Two friends and I were wandering around after Pike Place Market closed, hoping to find a cool place to eat. The signage beckoned us up the stairs. Our expectations were not super high, but were firmly exceeded and then some. Great service, very tasty food and excellent drinks! A good time was had by all and our server, Chase?, was funny and took care of us very well. We laughed at the bright red piggy banks used for restroom keys.

Still a great place for carnivores but I do miss the Debris sandwich and wish it would come back. It was a blessing and a curse to work with the business located directly across from Radiator because that smell of smoke and meat always made me happy but very distracted. The wedge salad was great and I really enjoyed the brisket. Glad I went with our server's recommendation! It would be great if the menu listed info on the beef source because when we asked if it was grass-fed/finished or supplier, we didn't get much of an answer. This prevented my partner from ordering a beef dish and he went with mac n cheese. Mac n cheese was a bit dry even with the pulled pork. Not enough bbq sauce. We'll need to ask for some on the side next time!

With so many amazing restaurants to choose from in Seattle, we decided to dine at Radiator Whiskey. Located near Pike's Place, this restaurant is known for its extensive whisky selection, cozy atmosphere and meat focused menu. Due to the popularity of the restaurant, I'd highly recommend making reservations. We ordered and happlily enjoyed- Smoked mac and cheese with pulled pork- wow! This dish was packed with flavors and I enjoyed how tender the pulled pork was Steak bites- the dish was tasty however the steak was a bit rough. Smoked maple old fashioned- probably one of the best old fashioned drinks I had while traveling in Seattle. Delicious smoky flavor.. I'm a fan. Cool vibes, great food and service.. I'm a fan!

This is a great place to bring out of town friends to try something truly "Seattle"! Their specialty is smokey types of meat and whiskey! Had the pork shank, the smoked brisket and the tater tots. The star of this particular show, the tots! Covered with gravy and a fried egg -- we ordered a second round! They also have an amazing smoked pig head which we've had previously. A great thing to order for a group of people.

Our first time here! It's tucked away with the other businesses near Pike Place Market. It's where Wild Fish Poke is and you'll see their sign on the right and then up the stairs! It's across from Matt's in the Market and on the 2nd floor. Place is small so they DO require a reservation! They have an assortment of drinks, several bourbons and whiskey. I got the autumns mark which has 4 different liquors and fall spices. My bf tried the "pickle back" which is a shot of bourbon + a shot of pickle juice. I'm not a fan of bourbon but man, you gotta try the pickle juice! If you like pickles, you will like this, their own recipe too! The loaded tots you must get! Truly loaded with tender pulled pork, pickled goat horn peppers (so good), smoked cheddar cheese, GRAVY and a soft fried egg on top! I LOVED their braised beef brisket! Three hunks of beef, slowly braised and oh so tender with arugula on the side and some nice buttered onions with subtle horseradish crème on the side. Dip the beef in that crème and braised sauce, delicious! To end the good food and drinks, we had the fried bread pudding that had bourbon caramel and whipped cream. You NEED TWO of these! Like it was that good and good for one person if you ask me. Our server was delightful and entertaining! Atmosphere has nice vibes, definitely casual.

Came here for a bite to eat while in town. This place was a vibe and extremely picture worthy! You do have to be of age to enter to grab a bite to eat, which I enjoyed. A peaceful meal! The food was tasty & the service was attentive & quick. We had a window seat and were able to look down below on the street. Overall great place for a nice bite to eat or drink!

Hard to find, worth locating it! Not the main stream place but a hidden gem! Miss Kari was the best bar tender and the menu of drinks "Setlist" is all because of her! You have to try the Triad. Atmosphere was great, no TVs and lite music. She was quick with answers and drinks, handled the bar like a pro. Try the burnt ends, you'll need some food.

My wife and I went to Radiator Whiskey to try out their happy hour. It was very solid. $10 cocktails, with quality spirits, not just well drinks. I ordered the brisket dip sandwich and my wife ordered the pulled pork and salad. Both dishes were tasty, and it was A LOT of food. Our server was fantastic. The restaurant had an awesome interior. We really enjoyed our experience. Go check it out.

Came here during my husband's work trip over the weekend and we were pleasantly surprised. It is a bit tricky to find as it's nestled inside the building and have to take the elevator but was totally worth the venture. The view near the windows is absolutely amazing. Our server was great and had honest recommendations for us. We both ordered the cheeseburger with a side of tater tots! Not only was the service personable but the food served was delicious. The brioche buns were sooo good on the burger. Highly recommend visiting Radiator Whiskey if you're visiting Pike's Place!

Nice vibes with good music and lots of whiskey! They have an entire menu of most of the whiskeys you can think of. Also have lots of beer on tap and a full bar. Servers were very accommodating, lots of seating space and space at the bar.

Cozy, dark bar located in Pike Place Market. Has a bar area on left when your walk in and separate dining area on the right. Decided to check out their Happy Hour menu and all items ordered were delivered quickly and tasted great! The service was attentive with multiple staff ensuring my drink was never dry and my water glass was always full (refilled 4x). Huge selection of Whiskey on their Whiskey wall!

Does this place offer online gift cards for purchase? I asked them via email and social media and received no response.

Do they serve food all the way until midnight, or does the kitchen close earlier than the bar?

Are those under 21 able to just dine in this facility? The reviews are amazing, and I REAAALLLYYYY wanna eat the food, but my boyfriend and I aren't old enough to drink.

The food is amazing but it is an over 21 establishment. Sorry

    Good place for birthday dinner?

The restaurant does have some space for larger parties, but in general I recall it being pretty cozy. I would say yes depending on the size of your party, whether everyone likes meat, and your desire to eat a pretty heavy meal.…

How far in advance do you need to call for a reservation for the pig head?

We need at least 24 hour notice by phone or email, but we always recommend a little more as we frequently sell out. On the weekends I would actually recommend about a week notice.…

The space is elegant, unique, and lives up to the photos. I also want to recognize the manager, who was polite, professional, and kindly explained that reservations were required. I completely understand and respect that policy. Unfortunately, my interaction with the bartender before speaking with the manager was the complete opposite. As I tried to get her attention, I felt like she repeatedly looked at me with annoyance and made me feel unwelcome. Rather than simply explaining the reservation policy herself, she went to get the manager instead. She had a problem with Hispanics. She refused to engaged at all. The way I was treated left me feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially as someone who was genuinely excited to visit. A beautiful venue can only go so far when the hospitality doesn't match. I would have happily accepted that reservations were required if I had simply been treated with basic kindness and respect from the start. I truly hope this was an isolated incident because the location itself is stunning, and the manager handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, because of my interaction with the bartender I've added in the photos, I don't see myself returning. Sadly they have a Prejudice bartender.
