After speaking to the rep on the phone, they sent a team out to our house who were able to detect the origin of the leak, remediate the problem, and we ended up getting our pipes replaced which was by far the best decision made. I had an issue with a leak in my bathroom that needed attention. I am a first-time homeowner and came on Agni to found a plumber when Hernandez Plumbing reached out to me. They were nice, came over promptly and gave me a synopsis of my leak problem. The quote they gave me was a little high compared to what the internet suggested, but because It was an urgent matter and they were available, I decided to go with them. Bad choice. After they started working on the leak, thats when they decided to tell me that there was something else and it would be another 10 grand... and then there was something else... and another 10 grand. The lady in the office hounded me for payment before the job was even completed, even after I had already put down a large deposit. I paid the rest through their financing, and then they disappeared. Turns out, leak was not fully fixed and I had to get ANOTHER plumber to come and finish the work. I ended up with over $20k in debt from Hernandez Plumbing alone, for a problem they did not fix. Not to mention, the itemized invoice they provided me was incredibly vague, a big red flag for scamming money out of people. The plumber that I hired after them said that the total job should not have cost me more than $6K. So why was I charged over $20K? Beware, read other reviews who also say that they overcharge. I consider this an abuse of unknowledgeable young homeowners. I am in the process of legal counsel and I will be submitting a report of this company to the BBB. No one should be a financial victim just because they don't know about plumbing. read more

Wow! We have tried many plumbers in Miami and this was BY FAR the best experience. I called this morning for assistance with a clogged sink drain and some other issues. A very friendly and helpful woman answered the call and helped schedule an appointment for the next day. She then followed up a few hours later with an update that they had a last-minute opening for today. The plumber, Danny, called to say that that he would be at our home in an hour. Excellent Work Ethic from the first contact to the final clean up. I had broken water pipe from the meter to the house. Tony, call supervisor, was here in less than 2 hours. Very knowledgeable and efficient and kind. He prepared the site for the technicians, finding the leak and hand dug until he isolated the pipe so they would have the proper equipment with them. Emir and Joel arrived promptly, announcing themselves, wearing masks and quickly had the problem identified and on its way to being resolved. They worked hard and professionally with great attitudes. Erin and Joel restored my water supply and then systematically checked to locate any additional leaks within my water system to avoid future problems. They made sure that $$$ water meter was at a dead stop when everything was turned off. They even wore booties to protect my home while they checked a faulty faucet. Technicians who leave your site better than they found it are GOLD to a company. I am most grateful for resolving my water line break in less than 7 hours all together. Reached out to the company through Yelp when we noted a small leak coming through our first floor. I received a response very quickly the same day and set up an appointment for next day. They followed up with a call the next morning letting me know they were on the way and even showed up earlier than expected which was great. Emir and Jorge were very friendly and explained the process throughly. I really liked that they took the time to cover our furniture and belongings and even cleaned up after themselves once they left which was much appreciated especially with having little ones in the house. Emir and Tony came out to our home on a emergency call after hours. We called around 7 pm and they showed up only 1.5 hours later, which was awesome. Given that we're still in the middle of covid, there are always concerns that anyone who comes to the house follows basic protocols (masks, etc). Well, we were very happy to see Emir and Tony show up with masks, gloves, booties ... the whole bit. That was very much appreciated. On top of their prompt response and adherence to covid safety recommendations, these guys were incredibly professional and friendly. It was a real pleasure working with them. They did the job, took care of our issue, stayed to make sure everything was working fine, and even called the next day to follow up! Awesome service, very fair pricing (especially considering we called after hours and they stayed here for several hours to fix our problem), and quality work. We discovered a small leak under one of our kitchen sinks this morning, called Hernandez Plumbing and they were here by 2 PM. And they updated us on their route an hour before arriving. Emir showed, very polite and went straight to work. He was in and out. He discovered the issue quickly and fixed it. Even though the other sink next to it was not having an issue, he wanted to check it just to make sure, which is great. Here we were, morning of Christmas Eve and our kitchen sink began over floating. Hernández Plumbing answered immediately and came Love You Too within a few hours. It took the plumber a couple hours to unclog the kitchen sink.the plumber left but the kitchen sink backed up the following day, CHRISTMAS. I called Hernandez Plumbing and they were going to come out that day but we didn't want to ruin the plumbers X-Más. I recently had a plumbing issue at my apartment and I reached out to Hernandez plumbing and they were able to send a supervisor to give us a free quote. Tony came that same day and he was great. He was very nice and was very straightforward and honest with that we needed. That afternoon we received the quote via email and I approved it right away. The next morning I was advised that someone would come around 11am. Emir and a George showed up on time and did great work! We were very happy with the work and their attentiveness.
