My only tiny gripe is a lack of outlets (as someone with a million devices to plug in.) Our AC wasn't working correctly when we came in, but the front desk immediately sent a handyman that replaced the motherboard. Just unreal service.

The room was clean and warm, and the shower great with amazing Aesop products. There is a hair dryer in the room as well. Wifi is a bit slow - but to be expected. We stayed in the greenhouses and the patios were a great touch. & the breakfasts! Even during COVID times - the breakfast was delicious. There was a kitchen, large table, big bathroom, comfy beds, a couch that turns into a bed, 2 large TV's, study table, etc. It was perfect! They did a great job keeping our room clean. Beds are comfortable and we all got plenty of rest. When we needed extra towels, blankets, and toilet paper, employees did an excellent job providing that for us. Some property amenities include: The Residence Bar, Fitness Center, Indoor Swimming Pool, Dry Cleaning Service, Free Hot Breakfast, Convenience Store, Free Wifi, and a Laundry Room. My 5 1/2 year old ran after them. The sounds of crickets and maybe even frogs was loud all night. Our room faced the courtyard, which is definitely nicer than the rooms facing the parking. The young guy at the front desk was much nicer than the older woman - especially in regards to the goodie bags. Yes, we understand that you're following the rules - one goodie bag per room. There was one young gal at breakfast time that could be friendlier, too. She was a bit snappy as she cleared plates from our private farewell room. The food was quite good! The groom's "get ready" room had chips, sandwiches, canned sodas, and wraps while the bride's "get ready" room had fresh fruits, sausages, scrambled eggs, cereal, and mimosas... LOL!
