I figured when I bring it in for a ceramic coating in a few months, they can fix the PPF. Well where do I begin. I dropped the car off 3 days ago to have the ceramic coating done. I arrive today and not one single area that I pointed out that needed the PPF to be fixed was corrected. Not one. When Efe's dad called him up because he wasn't there and I was pointing out over 10 spots min that needed to be fixed, his response was" you only pointed 4 spots out to me" my response was " and all 4 are still there". I told him to go through the car with a microscope and make sure the PPF was good. I arrived today to the same bubbling all over the front bumper, side bumpers, head lights and rear view mirrors all while being given excuses like " this is expected, the C8 front bumper is very hard, Its typical when you put film over the car that this happens". Absolutely every excuse in the book possible. Then after the father confirms there are a lot of area that are bubbling in the PPF, he tells me to bring it back to him on Saturday. So 3 times to get the PPF correct. The price changed 3 times in 5 months. Quoted me one price for the ceramic after I got the PPF done. Then another price when I dropped it off 3 days ago, and another price when I went to go pick it up today. I brought my car to a performance shop in Huntington and the first thing they asked me was if I PPF'd the car myself. That's how bad it was. They thought a complete amateur did it or I did it myself. It's cloudy out now but next sunny day I will post all the areas that have bubbles. On front of car, sides of car and even the rear view mirrors. Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had with a detailer and I have owned and taken care of cars meticulously for the last 30 years. You are completely out of your mind if you get your car PPF by this pace. Or just make sure you confirm your car is easy enough to do unlike my C8. As you see in these 2 pics, how bad the front was peeling. When I arrived today it was just as bad. Their excuse was that it was an oversight. Maybe for a blind person but if they consider this an oversight just imagine what else they will miss. Go to this place if you need to advertise for your company. Go to a PPF specialist if you don't drive a Honda Accord. I now have to bring this to another place to have this fixed correctly. My friend has his M4 done 2 year ago and not 1 bubble on his car. I now have to bring it to his place in Farmingdale and can only imagine what this will cost me. Also Imagine having a business charge you money to tell you the bubbles in your PPF is normal... All over your car. I will never bring my car back to this place again. Lastly they offered to fix it but I had to come back at 5pm. It was 1:30, I live 30 min away. Told me to take an Uber home and back again so no worries just another 100$ in taxis. That was also apart of their solution today as well. Look at the pictures!!! I came up there today and it looked Identical! How is that an oversight. Are you Blind!!!!! I think Ray Charles would have caught that but what do I know about PPF. People put it on their cars according to these guys to look at bubbles all over their car to protect the paint. I have done 100's of reviews. If I Could give them 0 stars I would. Rude, Argumentative, and outlandish to be honest!

My dad took my car here to get my AC fixed and suspension checked because their was a bit of noise. They told my dad my car was very unsafe and I needed my front struts replaced, a control arm and front my brakes replaced. My dad doesn't knows cars and tells them to do it because he only wants the car safe. I had a warranty on my struts and brakes. My dad calls right after and I called them to tell them and they tell me my car is already apart so I let it them do the work because my dad yes to it. They also insult the shop I had a warranty with saying stuff like they don't know what they are doing. After I went to check on my car and found out that they didn't have the struts apart like they told me on the phone. I let it slide because some work was already done. I left while they worked and got a call say that the previous shop that did the structs didn't do it right and will he needed to replace a repair because it broke. I knew this was bullshit. He said it wasn't him that broke it even though I didn't say it was him. I had to leave the car and paying extra for repair, but I needed my car fixed so I let that slide. He asked for payment even before the car was done. Also if he had my car apart before he would have knew it would be a issue before give a price. My dad picks up my car and the alignment is completely off and steering wheel is crooked. I learned HE DOESN"T DO ALINGNMMENTS. How can a shop do this kind of work with an alignments? Anytime front-end work is done in the car needs to be aligned especially with struts. My car wasn't properly fixed. Everything else I let slide because I needed my car. I couldn't go home. I live 4 hours away and wasn't going to drive a car that is pulling right constantly. I was an auto shop manager previously 4 years. I never seen a shop do such bad business. The price was reasonable if the actual work was done correctly and that's all I wanted. I'm pretty sure I didn't need the struts or brakes replaced. IT WAS JUST A CASH GRAB FOR HIM. When I was a shop manager years ago I would never let any of this slide in my shop. If a part broke after a price was given for that job I wouldn't charge a customer more. I would actually have the car fully checked before even giving a price and let the customer know if the price could change. I would never take work if my shop wasn't capable of doing it properly. THIS SHOP CAN'T DO SUSPENSION or FRONT END WORK if it don't have essential equipment to complete it. That's why I'm also filing a complaint with state to properly check the shop out for unethical business practices. This is unacceptable and unsafe. The state is going to take forever to check. I wanted to support a small shop, but it's so difficult when there's so much unethical business going. Also never go to a shop that insults other shops. That's a bad look in any business.
