots of different matcha latte options along with fun coffee options. They also have a lot of fun pastries here that I want to come back to try! I had to try both: **Vienna coffee latte 10/10 All of the flavors were nicely balanced with the espresso and milk, i especially loved the salted cold foam!! Truly a delicious latte that I would order again! **Banana Matcha Latte 9/10 The banana flavoring tasted very natural and the matcha wasn't grainy at all, very smooth and creamy. There is 1 public restroom inside and multiple indoor seating options. Service was quick and baristas were friendly as well. They also have a rewards program available which is enjoyable and encourages you to come back!
Here&There is our go-to coffee shop after our Saturday morning pilates class. Friendly staff, yummy pastries, lots of seating! Their menu seasonally changes which is nice. My go-to is the Maple Latte with Oat Milk or the Spanish Latte with Oat Milk. It's usually pretty quiet when we arrive around 8:15am. Nice place to get some work done, chat, etc. Coffee is delicious and the vibes are good! Plenty of parking in the parking lot!
had a cute matcha date here with my daughter on a Saturday morning. open, clean space, tons of seating, and overall a great experience. we ordered their ube matcha and banana matcha, along with a croffle warmed up (of course). probably one of the better ube matchas i've tried, and my daughter stated her banana matcha was spot on the banana flavor and the matcha held its flavor. the croffle was absolutely delicious and so fun to eat! staff was super friendly and helpful. they've got a summer menu right now that i'll be back to try. there was a pop up by machette xyz which offered a breakfast longonisa egg sandwich with tator tots. we tried it, we LOVED it. only heard about it from instagram, so we were glad to try it. tons of parking in their shared lot in the plaza. i believe ralphs is located in this plaza as well. anyway, will definitely be returning!
Been coming here since they opened and wanted to wait to make my review so I could patron this spot several times and try multiple dranks. First - this spot is very trendy and chill vibe. Wooden tables, chairs, current beats playing. Baristas very nice and have made some great recs. My go to now is the Lavender Latte with almond milk. Hubby loves the Spanish and the seasonal fav for me is the Jamaica Lemonade- topped with tajin!! So glad this spot is down the street. I ha e made it a point to come as often as I can. It's in the same parking lot as Stater Bros - a few businesses away from Chopd and R&B. They also offer vegan donuts- but don't sleep in because those babies get swooped up quick.
Here & There has been a personal staple of mine in La Mirada since they've opened here last summer. They offer a simple but diverse menu of drinks along with a variety of baked goods as well. I've only tried the matcha latte and double matcha (my recommendations), but I have heard many great things about their other drinks from friends. Even though they charge an extra 50 cents for sweetener, I always tend to come back . Interior and ambiance is great all around. There is a fair amount of tables for doing work along with a generous area with smaller coffee tables to sit and chat. Great vibes across the board.
UPDATE: I'm updating my review to 4 stars. I love how kind and responsive the owners are (to my review and others), which shows true pride in their store and how they stand behind their products while also wanting to explain them well to consumers. That's rare nowadays. Service is always fast, place is clean, vibes are good, and although I haven't found my perfect drink here, my husband and I would still come back in the future to try to find what works for us. Thank you! We came after lunch today around 2 PM on a Saturday. While it's normally bustling in there, we were surprised to see just a few tables taken by one or two people, so maybe the college crowd has gone home for summer or something or more come in the later afternoon. Anyway, we decided to give this place a shot again since our first visit was awhile ago. This time, we ordered the ube matcha with oatmilk and the matcha lavender latte. Ube Matcha (3/5): My husband ordered it hot and requested oatmilk. It wasn't labeled in such a way anywhere, but he's super sensitive to dairy (we didn't have any dairy for lunch) and he's been suffering for it this afternoon. Not sure if they messed up. He also prefers more caffeine and this matcha felt a bit light, although he admittedly does black coffee and mixes his own ceremonial matcha with water at home. In trying his and my matcha, I think the matcha flavor is still lighter than I'd like too. It's not a bad cup, but maybe the matcha drinks are just lighter than our personal taste preference. Lavender matcha (3/5): Lavender and matcha flavor are both light. I imagine they use actual lavender infused syrup so it's not as strong as the artificial stuff, which is fine, but it's more of the matcha flavor that I still find on the weaker side than I'd like. I'm not ready to give up on this coffeeshop entirely as I like to support my local shops, but maybe I just haven't found the right drink yet. Now that I've tried three matcha drinks from here, maybe it's just not to my taste and perhaps something stronger from the coffee menu will be better suited. 'Til next time!
Drinks 9/10 So far, I've tried their: -Ube Matcha -Double Matcha I've tried both drinks a few times and while I think their drinks are delicious, I will say they're a tad inconsistent with sweetness levels and flavor strength especially for the double matcha. It's tasted overall good every time, but quality and taste has varied a bit. Still planning on coming back though for more! Service 9/10 Friendly and helpful baristas! Ambiance 9/10 I love the aesthetic of this place. The graphics of the signs and drinks mixed with the minimalist furniture, and natural lighting make the place feel very warm and peaceful. It's a great spot to study or chat with a friend. I do wish they had a few more outlets for device charging. Just a small note--the front sign is a bit hard to read. Every person I've been here with has had trouble finding the location because the sign on the front is a bit different to read. Just a heads up! It's the corner building with big puffy blue lettering on the front.

Came by in the morning to check out the Machette pop-up and grabbed a couple of drinks while we waited for our food. The Cherry Matcha was a 3.5/5 for me. The cherry and matcha flavors were both pretty light. If you like drinks that are more subtle you'll probably enjoy it, but I personally prefer the flavors to stand out a little more. The Shaken Piña Colada was a 2/5. I was hoping for more pineapple, but the cold brew kind of took over and I didn't think the flavors worked that well together. The service was definitely a 5/5 though! The baristas were super friendly and helpful. Even though it was really busy they moved fast and I got my drinks quicker than I expected. I also loved the vibe of the shop. The graphics, minimalist decor, and natural lighting make it feel really cozy and inviting. It's a nice place to hang out, but if you're planning to study or work just know it gets pretty loud and crowded. Even though these drinks weren't my favorites I'd still come back to try more of the menu. The service and atmosphere definitely make it worth another visit!
Came here on a weekday to get some caffeine and something small to eat. They had a good amount of customers inside for a weekday. Ordering was quick and our items took about 10 minutes total. My boyfriend got the flat white whereas I got the matcha latte with a ham and cheese croissant. My boyfriend thought the flat white tea tasted just okay since he usually only gets Vietnamese coffee. The flat white had a twist to it not like regular flat whites I'm used to where it's more of a balanced and mellow taste. The matcha latte I got was delicious, I throughly enjoyed it. The ham and cheese croissant was hot and crispy. It tasted like more breading than ham maybe because the ham was on one side of the croissant haha. Nice place for a caffeine and pastry pick me up. They're also dog friendly and had a dog water bowl outside from what I noticed!
Every weekend they have this guys from Machette who serves this delicious homemade longanisa burger with fluffy egg and hash brown.. You have the option to add bacon too.it comes with tater tots for only $20. We've gone there for 2 weeks now and can't get enough of it. We even took pix with their Chef Anthony. He is just amazing! If you haven't tried it yet, then you must!
My wife and I absolutely love Here & There and were thrilled to see them open up this second location. The original at Rodeo 39 is great (although parking can be a chore at times) and this one is even larger with plenty of seating room and the same great quality of drinks and service. Here & There has become our Saturday morning go to coffee joint. The owner is friendly as is the staff, the drinks and pastries are phenomenal and the vibe is chill and welcoming. I am pretty basic in my drink preference which is normally a standard iced vanilla latte but the one offered here is flavorful and always consistent in quality and taste. I also love the Orange Mocha as well and it is chock full of great orange and mocha flavorings. I am not a matcha person (its simply is not a taste I have acquired) but my wife loves it and the matcha drinks here are among her favorites. If you love matcha, you will love the double matcha as well. They also have a rotating seasonal menu as well so keep checking back. The parking at this location has always been ample to this point and its great to see them thriving in this area and in the former spot of Somethin'. If you like flavorful lattes, great coffee, delicious pastries and friendly service then this is definitely a coffee shop you need to stop in and check out.

First time visiting. I ordered an iced latte with oat milk ($6.50). They used some kind of specialty beans, and I was somewhat surprised by the fruity taste. I would definitely come back just for this. The only thing I didn't like was that the music was blasting at 9:30 in the morning. Someone turned the music up louder for some reason, and I couldn't even hear the cashier speaking. read more

Place is always packed but I always order online so I never wait in the line. I get the double matcha and it is one of the best matchas I've ever had. Great quality, amazing taste, and it gets me energized. Place is big and has plenty of seating. read more

The matcha is delicious, and the servers are so kind. I had a great experience and a big bonus for me is that they're dog friendly. They have a patio space and dogs can be inside as long as they're well-behaved. Such chill environment, definitely going to frequent this spot. read more

Newly opened cute coffee shop at a shopping center La Mirada. It's bright and airy upon entering. Lots of seating areas, I liked the the tables had wheels to maneuver the table if needed... with plenty of wall plugs to charge laptops or phones. After a carefully thought out decision, I ordered the Nola, it's a Cold brew with cane sugar and oat milk...very smooth and light.... Such a cute little spot! I got the Sweet Corn Vienna with their waffle, and it was absolutely delicious. The coffee was perfectly balanced, and the waffle was warm, fluffy, and the perfect sweet treat to go with it. The service was so kind, and the cozy atmosphere made the whole experience even better. Girls are nice bathroom not prestige but ok and honesty in the business pretty poor I'd say since I asked for my matcha without ice then they gave me a half empty drink because they supposedly go by ratios and not by size idk but I hate when they are that petty as if coffee shops were not the most lucrative business this is what they gave me. I rather go to R+B or Ding tea across the parking lot. read more

My son is all about finding thee best matcha, period. We found this spot last minute and our navigation said it was 30 minutes away. We agreed that we would go but then.. hooray we seen another one in the parking lot that we were already shopping in! Meant to be right. It is a cute woody vibe inside. Quick and friendly service where they actually great you once you walk in the door. I was like bummed that they didn't have cold foam but we were glad after because the lavendar matcha was more authentic tasting. Not like a pure sugar rush. Tried Here & There coffee today. Been wanting to come here for awhile and finally got to stop by. I tried their vanilla latte; I prefer a hazelnut latte myself, but was pleasantly surprised with their vanilla! Very nicely balanced and not an overly "milky" taste, as I prefer a more coffee forward drink. And for a hot day like today, the iced latte was perfect for my coffee pick up. The coffee shop itself was very charming. Nice, cozy and brightly lit. The shop looked very welcoming outside to entice you to come in and check out what they have. Would definitely consider stopping by again sometime. read more

I like this place! The drinks are always good and the cookie was AMAZINGGG. Drinks are about $7-8 and the cookie was $5. Parking is easy and in a big lot. The only bad thing is the seats are very uncomfortable but they at least have plenty of plugs which is nice for studying! Appreciated that they let us use the employee restroom since the customer one was out of order. read more

I was so happy when this location opened because it's close to where I live! If you like Here &There in Stanton, then you'll love the one in La Mirada as well. I like to order the strawberry matcha, orange mocha, jamiaca lemonade, and there are a bunch of drinks I still want to try! Service is quick and friendly. Excited to have a new coffee shop close to home. The place looks warm and inviting, plenty of seating, and friendly staff. They have a wall of merch with cute drink posters. I loved the Vienna espresso, the cream was smooth and wasn't too sweet. My husband got the Yuzu tonic which he enjoyed. They have a good selection of pastries but ultimately we decided to try the nutella croissant, pistachio matcha croissant and dubai chewy balls. The croissants were huge! Loved the dubai chewy balls! It seemed like a popular choice among customers. I hope to see their menu expand with more hot foods! read more

Excited to have this coffee shop so close to home! Staff was friendly and helpful. The pastries all looked beautiful, but I narrowed it down to the Nutella Croissant (which can be warmed) and the Marshmallow Biscoff, both yummy! For my drink I went with their Vienna (espresso, but could also be matcha). The cream topping was smooth, not too sweet, and paired well with the espresso. It's sweetened with demerara (coarse raw sugar) and it was just the right amount in my opinion. Overall great experience and I can't wait to go back and try more! I got their pistachio matcha and it was delicious! It had a good balance between the pistachio flavor and matcha. They have a stronger, nuttier matcha flavor compared to other places I've been to around the area. They do pre-make the matcha so the wait time is pretty short, but it's still great quality. I haven't tried their coffee but my friend said their Spanish Latte was good. It's quite roomy and bright inside with plenty of seating if you need a place to work. went on a little cafe hop today with my friend in hopes of finding a new study spot. here & there definitely did not disappoint. there's a decent amount of seating and the interior is aesthetically pleasing to look at. the barista was super nice and answered all my questions. i asked for the banana matcha to be less sweet and it was perfect! i was scared that it was going to be artificial tasting, like a laffy-taffy but it wasn't! it tasted like an actual banana! the double matcha was yummy as well. the perfect amount of matcha & sweetness since i like my drinks to be less sweet. i can't wait to come back! read more

Nice new coffee shop. The ambiance is nice and it's spacious enough to study by yourself and to come and socialize with friends. I got the yuzu espresso tonic. It's your basic flavor. Strong in yuzu flavor and refreshing. Nothing stand out though but still good. My friend got the double matcha latte and it was good. Tastes like it should. We also got the dubai chewy cookie and it was sweet and chewy. Went well with my espresso yuzu tonic. I would come here again. read more

New coffee shop in La Mirada, major heart eyes!!! I'm very excited, I think this place is GREAT so far. Very clean and decorated, light music and positive ambience to enjoy coffee, meet a friend, or get work done. There is ample indoor and outdoor covered-patio seating, and WiFi is available. This location is set within a large plaza that hosts a wide array of businesses, from fast food, to restaurants, to spa services, to a grocery store, to name a few. That being said, there is tons of parking. As for the drinks/bites, Here & There sells a well-rounded cafe menu with drinks and pastries, and the service was quick and friendly. I got an iced Spanish Latte and it was delicious by the way, and adequately priced. The only reason for being four stars is that I'm hoping they add more food to the menu, as this space did used to be a restaurant (which leads me to believe they could expand the menu with hot foods). I'm looking forward to seeing what's next!!! read more

I tried Here & There yesterday for the first time and already came back today because I loved it. The staff is very friendly and told me to let them know if I have any questions as I was browsing the menu. The shop is very clean and has lots of seating. I had the Mont Blanc both times I was here. This is a seasonal item which is cold brew, orange syrup and orange infused sweet cream. It's not too sweet and the cream top tastes like an orange creamsicle while the cold brew gives it a really nice balance. I absolutely love it. Will be coming back constantly! read more
