This review is for the west Seattle location. I have been a few times, and this place seeems to always get better. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and readily available at your service. The added lounge areas are comfortable and a welcomed seating switch. Don't be confused thinking it's only whiskey served, based on the name,. It has a fully stocked bar for whatever cocktail you desire, The staple dish is the wings and come in a wide variety of flavors and spice levels. If acrossee the bridge and in west Seattle, this place is a solid choice for a meal... or a drink,

I attend this place for a private birthday party. We were given adequate time for setup early in the day and were greeted by the manager upon our return for last minute touches and final coordination. The manager was our personal bartender for the entire event and the drinks were on point. I had lemon drops and there were so yummy. The party host had served burger and bbq chicken sliders, steak crustinis and wings. The space had ample seating and plenty of space for us to set up a photo arch and dj.

We wanted some drinks and to chill for a while before dinner, so we chose the whiskey bar. They had absolutely everything imaginable. The bartender was very knowledgeable on all the whiskeys which is very impressive considering how many there were. It was a cool space with our group able to talk without yelling. If you want a good whiskey drink (they have craft beer and other drinks) this is your place.

Stumbled in here after hearing some seriously great singers doing karaoke on a solo trip to Seattle mid May and had the absolute best time here. Owner is a gem! He and his fellow bartender, can't remember their names unfortunately are just the sweetest and are also so talented! Highly recommend popping in here. They even have pop up tattoos in the back some nights! I came to Seattle knowing no one and left with new friends! Will most definitely be back

If you know me, you know I have a thing for great whiskey, a traditional old fashioned, and a large ice cube. The Whisky Bar had an ample amount of all three. We stopped by after a Professional Women's Hockey League game and were duly impressed by the selection. They even had some Blue Spot, an Irish Whiskey that's typically hard to find in the Pacific Northwest. The bartender was entertaining, quick, and an excellent mixologist. We will absolutely come by again the next time we're in town.

We stopped by for a quick lunch before heading to the Moore. Standard bar ambiance. The bartender was super friendly and service was quick. I got the grilled cheese and tomato soup. It was good. Reminded me of being a kid. Hubby got the grilled turkey sandwich and that came with fries. I love me some fresh cut fries and hubby is not a fry fan so that was a win for me. Prices were reasonable and food was delicious. Solid choice for lunch.

Great service, the staff were wonderful for a big group, we got a fried chicken sandwich and it was definitely late night food type stuff.

Very okay bar. Extensive whiskey selection, but kind of slow (in business and in service) even for a Friday night. Not a bad experience, but not necessarily in any hurry to return. My boyfriend's a big whiskey fan, which is why we popped in after dinner, but I'm not so I just got a glass of white wine and it was REALLY bad. Good thing this place isn't known for their wine!

Tip: I recommend not opting for the Local Flight. I'm not a whiskey drinker, but the whiskey fans at my table found the Local Flight too strong. Not worth $30. Wish I had just ordered a whiskey-based cocktail or the Classic Flight which had better flight options. Ambiance and vibes are good for a chill get-together with friends with an air of some sophistication. No wait / line. Service was mediocre; our waiter was nice and came to our tables often. I wish they had refilled our water cups though. Would've been nice to have gotten more whiskey expertise / recommendations too. Actually, now that I think about it, for a whiskey-branded bar, I think it would have been a much better experience if the waiter had asked what sort of whiskeys/drinks I was into. I'm a beginner whiskey/scotch/bourbon drinker, so receiving tips and recommendations on what whiskey to order would have made more sense.

Got an old-fashioned I'll have to say it was on point. This place is not bad really good location. The service at this time was lacking. We ordered drinks and appetizers the drinks came but no food.

From the outside the place doesn't appear very welcoming but once you get inside the staff is excellent. I got the Brussels Sprouts and let me tell you they were delicious! They had a nice smokey flavor with sweetness from the honey they cook them in. The burger had lots of flavor and the fries were crispy as well. They give you water in a nice and I'm guessing recycled whiskey bottle.

Great place in Belltown with good drinks and food. Stopped in here while on a walk to check it out and glad I did. The staff of friendly and the atmosphere is awesome. They are opened for sit down and it's nice to finally be out and about in the city again. If in the area, stop on by for a drink or so and a bite to eat! The bramble is one of my favorite drinks.

Located on the upper floor of Pike's Place, this cute bar has a good amount of seating with both table and bar top options. We went on a Saturday night at around 9 PM and it wasn't too crowded -- we were quickly seated at the bar top for a party of two. When you walk in you'll notice that they have a more rustic, dark ambiance that still provides a more casual feel. We were immediately greeted by our host and were seated right away! We were having a late dinner so we ended up getting the Tater Tots with all the toppings, beef tartare, and a side of their coleslaw. For the two of us, that was more than enough! Their portion sizes were very generous and filling. The tater tots were amazing, with the perfect amount of crisp, sauce, and toppings! The beef tartare was also so delicious with the perfect amount of seasoning and the yolk beautifully ran through the meat. For drinks, we ended up getting two cocktails as well as as a whiskey flight. For the cocktails we ordered the Turn the Page and Angel's Wings. Both drinks were absolutely amazing! It was the perfect balance of tasting the spirit with its complementary fruity notes. Our bartender also curated a flight for us based on our budget, preferences, and curiosities because we were interested in learning more about the different whiskeys and it was such an amazing experience! I learned so much about whiskeys and tried new ones that I never would've considered trying otherwise! Overall, this was such an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend checking our Radiator Whiskey if you're in the Seattle area! I'm excited to go back and try new drinks at their bar again!

This place is suspiciously highly rated, making me question the legitimacy of the reviews here…read more My experience was less than stellar and here is a list of observations of which each one would have been enough to deter me from coming back. In no particular order. It's a greasy spoon .... so unclean the tables are sticky. Enough said. I could not confirm that it was real Woodford Reserve Bourbon in my custom Manhattan, and by the insta-headaches it gave me, it certainly wasn't. Serving well-whiskey under brand label is illegal and the Washington State Liquor Board wouldn't take kindly if I reported it on my phone before even paying the bill the next time. Radiator Whiskey with a entire wall full of Whiskey bottles is playing with fire and just crossed the line with me. I will be back to check up on that. The pulled pork sandwich was ok, but minimalist dry with just a sprinkle of coleslaw and red onions. So was the side salad, dry, with the dressing being 'barely there.' Barely there was also the AC on this night of a heatwave. With closed windows. I was sweaty and couldn't wait to get out into fresh air of the same temperature while sticking to my table. As for the vibe, they play alternative punk rock, maybe a bit too loud for good conversation. All I can say here is each to their own, but the place just wasn't for me.

There was six courses with a cocktail/mini cocktail for each for $60, with the option to add oysters or steak, eggs, bone marrow for additional cost. The drinks were curated by one who was definitely passionate about their craft and the food aligned, as well. The interior was vibey and set up like a lounge, with artist, urban/underground decor from the dining room to the bathroom. The service was the best -- th owner was super kind, welcoming, and had a lot of hospitality. Our server was also super sweet and passionate about the drinks she curated. It wasn't crowded at all on a Sunday for such a deal, so that was a super pleasant surprise, too. The parking is free, but definitely an area in proximity to homeless people but they were kind and minded their business. I also hear they have a night life vibe as well.
