It's a standard 6oz pre-form that they call "smash" as an excuse to put a steak weight on it and cook it beyond recognition. The brioche bun is "fake brioche." Has the outer look, but is super dry and tasteless. The irony was I ordered and paid for a side salad. It came in a tiny soup cup and in it had the shredded lettuce and pico I would expect on the nachos. Just really was hopeful. I could see a good vibe at times in there if you're under 25yrs old.
