Dr. Mireya Hernandez is an amazing chiropractor, and Melina Hernandez is the only massage therapist that I've had great experience with. I've gone to both for years and am a very satisfied patient/client. I've had chronic back pains since I was a kid. I've been to MANY chiropractors, acupuncturists, doctors, and a few massage therapists. I never found the right person/people for my back pain until I happened to find Dr. Hernandez at her former practice. Dr. Hernandez is thorough, friendly, and is really good at what she does. I first went to see her when I had severe back and neck pain. She was thorough in her questionnaire, noted my pain level and my answers in her record, and was gentle, but firm when she proceeded to adjust my back. The relief! I continued to see Dr. Hernandez every month or two for maintenance and leave better every time. Would 100% recommend her. When my back pain was at one of its worst with tight muscles and knots, I decided to also get massage therapy. I'm a complete wimp, and I've always hesitated because of my low pain threshold. Let me tell you, Melina is GOOOOOD. She gets deep into those knots but is also able to adjust her strength to accommodate weaklings like me. She is thorough and is able to get all the knots in every nook and crannies. She is efficient, effective, and listens to her clients. I no longer live in the area, but I would still make the trip back to LB just because of how effective these two are. Highly recommend both! read more

I was suffering with TMD headaches, Jaw popping and clicking , and pain in my cheeks for a month before I came to see Mireya and Natalie . Mireya not only help me with adjustment , but also educated me on posture. I first expected to come in and she would pop my jaw back in place , but she educated me on posture and why neck, hip and back adjustment is so important and plays a big part of TMD. I also booked an appointment with Natalie her massage therapist so was very informative and also educated me on the myofascial pain . I had "knots" in my cheek she taught me how to do the message at home and recommended solutions. After a couple sessions and a mouth guard later , my symptoms have gone away. I still need to go back and continue treatment because I sit at a desk all day and my posture needs adjustment but I'm beyond happy with the team here 10/10 recommend ! read more

There are so many good things I could say about Dr. Hernandez, Melina, Shannon and Paulina. Not only do they all deeply care about their patients they treat them like humans and take the time to listen to their needs, pains and ask all the right questions when creating a treatment plan. I've been seeing them since 2019 and I've never looked back since! I would love to keep them a secret to make sure I can book my appointments but honestly the word is already out and if you haven't seen them, get on the schedule. I have been seeing Dr. Jordan for about a year. When I started, I was 20 weeks pregnant and needed some relief in my hips and lower back. Now I'm 6 months post-partum, and he is helping me with all the new-mommy pains (i.e. low back, shoulders, wrists, etc.). Dr. Jordan now cares for my 6-month-old son and husband. I've been coming to Dr Hernandez for a few years. So when she moved her office I followed. She is patient and really tailors each visit to the patients needs. I never feel rushed and I am always asked how I feel. Every time I come. Some doctors can be mechanical and don't give you an opportunity to ask questions or just talk about what's is wrong. Dr Hernandez makes me feel like I'm in tune with my body but she is the expert on how to help.
