    Herson's Kia exceeded my expectations--again! I came in for service today and heard about a recall for fluids in my EV. Suzie and the service department got me scheduled for a same-day appointment for the recall and even gave my EV a free car wash. Stopping by the showroom, I chatted with Jazz about the features on newer Kia EVs. I'm super happy with the vehicle I'm in. It's safe, quiet, and cheap to charge. And it's fun to drive. I can't imagine going back to driving a gasoline-powered car, and I recommend EVs and Herson's to all my friends.

    The manager did not respond my email. They tried to scam me again and again. They ran my credit point many time .

    In a world where good customer service is hard to find, I found perfect customer service at Herson's Kia. I live 700 miles away, but I was on the search for a very specific Kia Carnival at MSRP. Most dealers are charging thousands over, but Herson's had one in stock. I called on Monday and had a very nice conversation with Alison Ramirez (business development consultant). She immediately put me in touch with Jazz Delos Santos (manager) , who promised he would hold the vehicle for me until I could fly up on Friday. Throughout the week, Alison and Jazz touched base, answered all of my questions, and continued to promise the van would not be sold. I landed Friday morning and taxied to the dealership. Upon arrival, the van was sitting out front, clean, ready to test drive. Jazz welcomed me into the dealership, introduced me to his colleague Jonathan Valencia (sales consultant) who would handle the sale. Throughout the process, they were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and made the experience a pleasure. I actually had fun. After the drive, I was introduced to Jonathan Delacruz-Garcia, who would handle the finance aspect. We walked into his office, with paperwork ready, pen on top, and chair pulled. He told me they had all been advised I was flying in early, had a long drive ahead and wanted to be ready for me to sign and leave. He also told me how much the owner of the dealership values employees and how well they are treated, which explains the unparalleled amount of enthusiasm and professionalism that I encountered. In the middle of signing paperwork, I asked if they were going to put a front license plate on, since I didn't want holes unnecessarily drilled as it's not required where I live. Jonathan G called Jonathan Valencia, who then literally ran out the door and over to the van to stop the drilling process. I've never seen someone run at work before...Amazing. After we wrapped up, they topped the gas tank off and I was on my way. The experience was so pleasant that when I buy my next Kia, I will fly to DC, take a taxi to Herson's, and do this all over again. The 12 hour drive home was worth it just to experience what customer service should be like. Words can't describe it, you have to go experience it for yourself.     I bought another car from Hersons Kia! This time I bought a Sx telluride! Diego Del Aguila did a great job once again! I can't be happier. I highly recommend him and the entire stuff. Kevin, jazz and Josue were very nice and professional as well.

Even though it's a smaller shop, they have a comfortable waiting area with free coffee, snacks, and water, which was a really nice touch. They took care of my oil change and filter without an appointment and finished in less than an hour and a half. What really stood out to me was their honesty and generosity -- they even told me my next oil change would be free, which I've never experienced before. I've been to dealerships and many other auto service places around the Washington area over the past 20 years, and I can truly say this level of service is rare. I drove out only paying 40 dollars! WHAT?!? Nowhere will you find a car shop who charges only 40 dollars for a tire rotation, diagnosis, given future plan...( if my issue is not fixed from rotation) and a car wash with interior vacuuming!!! From customer service from Michael and Rachel to the technician JoJo who worked on my car.... I am beyond thrilled to have found this shop! Kind people who understand the issues revolving around expensive parts and labor... they get it.. they are amazing at RODA! I did a walk in around 9:36 AM today (essentially my only free day) which was nice since they really just accommodated based on my scheduling needs. The last time it was in, just a month or so ago, I asked if all is well, it's good to go, etc. BUT this weekend we found one of the brake pads completely gone - having it towed to a different shop now. Per my ask, WFA should have seen the pad was low and let me know. That's what I asked for and, Juan, would ALWAYS tell me; "This needs to be done now or you've still got some time." The new owners just say you can't predict what's going to happen. Sure, but break pads?!?? That should be obvious. Will no longer be bringing any of our cars to WFA. A dynasty has been lost.

Jeff and Marcus are honest, professional and knowledgable about a wide range of automotive matters. When we take a car to RAC to be serviced, we know the work will be completed properly to maintain the car in top condition. We have never had to take a car back for a re-do Each visit, RAC does a full inspection of the vehicle and tells us what work is necessary and what issues need to be monitored for future consideration, They never recommend work which is not necessary at the time the vehicle is brought in for service. And although not required, the staff loves my wifes "goodie" package as extra compensation for a job well done!

I came to the shop to diagnose an issue with my brakes (1) which was never resolved. Then (2) they left the car with a new issue, and refused to reimburse the cost of repairs. The folks are super nice over the phone. I was excited to finally try to locate a reliable shop that I could trust and consistently work with. Thursday 4/23 I dropped off my car with the request to try to diagnose a loud screeching and feeling of grittiness I felt when braking. These brakes and rotors were recently replaced, so I was concerned. I asked for the car back Tuesday or Wednesday the next week. Monday 4/27 Due to an unexpected work commitment, I had to pick up the car early. Jeff still took time to warm up the brakes and identified there was as issue, which we agreed would be identified by an hour of labor the next time, in which the shop would take apart the brakes to investigate. I greatly appreciated this. Thursday 5/7 Dropped off the car at night. No issues. The shop confirmed over the phone they could get this done by Friday evening. Friday 5/8 I get a call from a staff member saying that their tech had driven the car for 10 to 20 minutes, and heard and saw nothing. After calling back, I requested another individual drive the car longer to warm up the brakes. He confirmed he had done so, and saw no issue. That evening when I picked it up, I saw the shop had driven the car for a total of 1.4 miles - clearly someone here was dishonest. I also noticed the 'check tire pressure' light was on when I picked up the car, but thought nothing of it as when the tires are removed, this alarm has to be reset. Sunday 5/10 I check the tires early morning, and see one of my tires is flat. Not only had the shop lied about driving the car, they had clearly punctured a tire and left the mess for me to clean up. I was forced to cancel prior commitments on my end and pay out of pocket for this issue. Monday 5/11 I contact the shop expressing frustration about the issue, and ask them to reimburse the cost of the tire, a bare minimum courtesy, as this also had serious financial work implications outside of this issue. They tell me that "we never even took the tires off the vehicle to inspect the brakes". I'll allow you to make your own judgements. Have a good day.
